I like to see the flavor. Covering up everything because of covid is not rational excuse. You want to keep the ice cream hygiene? Put on some transparent door for the freezer. By the way the crashed cookie and chocolate taste like sugary ice. Awful. Next time I make sure to buy my ice cream from grocery store.You loosing your small business to your silly decision.

Amazing ice cream. It’s all locally made, too! They’re very friendly with vegan options, so if you have dietary restrictions this is definitely a place to consider. The staff is usually very friendly, but their shop is small (no places to hang around and enjoy the dessert) and their prices are pretty high. They do have a decent variety of choices and flavors that cycle out every month or so. If you’re strolling around Sundance square, it’s a perfect place to grab a scoop to top off the day.

This is the cutest little ice cream shop Ive ever seen. Locally owned, this ice shop has so many flavors and options. My favorite are the seasonal options, like Pumpkin Chip vegan ice cream made from cashews! Did I mention its one of the best in Fort Worth?

I love Melt ice cream, and was excited to go there with some dear friends yesterday. We had never been to this new location, so we decided to try it - and sadly, it was not a great experience. The ice cream was fine as always, but the customer service was awful. The girl serving us was so unfriendly, she seemed almost annoyed - and then was rude to my friend who asked if she could break a $100 bill. It doesn’t sound like a huge deal (and in the grand scope of things, it wasn’t) but the overall attitude and negativity of the team was so palpable, it made us feel unwelcome and we couldn’t wait to leave. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but had to for this because I know Melt’s standards are so much better than this! Friendliness, and a joyful vibe is one of the reasons I used to enjoy bringing friends here. I hope this location can improve, and train all of their staff to have joy and kindness towards their customers.

Melt makes some mean ice creams. Im from the land of dairy and Ill be the first to admit that. I stopped in and got their pineapple upside down cake and was blown away. They also have great distancing set up during covid. Shout out to the nice young lady working who had to deal with so many ice cream fanatics all by herself.

MELT is an awesome Fort Worth establishment, and the original location on Magnolia street is always so busy that the line flows out the door. That location is cute and fun and the ice cream is great! This new location opened only a few days ago, and I visited with my 3-year old son, and I was absolutely speechless at the perfectly cohesive design of both the brand, the great location, and the interior decoration. The MELT yellow is consistently harmonious, and even accented by more yellow flowers, wonderful walls, even down to the moulding. And thats all before you even get to the real show... my son now knows the word decadent. I had the brown-butter-cake ice cream, which I believe is seasonal (so get in there quick) and it was everything I wanted. To make things even better, this new location is exactly 2 BLOCKS away from the coffee shop that I own called Vaquero Coffee Co., so when I get off in the morning and I need to cool off, I just walk over. or if I need ice cream to get ready for a sweaty evening shift of making coffee, I can come in for a little pre-shift peace! I hope everyone visits and has a pleasant experience, so that MELT sticks around for years to come!

My hubby and I were walking around downtown Fort Worth when we saw Melt. We decided to reward ourselves after our walk. ;) Way to negate the healthy benefits of walking by indulging in delicious craft icecream, but boy was it worth it! I had a scoop of pistachio Meyer lemon in a toasted coconut waffle cone. It was delicious. So many flavors, but all melding together beautifully. My husband had a hot cocoa with a scoop of taste of Texas I think it was called. The cocoa was so rich and smooth. Neither my husband not I stopped talking about how good it was until long after we finished. Melts flavors change seasonally, so theres always something new to try.

OMG VEGAN Dark chocolate and salt lick are my favorite! I will usually do a door drop off of a pint of the vegan dark chocolate. She loves that you cannot tell what milk base they use. Definiately the best tasting pop by gift in my opinion!

Being someone with dairy issues, ice cream is one of the things I miss the most. The lavender fields non dairy ice cream here is literally the best non dairy ice cream I have ever had. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys something sweet, creamy and vegan friendly!

Omg 😍 I’m in love. Just left this place and the ice cream is amazing. It’s “craft cream” basically but so good and priced well. You see them make the waffle cones right in front of you. I had the Créme Brûléez 🤤 You would think it would be super sweet but it’s just right. The burnt sugar isn’t a heavy flavor but it’s there just enough to enjoy it without regretting it. I’m so having this place again.

Wonderful little ice shop. After a subpar sushi experience, I thought date night was a fail, but the lovely girl who took care of us here was so bubbly (even after 10pm) and the ice cream sammy I had was so spectacular, I decided we had a fine night after all.
