The gentleman waiting on me was nice, helpful. His partner was not quite as nice, but they got the job done. Hoping the service is better and faster than Verizon.

I had problems with my Samsung phone and received the best professional service at T mobile in Ft. Hills. Steve is a real professional. He answered all questions, transferred all files and was very patient.Jose, the manager is available whenever needed for a complicated issue.The store is staffed with true professionals, Sam is also one of them. I should also mention that they all wore masks and gloves to perform all work. I recommend the local T Mobile store for genuine qualified service.Renate Mousseux M.A. EDU

If I could give No Stars, I would.I received the absolute worst customer service at this location. The older man working by himself did not greet me when I walked in, completely ignored me and continued on with his phone call. I stood in front of him for a few minutes before he finally acknowledged me.After explaining I need to cancel a phone line with my sprint account (which is now t-mobile), he rudely said “I can’t do that here you have to go to the sprint store in Scottsdale”. Well, I went to the Sprint store in Scottsdale and they were CLOSED, directing me to the nearest T-Mobile store. I went to the T-Mobile store and explained my situation, and they told me “There is a T-Mobile store in Fountain Hills that could have done this for you.” I was flabbergasted. I will never recommend this location to ANYONE and it has made me want to leave Tmobile/Sprint all together.

The customer service is over the top fantastic at this location, the men working there are so kind and had so much patience with my mother who had so many questions and issues with her phone. Sam and Joey are great. we will be coming back soon.

Gabi Did An Excellent Job Helping Explain Cost Options and Device Features & Capabilities. The Manager Is A Veteran. Gabi Even Gave Us Advice On Streaming Services That Are Offered As Plan Incentives.

The T-Mobile team helped me switch from Verizon, they were ALL very patient, friendly, and helpful, all over had an amazing experience with them! I would highly recommend going to T-Mobile. EXCELLENT customer service at this location and great deals!

We moved from out of state and needed a local provider asap. The pm crew on 2/7 worked together to get me what I needed at a great price and a new phone to boot. They were sweet to my kiddo who was kept occupied too. Thanxo.

Clerk to worried about leaving on time instead of providing service. Said they could swap my phone out for 1 in stock but had to come back the next day. Drove 45 mins just to have another clerk tell me i had to file a claim online. Totally useless and unhelpful.

These two poorly trained fools set me up for a new phone plan I wanted, canceled my Verizon account and charged me $50 bucks for sim cards THAT DID NOT WORK ON MY PHONE. After almost two hours of logging in and out of systems they sent me home with assurances that these phones would work within 24 hours. They do not.No one at this store can help me, or even appears to want to... So now I do not have cell service and have to wade into dealing with tmoblie WITHOUT ANY SERVICE. This store is the biggest cluster imaginable.STAY AWAY!!!!!(THEY MAKE YOU GIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR, DONT BELIEVE IT....)
