He was very courteous and helpful and genuinely tried to find the right fit for us. He never pressured us to buy. We ended up buying 2 cats from Juan. Good initial service to get the paperwork and everything signed. Will call you if they need any extra paperwork regarding a vehicle. When it’s flipped and you are the one asking for updates and things of that nature, there’s not so much that sense of urgency as before. I know it’s about making the sale but at least give some kind of updates or at least answer 1 of the 4 calls we’ve given you.Update 08/09: Carlos (not sure of last name) has horrible customer service. We call different times, nobody ever answers. We go up to the dealership and everyone is just sitting around, dribbling basketballs, standing around, etc. just seems like they ignore the phones. But that’s the only way to get any kind of answer. On top of getting the car on the 23rd of July, we’ve been told multiple days it’ll be done and finally today we ask again and the original service issue hasn’t even been looked at. So we just want the car at this point and have the service done at a later date since it’s under a warranty plan. Can’t do that because they still haven’t done inspection and fill it up with gas. I really wish I went somewhere else had I known it’d be like this. There should definitely be some kind of compensation or push back on a payment, maybe even have the contract forfeited at this point because how am I about to receive payments on something I don’t have. Never even got. I got to test drive it and that’s it. I’m sure there’s other professionals in the building but who we dealt with wasn’t ideal at all.

This Kia sold me a lemon car. The transmission has went out 2 times in a year period. It is a 2020 Forte. Kuala consumer is offering me minimal compensation. Luckily the warranty is for 10 years or 100,000 miles.

Disappointed in the car parts department.Given the wrong Item even after they checked the VIN number they got off my insurance card. Called them to let them know wrong Item .Had to drive all the way back to the dealership through rush hour traffic same day for a simple thing like a Air Filter. Could have been avoided if person had done there job and checked Item number properly before I left.Thank you

A wonderful experience. Went in with the intention of fixing my car and just looking at some new cars. Joana Avalon’s helped me and didn’t pressure me at all. She walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything. Gave me multiple car options to pick from that matched my needs and when I found the one, helped me to reach a financial goal. I was able to walk out with one of my dream cars. Finance department was also wonderful. The surrounding staff was fun and engaging as well. Overall a wonderful experience!

Called ahead to make sure a vehicle I was interested in was physically at the lot to test drive, the ensured it was there and when I showed up the vehicle wasnt there, it was being borrowed. They showed me the same model with different paint and higher mileage and tried to pull the wool over my eyes on the pricing. It was 2 grand more than the vehicle we originally wanted to look at.

Rick Spell is the only salesman I will use there and Greg A is the only guy I let close my financing. They are genuine, friendly and no pressure to put you above your budget or add ons. I typically deplore buying a vehicle but I have used them 3 times and taken my 2 adult children to use them. Great upfront pricing. Great trade in values and great service.

Would highly recommend this place. And I bought the Kia Sorrento and it definitely looks nicer than the Land Rover. My salesman was Juan Nunez and he is top-of-the-line. I haven’t done business with anyone but Moritz since I moved to Ft Worth. Now I think it’s time to move on. My last sales experience was not positive. Now Their service department has disappointed me. They know they messed up because for the first time the have not sent me a review. My windshield washer would not spray and I was due for service so I called to get a Saturday appointment. They were full and offered me Monday at 7:00 am. I said I usually have to wait 3 hours on a Saturday so I’m concerned about scheduling Monday when I have to be at work by 9:30. I was assured it would be ok and would be out in 30 minutes or so. I get there at 7:00 am to find I’m 9th in line before the doors open. Once again I was assured I had plenty of time. Finally at 8:30 I asked for a update. I was told “he’s working on it. He can’t find the leak”. Leak? What Leak??? My only complaint was windshield washer stopped up. They got the service man straight on how t read a service order and let me know I may be late for work. They knew I wasn’t happy and asked me if I wanted them to stop. I said no, but I don’t want an inappropriate rush job either. I got my car back at 8:55. They washed but the back was still dirty. My inside windshield never got cleaned. They barely reviewed my service that I signed and paid for but really let me know I need to buy a new battery for 385.00! On my service paperwork it was marked battery refused… It was only recommended at my next appointment. Moritz has lost me.

BEWARE - The Financing Dept: While I have enjoyed the Certified Pre-Owned I purchased a few months ago, I have really been bothered by an experience there that left a bad taste. They knew my decision to buy was payment driven. We went back and forth several times. Finally, they got the payment close to what I wanted and, as an aside said, You were approved to get the extended warranty. I thought great! Not one time was it mentioned that they had added and additional $3000 to my principal for this, nor was it offered as a choice for me to decline. Electronic paperwork was flying. It was never offered for discussion. It just showed up in my paperwork. By the time what had just happened clicked I had already signed.

