Nothing quite says Ive given up like forgetting to add any flavor to their blizzards.If your are planning to eat your emotions like I was, go else where. Turns out you can get sadder, all it takes is a vanilla blizzard. I didnt even know this was a menu option, but here I am, sitting in the dark eating a plain blizzard.I tried to call to see if I could rectify the issue, without sitting inline at 8pm, but no one ever answers and voicemail isnt an option.10/16/21 They asked for another chance so tonight I returned... Apparently they dont think Im too bright, which clearly Im not as I went back... Anywho, its really easy to see they ripped a chicken strip in half to get to 4... Someone failed math obvi, as two halves make a whole, so that is still only 3 🙄

When I got up to the window I was surprised to see this….if I were the owner I would want to know about it. Not appropriate in my book!I also just want to mention that the reason I was there was to purchase two gift certificates for my students for birthday gifts. They sold me them but told me that I had to pay cash for them. Is this you typical policy DQ?

This is not the first time it has happened I ordered fries came back cold and gross I waited at the window until the lady came back and I said these fries are soggy and not hot she had an attitude having to have to replace them second time on my ice cream. Inch and a half what I asked for on the top of the blizzard I did not notice until almost halfway home and found the rest of it was all vanilla ice cream not mixed well at all for the blizzard and its not the first time my order has been wrong or really bad food not going back here again.

Decent food and friendly service. Pretty good value for what you get. Love getting a dipped cone with my dinner. Food is 3 stars and service is 5. So hence the 4 star rating.

Just waited 25 minutes in line to order a chocolate milkshake. Which is fine, I dont mind the wait. I get it. But my chocolate milk shake wasnt mixed well at all. And there was more chocolate on the outside of the cup then in the shake Im pretty sure. Wont be back to this location. The tip sign was also very obnoxious. I would have been very upset had I tipped and recieved the shake that I did..

Food was good, but cotton candy blizzard was basically vanilla ice cream with a hint of cotton candy bits. Didnt tell us they charge for condiments until after we paid with a card. It wasnt worth another transaction for 59 cents. Lady at the window must own the place because shes rude and still works there. (EDIT): Lowering review from two stars to one star because the bottom half of the cotton candy blizzard was plain vanilla. Borders on dishonesty.

I pulled up to the drive through at 11 AM. The kid working told me that he wouldn’t be ready for another 8 minutes. He took my order around 11:08 AM, I ordered 2 blizzards, & 2 orders of pretzels. Once I pulled up to the window I was greeted with a request for a tip, & once I got my food, I noticed the cheese.

Had an ice cream cone and thankfully I didnt get it dipped because there was a hair on it.. definitely did not expect that but other than that its just a regular location the area isnt that great but if you really want some ice cream I guess you can go there if you really wanted to, I havent bothered ordering any food from that location because they seem extremely understaffed and just getting ice cream takes a little bit extra, theres always a five or six car line in the Drive-Thru and it takes upwards of five or six minutes to even get an ice cream cone so I would recommend going to a different location in the area.

They dont accept dairy queen app coupons. I wanted to get a blizzard instead of the soda and was willing to pay extra and they dont do that. I have done it at other dairy queens so I know its possible. Then when I pulled up to the window there was a hand written note on the window that due to the poor hand writing I wasnt fully able to understand. From what I could figure out they were hoping for tips based on it being hot in there. Tacky to ask for tips in general and then after denying the coupon and unable to upsize my order to a blizzard I passed on giving a tip. When I opened my order I realized they didnt give me the rotisserie chicken bites but regular chicken tenders. The food was good. Next time I want dairy queen Ill try another one.

Because they are a small location and are only serving dri e through, the lines were incredibly long leaking onto the street. We waited 30 minutes to get an order in. The only saving grace was the young man with a majestic curly mullet at the window who was genuinely apologetic of the wait (and the lack of public restroom access.) Food was fresh and the treats were on point... minus a straw for the drink (darn request rules...)

Not the worst has some really good workers and some that are lacking like one of the cooks is kinda just bad at math and burns or gives you too little chicken but other then there weakest link they are good and have potential

Like so many other places this place was great til they started with one of those apps and now they handle those orders before yours and now it takes longer to get through the drive thru than some sit down restaurants.

Food was good, fast and HOT! They werent super busy, so maybe thats why our food was good!? IDK, but one of the best DQ experiences we have had.

How can you be a ice cream place without having chocolate ice cream? And maybe you should indicate somewhere online that the lobby is closed, so people know if they need a car or not. Now who is the manager of this location. Employees demand tips refuse to give you a drink that comes with the meal even after asking what flavor of soda. Im not going to argue over a soda.

