I have been used the gas service at Shell station for a few years. Unfortunately, I have many bad experiences. On May 27, around 9:30 pm, the gas station did not have any customers at the time. I stop to get gas and the attendant did not release the gas pump. I wait few minutes, and I went inside to ask the attendant what happing with the pump because I was not able to pump the gas. He was extremely rude and appeared to be under the influence. I dont intend to go back there, and I dont recommend it. This store should be closed permanently.

Worst customer service ever

This place will make errors.... this time it cost me $85.00 in which they refuse to refund.... they charged me twice for gas, once for the proper amount $14.00 .then they added a 2nd charge of $ 85.00 out of nowhere, and becauseI used a PIN the creditcard company cant/wont help either.... if you dont want to be overcharged, i recommend not buying anything from this place....

Be aware they are scamming you out of money if you use stop and shop card. last night my card said I earned 20 cents off but pump only gave 5 cent discount, attendant said it was a s+s issue and that it has been happening all day. THAN PUT A SIGN ON THE PUMP you thief

I was in here last night and a Lady named Carmen was Sooo Rude she had the worst attitude was speaking her language at all times and was so rude shouldn’t work here, find better people to deal with customers

Clean and decently stocked, but youre paying convenience store prices when there are plenty of big-box retailers and supermarkets just around the corner.
