I went in to just look at a car I was interested in but was already sold just so I could see it in person. I was introduced to Rob who showed me the car and was super helpful even though he wasnt going to get a sale. I got a call from him about 2 hours later and he said the car I wanted was available and asked if I still wanted it! Long story short.... Rob was super helpful with coordinating it all and teaching me about my new car! Highly recommend him for sales!
Allyson was a great seller. Very professional and knowledgeable. She was the only seller that knew all the specs of the Sorento and knew how to explain them. Joe also was great. He explained everything and did it very easygoing. We loved the futuristic table tab that the finance department had on their desks. They both deserve a raise! I approve it.In regards to the Dealer great facilities and all personnel smiled and was very attentive. Even the manager came and greeted. This was the only dealer that honored the price as listed, others like Clay Cooley where several of their sellers went up $5k more.I am even planning of buying my new car from Moritz. In and out with a new car in 2 hours. Ask for Andy Singh. Straightforward, honest and fast. Joseph Bethel wasnt too pushy. By far our best experience. We were almost done with KIA due to our experiences at other dealerships but now we will only buy at Moritz going forward. Our Niro gets up to 52 mpg driving to and from work, which is an hour drive. Perfect commuter car for work. This is our 4th KIA purchase and Im glad we found Moritz.

This place is so funny! Literally got told it was $0 to reserve a car - would be here in 45 days… got everything confirmed and set up just to be told…. Well it’s going to be more like 4 MONTHS, okay that’s fine we can wait… oh by the way - it’s $500 to reserve the car! Excuse me? After I point blanked you and asked you how much it would cost and you reassured me it was NOTHING needed but a drivers license MULTIPLE times. Thanks for nothing but “honesty” here.
I have been trying to get in touch with finance to cancel the extended warranty, and it has been a nightmare. I even try in person the day that i went to have a service done and but were busy. I have called so many times and left messages but havent heard back from them. The extended warranty was false advertise to us, on top of the hight price. We were told that we would get unlimited oil changes, but we found out in June that it was a lie. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS WARRANTY.
Note: This review pertains to the SALES side of this dealership. The SERVICE side is completely different--and worthy of 5 stars.I visited this dealership in an attempt to purchase my leased vehicle. Sales person assured me that they would find me the best rate possible using many banks that Kia had exclusive relationships with.Sales person takes my information and goes to check with his boss about rates. Returns and quotes me a monthly payment without any mention of any finance rate. He asks me what my finance rates my bank quoted me, and I give him a range of rates that they gave me.I inform the sales person that I have checked with my local bank, and the monthly payments hes quoting me are higher than my local bank. Sales person goes back to check with his boss a 2nd time.Sales person returns with a much lower rate than the best rate hed quoted me. However, the principal on the loan is now different. Its actually $1000 lower than the original amount.Sales person goes back to talk with his boss a 3rd time, and comes back with a monthly payment that is still higher than my bank can get for me. But he brings his boss this time. We shake hands, and I thank them for their efforts.Before I leave the showroom, sales person asks me about the specific monthly payment the bank has quoted me. Asks me, If I can get you this amount, will you sign today?Um, excuse me. Didnt you JUST tell me that youre going to find me the best rate at the beginning of this meeting an hour ago? Why are we still talking about this? Why are you asking for a signature when your quote doesnt include the rate, and its already much higher than my bank can offer?I dont make it a habit to walk out on people, but while this sales person was talking to his boss (for a 4th time), I walked out. I just couldnt take the lack of integrity and outright deception.For all those considering Moritz Kia Alliance for a purchase, PLEASE do yourself a favor and seek out another dealership before going to this one.Youll thank yourself later.

