Totally rude customer service! Called to inquire about getting service for my bike and was told a couple of weeks. I said “well that’s not gonna work but ok thanks” and the dude just hung up. No “yeah we are backed up sorry” or anything just a basic FU and click.I have used this shop in the past but will not anymore for anything.

Best deal locally hands down. They always have my part in stock, and when they dont, they can alway find it. Mike is an absolute beast on his knowledge of used parts, and their service department is second to none on commitment to completing a job. The customer service is pretty good, considering theyre a small staff of people trying to help a bunch of people at once. So depending on the time you visit, you may have to wait a bit. Definitely stop in, check them out and see how they can help you... you wont be upset.

I just dont appreciate being lied to. When you explain to a customer, the reason why there is an up charge, or extra fees due to extra work that needs to be done to replace parts. Only to find out that no extra work was needed at all! And that the work that was charged, and paid for was never done on the bike. Thanks Brian.

Found them on EBAY and called them. They understood the problem I was having with a 2004 Yamaha 650 final drive. Was delivered in a very timely manner. At first, it seemed perfect, but then started to feel off. By a one in a billion chance, the metal cage on the pinion bearing had separated. This was a manufacturers defect and had nothing to do with Mr. Motorcycle. 15 minute bearing replacement and item is like factory rebuild. Couldnt have done it without Mr. Motorcycles part. Mr. Motorcycle is simply the BEST. I replaced the head on my 954 and the performance dropped to that of a 250. After many failed efforts I took it to Mike and the guys at Mr. Motorcycle. Couple days later my phone rings and its Super Tech Tracy asking me questions and getting a repair history. Immediately I knew I had gone to the right place as his knowledge of the bike was quite evident. He even took the time to update me along the way. My 2003 954 has a compression of 175 brand new and its testing out at 180 now. I wasnt joking when I called him a Super Tech, knows his S%#T and takes the time to be considerate. Thank you for the great service.

Ok I went there seeking a used rear tire. I ask the guy at the counter about the set up there and how it works. He goes on on how much square footage they have. Next question, do you have any used tires? Guy says no! I ask you know where I can get one. Guy says no. If this place salvages motorcycles why in the flying truck dont they have not one used rear tire? With all that square footage in the back? Then some other guy or as he would call himself the parts guy comes from the back. They start talking trash about how people set up there bike like they both have master degrees in engineering, while Im standing at the counter. My first and last time with these jokers!

Mr Motorcycle is great! Knowledgeable, courteous staff. Excellent service department. Theyve never steered me wrong. I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews. I have a lot of friends who go here as well and refuse to get their parts or service from from any place other that Mr Motorcycle. The owner Mike is a super honest guy with a ton of integrity, 20+ years of experience and a mind like a motorcycle encyclopedia. I dare you to try and stump him haha. Simply the best place in the country for bike parts, not just the DFW area. Thanks for the great service!

Contacted Mr. Motorcycle to inquire about a seat latch for my R1200RT-P conversion that I have almost completed. Spoke with Mike who, with patience and knowledge, helped me go through his inventory to determine if he had the part. Despite not having it on hand, he went above and beyond my expectations and helped me locate the latch on Ebay. I have contacted no less than 20 other used part stores in search of my part, and no one offered this kind of Customer Service. I will be adding this business to my favorites list on Ebay and Google. Much appreciated, Mike!

I used to swear by these guys. I have used them many times during the 8 years I have been riding. They used to be knowledgeable, reasonable, and courteous. However, over the course of the last few years, the prices have become outright ridiculous, the staff has become arrogant and rude(as a mechanic I am used to rude and arrogant people but I draw the line with these people), and the ONE time I allowed them to work on my bike (simply because I didnt have the time and I needed it done before the weekend), I had to REDO the job because it looked like it was wired by someone on METH. To add fuel to the fire, they never have the parts I need anymore and if they do i can usually get it NEW at the DEALER for only a couple bucks more.I am sad to say, Ive deleted their phone number from my contact list. 4 years ago I would have written a 5 star review. I can only hope that the owner of this establishment can get things back on track because this business used to be phenomenal and I am not looking forward to purchasing my parts elsewhere.

I thought that the Mr.In the title stood for mister however after dealing with Mike today I think it may stand for menstruation. I have been here countless times before. After my first visit and the way I was treated it took me years to come back after being laughed out of the store, now today has been my last trip thanks to Mike. I came in to price a speedo cable and he looked at me as if I were retarded then quoted me a price of $20 (brand new btw is $11 online) then asked if I could get a price for a sissy pad and was told sounds like online is YOUR place the tone was as if he had just told me gtfo which would have been preferable to the treatment I received today the long and the short of it is I dont care if I were dying of thirst and your place had the only drop of water left on the planet I would rather try to pull moisture out of a salt lick than go to your store again

If it was just a one time thing, I wouldnt take the time to write a review but its the third time in the last year or so Ive contacted Mr. Motorcycle and been either treated unprofessionally or given exorbitant prices for used parts. There are plenty of reputable businesses out there, Id steer clear of this one.

If you are looking for the MOST HONEST and hardworking motorcycle shop in DFW, these guys are your answer. I brought in my 1982 Suzuki GS650L knowing that it would be a bit of a hassle to get back on the road. It had been sitting for about a year since its last ride due to carburetor issues, electrical issues, and just an overall lack of knowledge on my end of being able to fix it. These guys went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. They were honest and more than fair with their prices and were willing to help me along the way when things popped up. There was no BS, no run around, no attitude (except a good one), and no one told me it wasnt worth my time or to buy a new bike like I had heard from so many other shops. Please support this business as the level of honesty and fairness that the men who run this shop have is so very hard to find these days. I will be bringing my bike back every time I need ANYTHING until I either leave DFW or they close their doors.PS: they have over 1 MILLION parts IN HOUSE so you wont have to wait for parts to be shipped, a lot of the time, nor will you have to deal with huge markups on brand new parts.
