I was visiting friends in Franklin, my car started to make noises. I happened to pull into D&M CarQuest and asked the friendly staff for help. Jeff and Paul went out to my car with a scan tool and diagnosed my car, I needed spark plugs and a coil pack they also referred me to a local mechanic who was so helpful! I was back on the road thanks to CarQuest and the mechanic he referred. I highly recommend going to this store and buying auto parts!

These guys put the neighbor in neighborhood. Locally owned, locally driven, these guys have what it takes to get your vehicle back on the road. Needed some parts for my vehicle, and they had exactly what I needed; wow! If you got yourself in a pickle, nobody gets you cool like a cucumber like the guys down at D&M. Thanks guys!

Went there last night to return a part but I guess it was too close to closing it had already closed down the stor9e couldnt do it went back there the next day to return the part in the man at the register tells me he cant return it because it doesnt have any cash what kind of a store doesnt have any cash in it wont be going back there ever again least two trips what a waste of time an gas