We had a good experience with Allyson Vaughn as our saleswoman. We are from Oklahoma City and bought from Moritz Kia Alliance because their price was *$10,000* cheaper than local dealers. We worked with Allyson via phone/text/email to order a car, picking it up when it came in. They kept all their promises and kept us updated on the uncertain delivery times because of the semiconductor shortage (and the popularity of a lot of Kia models making them scarce).
Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. I contacted them looking for a very particular trim and color combo and Allyson in sales helped me virtually giving me options and keeping me posted on incoming vehicles. She really went above and beyond making sure I saw video of every similar vehicle they had as they were delivered without being pushy just to make a sale. I did the whole process over the phone and the car was delivered to my doorstep. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
I made an appointment for 8 am but it was not down. Brian was absolutely wonderful and said will get you in. He took my information and showed me to the waiting room. My oil was changed and I had 2 tires that needed addressed. Brian was honest with me, not trying to sell me anything extra and I was out of there by 10am. My car was washed and everything. The SERVICE department has been phenomenal! Brian is the best! He is customer service friendly, and always finds a way to make our day. He is a key element in this review for this Kia location. We have a closer kia to us. Thiugh we travel to this one because of him. He is one of their greatest assets to them. I hope they find ways to show him how valuable he is to their company.
They only do full day dropoffs at this service center despite my having made an appointment that wasnt honored. On the 3rd day of waiting for a call back on my car, I was told my advisor had the day off. Spoke to the manager who couldnt give me any more information and blamed their lady answering the phone for not coming up with an ETA, until they magically decided to repair the car with an in stock part. They never called to let me know to pick it up. We will not be returning here.
Called to schedule a oil change for my wife’s minivan and was able to get in the next day. When I arrived it was fast service and was not pressured to purchase unnecessary items like a air filter. Was told to make sure I watch my battery level because it was in the fair range, at any other dealer they would have tried to make you get a new battery at a outrageous cost but not Moritz. I had Steven as my service advisor and he did a great job. I will definitely be going back and will probably purchase my next vehicle from them. Thank you again Moritz for a hassle free oil change.
IF I HAD TO LIST STARS TO LEAVE A REVIEW IT WOULD BY A HALF A STAR AT BEST!This is the WORST dealership ever! We filled out the application and had to wait for the finance director to get back in the office we had to wait 2 days from the day we were there). But they assured us that the car would not be available to ANYONE else. Well 3 days after we were in the dealership they called and asked us to be there in 15 minutes. We told them we were in Dallas at work but wed make a special trip and go back to Fort Worth. We got a text 20 minutes later the czar was sold!COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and obviously they have no regard for the promises they make!

Went in on Thursday afternoon to buy a Forte GT Line. Negotiated a deal but it was getting late. We put 5k down and I told them I’ll return Friday morning and finish the sale.Friday I texted my my salesman James and asked if they could throw in a spare tire he responded that it would be $265 extra and they couldn’t just add it. No big deal I tried.Then the next text read they had other customers wanting to buy the car and they could refund me my 5k. I had no idea what he was talking about. At this point I thought they were about to undercut me and sell it out from me.When I arrived at the dealership they made excuses for the text and everyone was thrown under the bus. I finished the deal only because I didn’t want to start the process over at another dealership.I took possession of the car after they said it was ready. Washed and all the make ready details. The car was dirty, still had all the plastic inside and the windows were dirty. Minor details but I just spent a lot of money on a new car and it seems Moritz really didn’t care about attention to detail or their customersI have bought several Kias in the past and this was the most miserable car buying experience I’ve ever had. This will be our last purchase from a Moritz dealership.
Their staff is as good as it gets! Waiting area is stellar! They even have hot chocolate! Others have many types of coffee but not cocoa. Go figure. Some folks dont like or drink coffee.
I called Moritz Alliance Kia for my first Telluride service and found the process from service scheduling to checking out very well handled and professional. I give them 5 stars for thoroughness, clean facilities and customer interaction. I will definitely go back - as for me they got rid of the negatives about going to a dealership for car care.
Staff was friendly. I needed a battery, called them and there was one left but by the time I arrived somebody else was in and needed the same battery. They told me what happened and found another battery for me.They were honest and were able to get another battery to fix the issue so, I could be on my way.
I took my car in without an appointment due to transmission problems. Everyone was courteous and helpful. They provided me with a loaner and had me on my way quickly. Great place to do business

I had to get a car again very quickly as I was starting back to work and my daughter had totaled one of our cars. This led to sudden visits to many dealerships in Fort Worth and Dallas looking for a reasonable car; and I have to say, most of the experiences were shockingly negative.Moritz, however, shined as a light in this dark cesspool of unethical sales and sociopathic manipulation. They were very upfront and fair and did what they said. We got a great car and a great price and they even took my old trade. They did not add any mystery fees or try to pressure me into buying things that had nothing to do with what I needed. It was the price negotiated minus trade plus ttl and documentation. Excellent!I want to particularly single out our sales representative, Sandra Olisaeke, as being particularly sympathetic, honest, and helpful. She was also pleasant to talk to. I recommend buying a car from her - she will treat you honestly.
I never have had a Kia. Only rode in one once. A friend had one. My name is not Michelle. But y’all keep calling me about service and to review and more. I have returned the calls from service manager Mike. The last call they said they would tell Mike to take my phone number and get this corrected. But apparently not! I get texts several times a month. This has been going on for a little over a year now. I don’t think I will ever buy Kia in my lifetime. I have always owned Toyota’s or Ford trucks, and 1 Dodge truck till the front end fell out. Please check your records and take my phone number off your records. 817-366-14—