I had been looking for a used car, I found one at a different dealership ( Graff Chevrolet) and was going to purchase there until they added on a OSF of $4000. We then saw a vehicle here, called and spoke with Anthony Santos, who told us the vehicle was still available, offered us the opportunity to come see it right at closing time!! Thank you Anthony!! We showed up, test drove the vehicle and we liked it...I asked for the price out the door, it was in my price range and no OSF of any sort. I tried to buy from Moritz of Hurst, but as a first time car buyer with no credit history they did little to find me a better interest rate. Just another good old American dealership: Over promise and under deliver. I bought a used car from this dealership and I was extremely disappointed at the service they provided. They told me they would fix some details that the vehicle had, and the salesperson agreed to fix them all. After my wife took the vehicle for the promised fixes, the people gave her an attitude We do not fix these type of details on used cars. And on top of this, they did not fix all the agreed-upon details! Skip this dealership. I shouldve bought my vehicle online and avoid this type of establishment.

I took my kia in for an oil change and when I got it back a mere couple of hours later, it was making horrible noises. I took it back in and was told that the suspension may be off. Now Im being told that I need to pay for the work to fix that when I left my perfectly working car and whatever needs to be fixed now happened under their possession of the car. Absolutely terrible!

Dropped off our running vehicle 5/ 24/21. No check engine light. Car making a sound. Received a call saying the engine died on them in their possession and that we would need a new engine costing 10 thousand dollars. I find it very odd we drop off a running car and then it died on them in their care and now want us to pay for a new engine. Also want to charge fees to us for not even diagnosing the issue which they say they would have to get inside of the engine to know.

I’m leaving this because of my experience I had with a fella named Kevin from this organization. I’ve never met someone that makes a living off of sales and customer service that treats customers in such a way. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this location to any of my staff or any of my friends or family in the community. I literally called Classic as soon as I left and we made a deal on 2 new vehicles the same day with 0 hassle. Buying new vehicles shouldn’t be a struggle especially when you can pay for the vehicle same day. That experience blew my mind. I’m still shocked on the whole ordeal.

I would NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership. I have been dealing with them since March. Had problems with my car from day one. They finally put me in another one which runs good but has some minor maintenance that needed to be done. Its been a month and still havent fixed it all. The manager hasnt returned any of my calls. They have very bad communication skills. Salesman are nice but management SUCKS!! I will never shop at this dealership again. I went in to inquire about a used vehicle and also just to get an idea of what they would give me for my trade. My current vehicle, which I bought at this dealership in 2018 as a brand new car, has under 13,000 miles on it and I had researched theBB value as well as the trade value before going into the dealership. The running back and forth to the “sales manager” was a joke as was the offer on my vehicle. I don’t trust this dealership and specifically don’t trust the sales manager. Buyers beware of this establishment.

I had never taken my car to be worked on at the dealership before because I was under the erroneous assumption that repairs would be too expensive. However, if I had taken it somewhere cheaper, I know they would not have gone above and beyond like the techs/mechanics at Kia.The service manager investigated my problem more in-depth and found the faulty component. He got on the phone and traced down a replacement without having to charge me the whole assembly unit. They saved me a lot of money in the short and long term. Thanks guys!

My husband and I recently purchased a Telluride from Zen at Moritz Kia. Let me start by saying how kindly we were treated from the time we began discussing the purchase of our new car, until driving it off the lot. Zen, our “Bow Tie Car Guy” was professional, enthusiastic about showing us the vehicle and left no stone unturned in explaining every detail about what the Telluride had to offer. We knew this was the car for us and began negotiations. It’s a tough vehicle to get your hands on due to demand but we did our research and tried contacting several dealerships to find the right price and trim and found out the hard way that Zen was the most fair and helpful! We are so pleased with the follow up and care he has given us even a week after our purchase! I encourage you to visit Moritz and ask for Zen for your next car purchase!

If you’re a person who likes things so be clear cut dry and transparent. Do yourself a favor and go on to the next dealership. They sold me a truck where A/C was messed up. After I signed the paperwork they told me it was messed up but would fix it.Told me “it’ll be done Tomorrow” the whole time it was in the shop.They had the truck for 10 days in the shop for an AC problem????Then I took it home and my heater was not working.Took it back the next day and they said nothing is wrong with it (heat only comes out if passenger side vents). Not I gotta pocket money to get heater fixed after buying truck from them.This was my first vehicle purchase and the experience was not pleasant at all. Very frustrating buying process.Maybe I’m @ fault for signing all the paperwork Before I made sure every little thing was okay but I suppose had too much faith they’d sell me a decent vehicle.

