When a customer is talking to you, you do not walk away from them. I had to follow this guy to let him know I thought the pump was broken for him to cop an attitude with me. I understand if I came in there being a Karen & I could’ve since gas got all over me but I was being nice. I just wanted to let them know what happened in case the pump was broken. I didn’t deserve the way I was treated & talked to, do better

POOR customer service/relations.like the manager and assistant dont even want to be there.manager can just act rude at times.They need proper customer service training.if u dont care then work elsewhere.You dont take items and just toss it on the counter twords the customers.I only go there since its close otherwise Id run from it.It used to be very friendly/customer service minded over a year ago when 2 girls ran the place...used to be.A major attitude adjustment is needed and shows corporation doesnt even care.

My WHOLE family comes here nearly everyday and we agreed we’re gonna stop because the customer service is horrible everyone that works there is rude and 3 times I went there in the past two weeks and was treated horribly so was my mother

Worst spot for a gas station ever. To access it you have to make turn into a shopping plaza before you can even see it. It cannot be seen from Route 12/59.