Our buying experience was good. However; when my wife brought the car in for her first scheduled oil change it took 1.5 hours. Again? it was a scheduled appointment. Everyone was nice, but they did not inform her of this. Weve never had an oil change take that long anywhere, and she was barely able to make it to work on time that day.
Absolutely a fantastic Kia property. Went in for service and an issue with my brakes and Taylor promptly greeted me with a smile hidden behind a mask. I felt welcomed and not just another customer but part of the Kia family. After discussing my issues with Mr. Taylor he found that he wanted to make sure my questions were fully answered and grabbed Mr. Charlie Field, the Service Manager, to make sure he could asset the current issues with my vehicle and completely and fully communicate that with myself in terms that I could understand. They took care of me, to say the least. I got an express appointment the next day and had the car back by the end of day.Never had I had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership or service department. I was greeted immediately by Salesman Andy who was courteous and made my loan application process seamless. The finance manager helped me get a loan and I drove away in my new(er) car within five hours. I found a used 2019 Ford F150 at Moritz alliance via internet. This was the first time I had ever bought a vehicle this way. They provided a video and pics. Their description was accurate and I was impressed with the professional way they handled the transaction. I am pleased with the purchase and appreciate the speedy delivery to my office. I highly recommend them.
Have had many issues with my vehicle and even getting it back with missing lug nuts and loose lug nuts after leaving for oil changes. Treated way differently after those issues as well as after getting my new engine in and having to do all the communication since I wouldnt get feedback from the beginning which is all that I asked for when I left it. Some have tried to work and make it better, but still communication/feedback is a big hassle it seems.

I recently purchased a new Sorento for the wife and spoke with several dealers all over Texas. While searching for the perfect car I found the car we wanted with all the features and right color for sale in San Antonio, Houston, Lubbock, Killeen, and Moritz Kia Alliance. I spoke with a dealer at each location and asked each one for their best price on the vehicle. Granted these were all the exact same with all the same extra features and packages, the prices still varied by several thousand. I was willing to travel to save some money so driving a few hours was no big deal. The first quotes I received from these other dealers were just below or at asking price after rebates. When I declined, those dealers then gave me a second offer but still higher than I was expecting. I’m not one to haggle so you can imagine car shopping is not for me. After requesting information about a car listed online, I received a message from Corbin Stanley at Moritz Kia Alliance. Corbin went above and beyond sending me a video of a thorough walk through of all the features of the vehicle inside and out. Since I live nearly 200 miles away this was greatly appreciated. Not only did this set the tone for a great experience but when I received his quote it was exactly where I was wanting the number to be and had beat all the other quotes I received, even the second ones. I appreciate a solid first offer by Moritz so that kept my business. To make things even easier on me and the family Corbin offered to have this vehicle delivered to my house, again 200 miles away. This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had and I didn’t even have to leave home. I would highly recommend Moritz Kia and especially Corbin for his excellent customer service!
6 months ago I was trilled with my Sportage. We have been having issues with the backup camera, stereo, speed odometer and everything just going black. Called them and they told us about the little hole on the stereo and to stick a toothpick in it. It was a reset bottom and it all came back on. I made several attempts to take it in but the didn’t have a car for me to drive until just the other day. So we took it in. We also had been smelling a Freon smell since we first bought it so I told them about that also so the could check it out. Turns out there’s a small hole in the bottom of the radiator. When we bought the car it had a little over 5000 miles on it. It never got hot, never threw a signal at us. Nothing. Now they say they won’t cover it under warranty. First Steve said it was probably slowly leaking cause I told him we had even driven it to San Angelo and back with no problem. Then he changes when he knew the car was bought with miles on it and said it was recent. Just talked to him and for that small hole in the radiator it going to cost around 900 and above a little bit. I can get it done way cheaper than that and I will. I will never own another Kia and I will never shop there again. And I will be trading it in on a Chevy even if it cost me.
I was very pleased with the service I received. That being said, communication was not the best. I had to call to check the status on my car when I had been told I would be getting a call that morning. Then, I was told I wouldnt get it until the following day, only to get ANOTHER call later that day saying it was ready. I love my KIA, and everything seems to be fine now. My next car will definitely be a KIA.
Since day 1, I have been delighted with my experience at Moritz KIA. Everyone is very polite and the website makes scheduling an appointment painless. I arrived early but that didnt phase the service department. They checked me in and then reviewed my vehicle history to insure there wasnt any other work that needed doing. They even looked for service bulletins that might apply. They gave me a time window to do the work but finished early. They even was my car. Wow!