Food was good, but the lady at the window talked very quickly and loudly, so it was a little difficult to process what she was saying. But overall a good place to go for ice-cream or a bite to eat. They forgot my Texas Toast though

The kids begged for DQ so we drove a ways to get to this one. Everything was drive-through, so the line was long — understandable during the pandemic. We all ordered dipped cones. I felt that they were on the small side for the ordered size and rather misshapen compared to the DQ standard. Additionally, the topping was quite thin and fragile compared to what Ive grown to expect from DQ over the years. My impression was that it had been thinned out to stretch the number of servings it would yield. The vanilla ice cream itself and the cones were what we expected. Overall, it was an okay treat for the kids, but I myself couldnt help feeling rather disappointed.

Got a blizzard and it was fully just vanilla ice cream with about an inch of toppings covering the top so I didnt notice until I started to eat it. Almost $7 for vanilla ice

I go here at least two times a month. Its a busy Dairy Queen with a small team thats only doing drive-thru in a pandemic - you gotta take all that into account. The drive-thru speaker is only about two car lengths from the window so that definitely increases wait times if people are placing big food orders but, generally, the wait isnt horrible. Yes, sometimes the line backs into the street, the property isnt meant for long lines of cars. My orders have always been correct and prepared ok (I mean, its fast food). Ive never experienced rudeness from the staff - though, like Ive said, theyre often really busy but if youre nice then theyre nice. Knocked off a star because they are often out of certain food items, whoever does their ordering could be doing a better job.

This place has to be a front for something, Ive been there three times in the past week and each time theyve had an excuse on why they couldnt serve ice cream.. twice somebody called in and they were waiting for somebody to arrive and once their ice cream machine was broke so they could only serve hot food.

Bad experience. Took way too long to have my ordered taken (5+ minutes of silence). Food was alright. I was told I couldnt substitute my meals drink for a blizzard and pay the difference even though every other Dairy Queen Ive been to allows for this. Thankfully the Dairy Queen closer to my house doesnt operate like this one.

Not very friendly not very helpful. Would not allow us to order inside. Made us order at the window and wait in the cold. When they say you can order to-go and make you go through the drive through that is not right.

Ive only tried this place twice in the 10 years Ive lived within a half mile of it . It is by far the closest fast food to my home . All the one star reviews are correct . Anyone with a review higher than 3* should have bought a lottery ticket right after their visit

Yes they take longer than other places, but we’ve been loving this place the last year!! When we first moved into the area 2 years, not gonna lie it wasn’t the best. In a last minute dinner pinch a few months ago and we were blown away! Everything is hot, as in burns your mouth hot, the tenders are always cooked perfect and my parter has always looooved his burgers. Tonight we both were stoked to get Dairy Queen and as usual lately, it exceeded our expectations. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up! :)

Very disappointed in the service. no one updates the menu of not serving a certain flavor of blizzard, and had to get a different type of soda because root beer was flat, drive thru cashier didnt tip blizzard upside down or even communicate ahead of time that the chocolate ice cream was still soft currently, and no lid for my blizzard either so it was dripping all over, the cashier didnt seem to understand what the coupon was from the app even, and from any other location i have went to no other one has charged me for getting a dipping sauce but yet it was going to be 50 cents for one at this location.

Purchased chicken strips and a blizzard on Monday, which should have come to around $12. Today (Wednesday) I checked by bank account and was charged $112.68 -- ONE HUNDRED dollars more than it should have been. Attempted to call the number listed on Google and their website for this location and it said the number is not available. Will never come to this location again.

They dont have a walk up window and if youre a pedestrian you will be standing in line with the cars.

Not only was the staff extremely rude, but our cones were not properly made and were melting before we even received them. We ordered and paid for medium fries and got a small. AND we found a black hair in our fries. Especially in a time of COVID, the lack of safety (also no gloves in the food handling) is extremely unprofessional.

Slowest place ever! I also ordered a large sundae and it looks more like a medium. For almost 5 dollars I think they can put a bit more ice cream and fudge. The drive thru lines are always ridiculously long and prepare to wait a food 30 min to get your food.

