While I was shopping I was asked 3 times if I needed any help finding anything Which was nice. I will go back your in shop. They had some pretty good prices on everything. OMG they have so much stuff lol. Store was clean and well lit. Again, the staff was so nice. And believe all Ace Hardware stores are individually owned So your helping local people and your local economy. I photographed almost the entire store so you could see what products they had.

Love this place. Pretty much find anything you need. Cashier ladies need to not talk about customers in Spanish, thinking that customer doesnt know Spanish but really does 🤷 not professional...

Very nice people and you can get keys made for $3.Most of the items they have are more expensive than other places and everything is pretty much locked up so you have to ask for help.But they have plenty of people on staff to help.The parking lot could definitely use a makeover

I pass by 2 major hardware stores in Lake Worth to come here. Ilove shopping here they make you feel like your the only shopper in the store with thier great customer service. I highly recommend this location.

I spent two days and countless hours at Home Depot and Lowe’s trying to find plumbing and electrical fittings I knew nothing about. I finally ended up here and within a matter of about 6 minutes Joel had my cart full with every single thing that I needed. Like others have stated, no less than 4 people asked me how they could help me. Its one of the better customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will be a long customer of this store ... they are a little farther drive but 10x better at helping you find what you need. Sent the lady up there later in the day because I had forgotten something and Dyllan had the part waiting for her when she got there!! Highly highly recommend!

Check the prices elsewhere in town of what you want to buy. This place has extremely elevated prices compared to products at other local stores. This place also disregarded my review on their site when I complained that they sold us a buddy heater for 45$ more than home depot or walmart...... Price gouging. Oh well, we used to spend thousands of dollars a year here, but no longer; hope you enjoyed the money you ripped me off out of.

Tried to find stainless steel 2 1/2 by 7/16 bolts and nuts. Looked at 5 different retailers with no success. Tried T & C and the salesman went straight to the correct aisle and knew he had them.

Been shopping here at this location for 20 years and they would not even exchange the wrong size hose line for the right one even with their own store tag on the one i purchased because of no receipt. If u buy anything here at this store make sure they charge you the price that the item listed on the shelf for. I have found that most of their merchandise is marked up twice of all other retailers so they can afford to give buy one get one free when youre paying two prices any way

With home depot and lowes not having people in their plumbing department that know how to help customers other than saying i dont know, T& C Hardware was a breath of fresh air. The customer service was outstanding. They went the extra mile and i left their store with a solution to my problem wearing a huge smile. They will be my first choice from now on for all of my hardware needs.

I like the smaller Community Ace Hardware Store. All I needed was $0.91 worth of nuts and bolts. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

You could look for hours in here. Lots of things to see. Really its like an old fashioned hardware store from the 70s. Much bigger inside than it looks from outside.

Disappointed- they would not accept a return of 2 packages of sandpaper purchased on 3/31. This is first chance I’ve tried to venture out during quarantine. I shop here often but I’m so dissatisfied with their customer consideration.

Had to get a cord for my farberw are coffee pot. They were helpful and put cord on for me. This is a great stores close to my home.

In the past this was the place to go. Slowly as the years have past it is not. Now they only have kids working there, who have no work experience and seem less interested in helping than playing patty-cake. Oh well.. theres always Home Depot.

We brought in a paint can previously mixed for us by ace that we had started painting with. The gentleman mixed up 3 more gallons and we were off to finish psinting in addition to 3 we previously had mixed and painted with. After painting and it drying, we then realized it was not the same color as the previous paint and was drastically different. After looking, we realized he did not use the same base tint as the can we brought in. So instead of the 6 gallons we would have needed, we now needed 3 MORE unneccesaty cans to go over the initial lighter color. Somehow, this was our responsibility to pay for. Had we gotten the correct paint we asked for we would of only had to buy 6 gallons, but because of your employees mistake, we were responsible for paying for 9 gallons. I am pregnant and could definitely use that money for something else. Money we should not have had to spend. Absolutely ridiculous to make your customer pay for your employees mistakes. We will never do business with your company ever again. We are due a refund.
