Our experience was that the greeting was not friendly. We waited and there was no communication. We had experienced scheduling issues in the past and there was never any apology for dropped balls or other debacles. At this point I expressed frustration. Good customer service could have saved the day but instead we received an agressive, argumentative response. The art of listening, understanding, and de-escalating a situation is lost on them, and instead this woman threw gas on the fire. It was very poorly handled. Fortunately, we have had very positive experiences at other locations. Please do train your people.

My wife loved the staff and was able to get the help she needed getting the testing done for her hearing loss. Then they were able to get the right type of hearing aids that gave her back 80% of her hearing.Dont go around in life missing what you want to hear because your stubborn or afraid of the cost.Best hearing aids in the world at the Costco Hearing Center locations.

The woman who checks your hearing is soooo sweet!! She does her job professionally. Shes from Brazil, has a Russian like accent.. Very friendly, adorable personality. If I wasnt married, look out Costco audiologist!! She takes her time, does not rush you, and you get her personality on top of that!!

Took my 92 year old Dad to have his hearing aids checked out. Greeted with a smile and a eagerness to provide services. Cleaned them and replaced a transmitter in one.. Very satisfactory experience.

Great service at this location. Knowledgeable and helpful. I didnt like the Arlington hearing center, they programmed my hearing aids incorrectly.