Such a great experience! Other dealerships in DFW were trying to screw us! I bought a Kia Telluride Nightfall Edition. Yes, it is apparently a sought after vehicle currently, but these other dealerships were trying to quote me $5k-$10k over sticker! This dealership was amazing and worked with us in the pricing. They were very friendly, the facility was extremely nice and my process at the dealership was probably the quickest I’ve ever experienced (and I loathe buying cars)! I am an extremely happy customer with zero complaints. And I LOVE my car! I get compliments everywhere I go now!

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a dealership. After making 12 attempts to get in touch with a Finance Department representative and leaving multiple messages I waited 4 days and still never received a call back. I had to leave an aggressive message in order to finally prompt a return call from the Finance Director Michael Ford. And when I did hear from Michael, rather than addressing my concern, he immediately became confrontational and rude. I was simply trying to help my mother in law obtain a copy of her purchase order and cancel her extended warranty. Here we are 2 months later and after making another round of 4 or 5 calls I just finally received the purchase order copy. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Im a little confused...normally when you purchase a warranty the Finance Director is extremely accommodating BUT heaven forbid you call to cancel it, then they become your worst nightmare!

I Purchased a New Kia last year from this dealership, The salesman was great however I am not at all happy with the vehicle and it only has 24,000 miles on it, I’m having problems with tires and brakes. I think the tires are defective, it feels like they have flat spots however there’s no presence of flat spots when inspecting, when I take it to the dealership service department they rotate the tires and say everything is fine, I asked them to test drive it but they did not.Update: The service manager called me and asked me to bring the vehicle in, they put the vehicle on the alignment rack the results showed that the vehicle alignment was fine proving that the tires are defective, They said that they will not replace them even if I offered to pay for the prorated miles. I’ll never buy another Kia.

Tried to schedule a first time oil change over the phone. Rep on the service line sounded very uninterested in helping me. I called on a Tuesday morning and he said it would be next week before they could get me in. Time lag sounds like they do not put effort into minor work that is not profitable. I told him I would take it to kwik Kar instead.I would avoid this dealership. Service does not seem to be a priority.

Felt it was a very safe environment for the times were in. Would like to have had a better detailing job. But Im confident theyll take care of that the next time Im in the area. Had to get battery for key fob. Parts counter guy even installed it. This is a good place to buy a car...I bought 2! Only wish when you go for an oil change they would top off all your fluids. Guess I was spoiled from my previous dealership.

I have used Kia Moritz exclusively since purchasing my car in September 2013, I have trusted their advisements on what I needed to do to keep my car in the best condition. However, I recently received a recall, I called and made an appointment specifically to go in for the recall. They ended up doing multitude of repairs to my car of which I believe none was needed at this and had nothing to do with the recall.,,, To the tune of almost $140. I am extremely disappointed and feel I was taken advantage of,,,, I am also very disappointed in my service writer Bryen, he knows I’ve been using Moritz Kia Always and has made this assumption to take advantage of me.I’m sure you are aware that I have many options besides Kia Moritz And will certainly be considering using them in the future.I would appreciate a response,,,Sally Eastwood
Staff was very friendly and professional. Prices beat the competition. they also include a free car wash with your oil change. I felt like they were honest when they told me the car was fine and did not need any work. When I declined some services they even gave me advice on how to do it myself. The facility is nice and clean. The location is easy to find. Easy access from the highway. I dealt with Steve Vancleave, very knowledgeable!
I was very impressed by Moritz Kia Alliance right from the start! Everyone was friendly, polite and professional as I entered the bright, clean dealership and throughout the buying process. The only reason for the four star instead of five is because the total time at the dealership from start to finish was too long for my preference (~3hrs). I’d recommend stopping by if you’re in the market for a Kia.