I went into this location on new years eve and ordered 61.00 worth of food chicken strip were burned fryers where not completely cook ordered cheese curds and they where also over cooked tryed to call them all day on new yrs day never answers there phone would of tryed to call last night but they where closed at 7pm I wish I could give a 0 rating they need to contact me back I want my money back dont eat at this location Also got a hold of the franchise owner finally and when I talk to her I asked her for my money back and she basically said that she could not give me my money back and the best she could do was give me like $25 worth of food even though I spent $61 that location need to close because of they cared about their customers like they said they do she would give me my money back And after I ask for my money back she never contact me back again Poor poor customer service

Sat in the drive thru for 30 mins for them to tell me to pull forward and wait longer.. The drive thru lady kept rushing me to order and then got my order wrong then when I asked for no ice, like I ordered, she was unhappy and looked at the receipt like I did something wrong and when she handed me the drinks they were only filled this much. I order no ice every time I go somewhere because it waters down my drink and I get more than 5 sips out of it. Lousy service, slow service, and rushy for no reason..

The ice cream cone is what I got, I remember it being better. It was okay. I agree that the drive up window is on the wrong side of the building so its a little difficult to drive up to but Im sure this place wasnt always a dairy queen can hardly blame them for that.

Ordered 2 # 1s on with large fries 1 with large onion rings and a peanut butter parfait let me start by saying only got 5 onion rings and they were soggy and barely breaded fries were undercooked and my peanut butter parfait Im not kidding only had at best 10 peanuts worst dairy queen I have ever been to cant believe corporation lets their company be represented by this place they obviously see all the bad reviews talk to a couple of friends about it they said they stop going to this one years ago because of multiple issues good job dairy queen corporate stealing customers hard earned money

My one star review is for my experience just now at this location. First, when I arrived there was no one to take orders at the window. I had to knock to get the attention of one of the employees, and she promptly took my order. However, upon going to the next window the OWNER switched places with that employee and was going to take my payment. I asked her to read back my order please so I could verify my order was correct which it was not. Thus, she corrected it. Then I spotted the same person who originally took my order working the grill making my ORDER WITHOUT GLOVES. DURING A PANDEMIC. I questioned the owner about their policy with glove wearing during the Coronavirus and she said that The cook usually does wear gloves but its fine this time because she only is in the kitchen. First of all ITS NOT OKAY. EVER. during a pandemic to take my order on the screen inside, not wash your hands and then proceed to cook my food without gloves, and everyone elses. The owner then proceeded to suggest I just cancel the order; which I did. Instead of telling the employee to fix the issue. The owner is a rude, snobby, cheap and poor excuse for a manager and I will be contacting the health department about this matter. I Advise NO BODY go to this specific dairy queen during the covid Pandemic. If you dont want to be exposed to the disease. Thanks for reading, will not be returning.

Every time I get the owner I will drive away. You order two basket meals one Pepsi one Mountain Dew and you get to diet Pepsis. If you didnt have Mountain Dew or regular Pepsi let me know to pick another drink. Ordered a large blizzard and the 8-inch cup and got a 3-inch spoon. When asked do you have any large spoons they said no were out. Would have been nice to know before I ordered something I cant get the rest of out of there without making a mess. Thats just the most recent time. Ive had other times when the owner takes my order and just gives me whatever they want. Ive had other people who work there do a good job just seems to be the owner.

Going through the drive through, the staff laughed when the first three things i ordered weren’t in stock. As a former DQ employee the cones were not up to standards, and there was a hair in the French fries i ordered. I will not be coming here again and recommend you don’t either.

Poor service. Our order has been wrong 4 out of 5 times, some times being charged for items ordered but not received. Cashier argued with me when I ordered something that is missing from bag, even when its on the receipt.

I live just down the street from this location & they never have enough staff working to accommodate their customers. The people that work there are usually very nice but they are severely lacking in proper training. It takes FOREVER for the simplest of orders. It doesnt matter if i order food, ice cream, etc... they seriously need new management & someone to come train the staff how to operate a fast food restaurant. They have the front cashier & ice cream fountain workers working the grill too! If i go there & there is more than 1 person in line, we just leave because that usually takes about 20 mins! NO EXAGGERATION! Its really a shame! DQ has such good food & ice cream, this location is just horribly managed.

Great food. Old school type restaurant from the early 70s dont ever change it. Chicken strips so fresh tasting and the $5 box....a drink, fries, several choices burgers, chicken strips, and even a chicken salad box all served with a small sundae of your choice. 👍

Girls in drive thru were nice but they cant blend and make blizzards. My blizzards are always lacking anything in them. May as well have ordered soft serve.. I pay for a blizzard and I want it to be filled with the treats and it never is. And i read your response and it was not the first time I didnt get anything in my blizzard it has been many times. As much as they are you should put the actual items inside it!