From the moment I walked into the dealership I was treated very well. I walked in right after getting off work wearing dirty steel toed boots and a work shirt. It didn’t make any difference. I might as well been wearing a suit.The salesperson (Carlos Sanchez) listened to my needs and showed the car that met my list of features. I had nothing short of a positive experience when purchasing my car from Moritz Kia. Jim Oppenlander was so helpful throughout the entire process. He patiently answered every question I had and thoroughly went over all of the features in my new vehicle and how to use them. When I was waiting at finance, he even came and helped me review my manual and explained how service under the warranty will work.Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was so kind and ready to serve. Had a great experience. After a test drive in one of their older used vehicles I was concerned about the breaks. They took the vehicle back did full inspection of break system and kept all the numbers proving the work they did as well as parts replaced. They did this under faith that i was a potential buyer, that stood out to me. I ended up purchasing the car, and have been very happy so far. The salesman I had was very knowledgeable about all the models on the lot, as well as engine specs. I believe his name was Dayon. Great dude. And made for a great experience. I own a fleet of Kia’s and have always considered Kia to be the best fit for my company. I recently had one of my cars towed into Kia Fort Worth that had a key issue. I notified them the car was being delivered to them and the problem and expected a follow-up call. After several days I hadn’t heard from anyone and called 3 times to be told they would have to call me back but no one ever called. After over a week I called and was told that the parts had been ordered. After not hearing from anyone in week 3 I called and asked for the service manager who explain someone in my office approved the repair and parts were on order. I told him that the repair didn’t need to authorized because it was under warranty. No one had called me or my office to authorize a repair. After 1 month I got a call to pick the car up. When I arrived and paid my portion of the repair, they couldn’t find my key for over 20 minutes until finally someone found it unmarked in a box. I asked several times to speak with the service manager but he never came out. The car had been sitting there so long that the battery was dead and it took another 20 minutes to get someone to jump it. On top of that the car was covered in bird poop. They were very non-responsive to getting my car for me. I’ve never been treated so badly and will choose not to use this dealership ever again.

The staff at Moritz Kia are amazing! They are very helpful. I ended up leaving my car for several days. They gave me a nice loaner car, with a full tank of gas. My car is still under warranty so I had to pay nothing except for refilling the loaner car with gas when I returned it.In addition, I had just returned from a camping trip and my car had mud all over it.... They washed it for me. ;)Thank you for your OUTSTANDING customer service!!!

This review was in January....Not happy with Kia! I was looked in the face and was lied to when I bought my car!This review was just 9/16/21I guess besides the sales staff lying to you in the face the service department employee Jenna lies right to your face also!! And when they know they have lied they dont send out a review for you to do! I cant believe people or rather a place of business will allow this sort of thing to go on! I would like to thank the team of gentlemen who made things happen for my daughter and I last week as she purchased her new car. They went above and beyond to make the process go smoothly. We were greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the receptionist. Maurice was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and he broke down everything for my daughter to understand. Greg and Brad worked their magic with the numbers. And a special shout out to Washington for even bringing us to Moritz Kia Fort Worth in the first place. Worst customer service award for sales and finance goes to.. Don’t waste your time or money here. Prime example as to why car salesmen/dealerships have a bad rep. Guess the Moritz group is so big now they allow this type of service to continue. Sell one car for a lifetime, rather than multiple cars over a lifetime! Great sales tactic.

Moritz Kia-Fort Worth was very organized. The People were very nice and courteous, the Dealership was very clean and had a huge waiting area with lots of amenities. It was ver comfortable. I very nice area to wait on your car. The serviceman did what a need and advised me of what I could get if I could at that time. He did not come back with a list of things needed and expected me to get done . Very cool Dealership. I will be back for all my 2 Kia’s maintenance . Thankyou!

I have never been so dissatisfied with any other business, where to begin.... I purchased a used vehicle and when i had some questions i could not get a hold of anybody but the receptionist who continually sent me to wrong department.... i definitely do not recommend this place!!!!

Always pleasant and eager to help. Bought my car here and keep the maintenance on the regular and affordable. Jenny has been there the longest and has the best personality. She will get you in and out in a jiffy. Always ask for her, shes never off.

Javier Ahmad was very helpful, patient and willing to help us at most. Everybody was kind and friendly, the process was easy and fast. So far the best experience when buying a car. This was not stressful. Definitely going back and referirnos friends and family when needed to buy a car. The only thing Is that it’s a little far but it was worth the drive.
