Called them on Tuesday because my dryer stopped working. Terry’s wife called me back and said Terry could come out the following Monday. I told her I couldn’t do that day because no one would be home. She said she would try to squeeze me in on Friday. She did. Terry came out, diagnosed the problem, had the part, fixed the dryer in about 30 minutes. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Our dryer stopped working, so I gave them a call. Glad I did. Was able to fix the problem in about a half hour and even cut the vent hose down so that it worked more efficiently. Highly recommend them and I will absolutely call them again. The price was very reasonable.

This was quite possibly one of the best experiences we have ever had with appliance repair companies over the years. Our oven was not heating, and we were likely not going to be able to get on their schedule for a few days. However, the owner Terry happened to already be in our neighborhood, and finished a job early...so he stopped by. He diagnosed our problem, happened to have the right igniter on his truck, made the repair, and was back in his way, all within about a half hour or so. He was friendly and professional, and his fees were reasonable. I will call him again with no hesitation when any appliance repair need arise!

It takes me a long time to find and trust repair people. I emailed A Robinson Appliance Repair about our dryer that was knocking and pinging like an old Chevy. I received a call and they were happy to accommodate my requested service date. I was given a 2-hour service window. I received a call from Kevin within that window, saying he was 10 minutes away. When Kevin arrived, he quickly figured out the problem. He quoted me a very reasonable price before beginning the repair. He was in and out in half an hour. Our dryer purrs like a kitten now! I was having an issue with a burner on our electric Range. Terry came for an inspection visit. He needed to order a part and came back several days later to replace it. He was very knowledgeable and was in and out both time. Inspection visit was ~ 5 minutes and repair visit ~ 10 minutes. I believe the time from first call to appliance repaired was about 10 days and seemed reasonable since a part was ordered for the job.Both visits were well within the arrival window with an ETA call ahead of time. Terry was very friendly and social while being able to maintain focus on the job at hand. He seemed extremely genuine and honest with his work. I would recommend to anyone and will be the first place I call if I ever have any appliance repair needs in the future.

Terry was very friendly and professional. I just found my appliance repair guy. He came in realized what the problem was within 5 mins and had it fixed and put back together within half hour.

Parts changer. Had to opportunity to order the correct part, and told us we should fix that after pulling the filter out with pliers. Won’t be calling again.

Have not had services done yet, fingers crossed I wont need it HOWEVER I called to simply get a service fee quote and the fellow spent a good 10 minute talking with me and gave me fantastic troubleshooting ideas to try. We called several places on Monday morning after our dryer died over the weekend. We do dog boarding from our home and its spring in Ohio - so we need to be able to keep the washer & dryer running! I had an ice dispenser on my fridge that stopped working. Called A-Robinson and talked to a nice lady who set me up for an appointment the following day. Terry came at the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes and had the needed part in his truck. He quoted me a fair price and fixed the problem in @ 20 minutes! We called and made an appointment thinking here we go again.... nice on the phone awful in person. I couldn’t be more wrong. Our dog Molly greeted Terry at the door thank goodness he is a dog lover too. We had two issues, one with our large stackable washer leaking and causing our wood floor to buckle and our LG refrigerators water and ice dispenser not working. I told him what I thought it was with the washer and was totally wrong. Terry went right to where he knew it actually was broke and replaced three values. He had to pull the washer out from under the dryer and it was no easy task, but he did it with some of his special tools allowing one person to do a two person repair. I laughed at how well he was able to instantly pinpoint the broken part. Terry went to our fridge and with his flashlight he was able to quickly find the issue. Both the washer and the refrigerator he explained my options-good better best- keep it or buy new. He was so pleasant to talk with and very professional in his explanations. Another thing I liked was that they called and told me he was headed to my house. His office manager was so nice and caring...I could hear it in her voice. If she said she would call you back she will, we got her call back at 9:30 pm!!! My wife and I chuckled- now that is a rare follow up. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly on the phone. He knew exactly what the problem was and what to do until he came. It was fixed within the week! Repairman called within the 2 hour window and had it fixed and was gone within 30 minutes. He explained what happened and that it shouldn’t happen again! I would recommend them to everyone I know!!!
