Excellent experience. Employees helped me with the twin TV mount that I need it screws and nuts for my wall.

I was after a Bell 600 bicycle cable set and Westlake Ace Hardware had then in stock for the lowest price.While we were there, we explored their clearance/sale items. If I was not visiting from hundreds of miles away, I would have seriously considered some things.They had a wide assortment on high-quality grills, not on clearance; moreover, their stock of grill accessories was plentiful. We bought a magnetic butcher-block and it was a perfect birthday present for a guy who has everything.

We had to pick up some Magnolia paint for a mini project at the house and the staff was so helpful. Old guys with more knowledge than they know what to do with that always seem to have answer for my questions. They dont always have what Im looking for but Ive never walked away not knowing what I needed for a particular project. The depot should hire more guys like these.

Not a huge selection of tools and hardware when compared to a home depot or lowes. But they have some unique items that those stores dont have. Shop feels a bit like a small town hardware store.

I went in to find an HDMI cable and had no idea what it was or what to look for. A wonderful employee asked if I needed help. I really love this location. They always seem to have the thing Im looking for. Most recently I needed stuff for my new pellet smoker and they have a great variety of pellets and grilling item.

Not sure what you need? This is the place to get answers. Ive learned to drive past both the big hardware stores if I have a question. The staff at Ace amazes me with their knowledge and willingness to answer my questions to be sure i have what I need. Prices are comparable. Service is ridiculous good every time I go there.

Was looking for a particular vertical smoker and not having much luck. My wife saw an advertisement for this store, so I decided to stop in. One of my better decisions, I had the good luck to run into Stanley. Wow! Absolutely great customer service !!! He went above and beyond to help me. His people skills are incredible. I couldnt make my purchase at that time, however I did return the following day to make my purchase. A couple of days after making my purchase I returned to the store to thank Stanley personally, I also made sure to talk to the store manager about what a positive experience it was. It’s ace hardware not sure what kind of review to give. You go in get your SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA and leave it’s definitely a lot more tame than how depot and shoppers comport themselves accordingly

You know what I like about this place is there always friendly when you come in the door they say hello theyre like seeing some extended family Jerrys always there is real friendly and helpful sometimes I have some specific things and hes my go-to guy but theyre all really good people thats why I like shopping there and you can get in and out of there pretty fast not like other places.

Visited this location on 04/09/2020 to pick up a curbside purchase I made. I went inside the store to see if they had a replacement blade I saw online that would help with mulching. I was not assisted nor did they have a unopened lawn mower for me. The associate tried to give me the display mower which was missing parts (charger and battery) and called the cops on me when I refused to take it. He then canceled my order putting my funds in limbo for 7 to 10 business days as punishment. When I asked could he locate my merchandise at a different location. Not sure what fueled Jeff’s displeasure with me I would love to view the footage on their store cameras just to let them justify the way I was treated. God bless. Video coming soon...

Very well kept, nice, friendly, people, well placed location, and everything you could ever ask for in a hardware store. Except the prices. I needed a few boards to complete a quick project and the price was about $7 each. I took a few extra minutes to run over to Home Depot and got the boards, hardware, and necessary lag bolts for less than $1 more than Ace wanted for the lumber alone. We learned this lesson long ago. If possible, always go somewhere else or expect to pay for the convenience. I will add, however, I once bought some clearance items for pennies on the dollar but now their clearance MAY be everyone else’s standard price.

Large hardware store. I wandered around like a lost pup. Just as I found the appropriate aisle, a gentleman came to help me. Very polite and helpful. I got what I needed. Much better than Home Depot. The personal touch and just as close to the house. Glad I found them.

Not the most helpful Ace that I have experienced everywhere else in the country. Tried to get a key cut and it took awhile for someone to show up. 3 ladies standing at registers doing nothing and I could see 2 older men stocking freight.Hate to say it, Lowes offers better service!!!

Store must be in transition remodeling. Prices are higher than anticipated. No one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. Left without a purchase. May be because of remodel but dont know. I loved my hometown Ace . kind of disappointed with this one however to be fair l will go back in a couple of weeks.

There is something about this location that I find endearing. The staff is mostly older retired gentleman who are not always the most knowledgeable but they will be glad to assist you and you will figure it out together.

Bummer that the popcorn machine isnt run because of the COVID-19 virus. Good selection and variety of garden amendments, yard tools, and paint!!!The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because there are only pellet grills available; not one regular charcoal grill there. There were a couple of green eggs there too.Otherwise, everything was great and I highly recommend this store.

My family needed a folding table for our Socially Distanced Thanksgiving 2020. We placed the order online, picked it up at the Westlake Ace Hardware store and Great Customer Service the gentleman loaded in the car for my daughter and I.

We bought a natural gas grill from this location for our new house recently. Once it had been delivered to our house, we realized we werent quite sure how to hook it up. Beryl Andrews, assistant manager, came out to our house for a very reasonable fee and got it hooked up for us. We used it for the first time last night, and it worked perfectly. Employees here are nice but they dont know what they are doing. My wife ordered a yeti cup online to be delivered at this stores location and we had to wait 45 mins for them to find it.

I stopped by this morning to pick up some items for our traditional pre-Christmas cleaning. The folks who work at this hardware store are some of the nicest Ive ever encountered while shopping, from the lady who helped me find what I was looking for to the cashier who asked about my Christmas plans. I highly recommend this store if youre looking for a friendly atmosphere that reminds you of the stores you would visit as a kid with your dad.

Awesome store and very helpful and friendly staff. Dylan D assisted me with some pool filter sand when I called earlier in the day to see if it was in stock. Once I arrived at the store he greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. I told him I was looking for pool filter sand and he said, yes u spoke to you earlier. Told me exactly where it was and upon checking out he recommended a table of 50%off BBQ items reminding me I needed a BBQ grill scrapper. Ive been forgetting to get that for at least a month.