We are very pleased with our purchase of our 2017 KIA Sportage at Moritz Alliance. James Honeycutt, our sales consultant, was fantastic and didnt pressure us to purchase. We even went to another KIA dealership to see what they had available and were not impressed by their professionalism. James made us a priority along with the rest of the staff. No hassle with my purchase and the process took less than an hour. My Sportage has been great with no issues.

They were great! Gave me fair cost on my trade in and has great quality vehicles with great longer warranties than ford or dodge! Very nice facility loved they had digital touch pad desks and signing and gave me all my paperwork on a flash drive to take it was great! No papers to loose!

Im new to the area and this was my first visit to Moritz. Steve Van Cleave was my advisor and he was very professional and he kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle. He also was very kind and friendly and easy to understand when it came to my vehicle. Im always nervous when I go to the dealership, because in the past I was given recommendations on my vehicle that werent needed. This is my 3rd Kia ( Sportage, Sorento LX, Sorento SX-LTD) and I usually trade it in when they start telling me all these items I need, when Im under 40-50k miles. I keep great maintenance on all of my vehicles and it makes me nervous when Im told, this and that needs replaced. Its easier for me to trade it in, and leave with a new vehicle and let them deal with the so-called issues. I didnt feel that type of pressure on that day thank you Steve, I left happy and I stayed in my budget. I drove off feeling safe and knowing I found a Kia service department near my home that takes great care of the customers. And I will return for my future maintenance needs.Lisa Michelle
Like most, I am not a fan of car dealerships, yet they are part of the process in shopping for a car. I have been to Moritz Kia Alliance on 2 separate occasions now, and Bruce Lindeman has made the experience worthwhile. We were unable to purchase a vehicle the first round, but he gave us no less of his time, patience, and respect. He informed us what would be needed, and 6 months later, I drove off with a brand new Kia! Of course Tony Quintana was an asset to this team effort as well. I highly recommend Moritz Kia Alliance if you are in the market.

My car buying experience from this location was awesome however my service experience has been the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The service manager Charlie is extremely rude, and has zero customer service skills. I had to call and speak with the GM concerning my issues with Charlie and then had to open a case with corporate. From now on i will drive all the way to the Hurst location for anything concerning my vehicle.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Guest waiting area is spacious and clean with available beverages and WiFi. There is a large window looking into the service bay for viewing the work going on.

Tony was absolutely a joy to work with. I would say the only thing is to not come on a Saturday. It gets very busy and takes a long time to get back to finance.
I called to schedule a repair to my window. I knew the 2 parts needed and requested a quote for all parts and labor to make sure I would have adequate funding as well as how long it would take since I would have my small child with me. I was quoted a price for those parts and labor and given an hour estimate for time. We arrived first thing in the morning. After 45 minutes of waiting I was approched with a total over $100 more then expected for the same parts and labor I was quoted. Was also told about other services I needed to bring my total to almost $1000 more. I declined other services and told the service rep this was not the expected total and I did not have the funding for my repair. I called my husband who was out of town and the rep spoke with him and said he would honor my quoted price. 15 minutes after he got off the phone with my husband he came back to me and said he was trying to work with me but he couldnt honor the price he just told my husband he would but did mention a payment plan. At this point I felt like I was being taken advantage of, that he was just looking for the sale and declined all services and said to put it back so I could leave. We were over 2 hours by the time I left with out my repair. I will not be back and will take my work else where from now on. I dont appreciate being lied to when I called and requested quotes and time frame both of which were not what I was approached with.
Great experience.My battery died Sunday evening and I was able to get an appointment for Monday morning at 7:20. They completed several services including oil change, brakes, etc all before 9:00am so that I could get on the road back home to Arkansas. Highly recommend.

Had a pleasant experience buying my wife a new car.ASK FOR BLAKE, he was our salesman and he was great. He was professional, courteous and most importantly not pushy.We made 2 or 3 trips looking at different Sportages and each time Blake greeted us with a big smile and he let us go at our own pace.He answered any and all questions we had.I can’t stress enough how important a good salesman is. It’s not just about making a sale, but taking the time to get to know the customer.I can’t say enough about Blake, he didn’t rush us and was very patient with us.Give him a raise, he has a new baby!!The Finance dept was smooth also. I enjoyed “sparring” with the finance manager about extended warranties. He won!
Had a great experience with James. Due to my wifes concerns of getting rid of my car to take care of our familys needs, the deal had to be terminated.
