They were very good to me very interested in what I wanted in a hearing aid. I hope they have better in the ear hearing aids next year that fit in the canal. But I am very pleased with how I was treated and the product I was introduced to now.The tech was wonderful and very good at explaining my test results.

Camp Bowie store is great, from the from person to the technician. They have the best tech I have ever dealt with for my hearing test and take all the time needed to set your instruments up correctly. During second visit she made adjustments necessary to bring my hearing to the best quality I have had after seven years of wearing hearing aids. When you enter the store the first time you will think you are dealing with family members throughout you entire visit.

I had a very professionally conducted hearing evaluation. I felt comfortable and my results were explained clearly. Every step of the evaluation was explained well ahead of time.

I appreciate their free screening which seemed thorough although it was rescheduled several times. I would use them again.

After many years of dealing with loss of hearing and saying Can you repeat that? more than I wanted, I visited Soundworks and had an assessment. They tested my hearing and I was less than pleased with finding out that my hearing loss was more than I expected. I knew my hearing was bad but I did not realize how bad until Christie explained the results of my test. The fact that she has hearing aids and has no problem wearing glasses with them encouraged me to get my first pair. Its very encouraging how well I can hear after only 1 day of wearing them as I adjust to my hearing aids.

Kristie has been great trying to help me improve my hearing. I had one brand that just didnt seem to work for me and Kristie let me go through the trial period then switched me to another brand and I believe this one is much better. I have been able to hear normally so far for the first day and am looking forward to running this pair through their paces. So far so good!

Initial evaluation appointment was very thorough. Regrettably, for some reason, that I suspect is related to the parent company and not the fault of the Camp Bowie location, there has been absolutely no follow-up as promised.

I think the staff at Sound Works was very helpful, knowledge. The representative explain things so I could understand where I was with my hearing loss. She offer a great hearing aides that I felt were within my budget.

I really dont have anything to compare it to since this was my first time visiting this particular kind of business....BUT I had heard horror stories about the tendency to upsell and already pricey item. Thankfully, this WAS NOT THE CASE at Soundworks. It was a great place, the tech was knowledgeable and even had a hearing aid herself and it was helpful hearing from experience (no pun intended!) My father-in-law can hear great again for the first time in many years. He was treated kindly even though he has a foreign language barrier. I really appreciated everything Soundworks did to get us to this point.
