He was professional, explained everything in terms I could understand, and very patient with my hearing loss. Fair prices and friendly service. If youre looking for a place that they will ripp you off, over promising and extremely poor service then this is the place. Ive stopped by over a month ago to get a refurbished phone and the guy told me it will take no more than a week Well, after over two weeks I had to call and ask wheres my phone and he said it just arrived at the store. I went to pick up the phone and no apologies or nothing that it took over two weeks to get the phone. So, I picked up the phone and I asked for my old phone sim card and the case. Well, he said they cant find them they lost them. Well, I picked up the phone and I had to call my cell phone provider so they can send me a new sim card which I had to pay $10. After I got the sim card I find out that the phone they sold it to me it had some technical issues which he said he had to order another phone. I went back a week later he gave me a different phone which was unlocked and he said its all good to go just call the cell phone provider so they can get it connected. At the same day I picked up the phone I called the cell phone company and she said this phone its not compatible on there system. I went back to the store while I was on the phone with the cell phone company I handed over the phone to the guy at the store and started arguing with the customer service. Finally he said leave the phone with him and he will call me back but he never did. I go back the next day and it was another guy over the counter and I said I need my phone or my money back. He made several phone calls and one of them was to the owner. He said we dont have the same phone I had to get another phone pay over $120 more than what I originally paid which wouldve cost me over $270 or they will give me the refund but he had to take 25% off for a restocked fee. I said are you kidding me?? Finally, I got my money back less 25% and the owner didnt even bother to take my phone call while I was at the store. My advise is to make sure you read all the terms and conditions of the company before dealing with these people because they will take an advantage of you. Dont bother dealing with them.

My daughter broke her phone at school on Friday. I spoke with Josh and he had her phone fixed in 30 minutes! Great customer service! I’m sure this is of no fault to the owner or management but it is fair to set expectations before somebody spends their time going into this location.My son fractured his Apple Watch series 3, 38 mm screen. Currently brand new I could walk into the Apple store and purchase this watch for $199 brand new. When I walked into this location, to repair the fractured screen they said the cost was $199. Of course it makes absolutely no sense to wait three days at the minimum to repair this watch when you can go out (meh or purchase online) a brand new one for the exact same price. Management states “the part still costs a lot of money” but it makes no sense to set a screen repair price at the same cost of a brand new Apple Watch. I think management or corporate needs to renegotiate their pricing with their distributors. Yikes!Now that I know, you know ... expectations set.Lastly - three weeks ago my coworker brought in her fractured iPhone 8, they replaced the glass yet whatever happened during the repair disabled and prevented her facial recognition from working.This store sounds like a good idea, but after two failed attempts I will pass moving forward.
