The gentlemen in the store were super nice and helpful. The store stunk really bad and the selection is very limited, we were shopping for softball items. Understandably the season just started and a lot of stuff goes quickly but I cant imagine they had much to begin with given how the store is laid out.

Good customer service but I went in to exchange my shoes after they delivered the wrong ones and they would not take them back because I tried them on once. I asked the guy if I could just make a return and he still refused to take them back. After looking around for a while he told us to leave, I asked why and he shrugged and slammed the door

As soon as we wslked in there was someone to greet us and ask if we werr looking for anything specific. Ehen we told the associate they did not tell us which direction but escorted us to the department and assisted us. It was a wonderful experience.

Great customer service

Very unprofessional. Rude and hateful. Bought pair hurt my feet took back less than two weeks, nope cant take them back is what they said. Will never go back. And tried to talk to manger and manger and two others came out and try to gang up on us. Theres nothing wrong with the shoes but if you dont wear them theyll take them back. Wtf

They have great equipment and sporting goods, they have a few items on sale that are at a really great price compared to other places
