I stopped here to pick up some breakfast essentials. The employees I talked with were very helpful and the sale prices on my items were great.

So having my brother as the DM Albertsons in Denison Tx to come here and have 6 ppl in checkout but no system works or ppl are off trying to get home. With a line almost to the meat market with customers. Such a Shame.

Cheap Chicken Monday ... is a night mare these employees act as if youre asking for something extra ..I feel as though the food should be fresh & if you know fresh food it shouldnt require too much effort to perform your job & duties..Keeping that line of hot foods looking advertising fresh & not dry & over cooked ... but over all if you can the FRESH FRIED CHICKEN IS THE BEST & CLOSEST TO HOMEMADE FRIED CHICKEN.... First time there. I really like it. I enjoy myself. I was in a scooter, I went all around the store. Yes I did buy some stuff, which I just went there to keep my friend company.

To the owners response: the managers at this store is who is responsible. A young woman didnt know how to change the tanks, so she called over the intercom multiple times for another manager on duty. THAT manager ignored her calls for over 30 minutes.Always have rude staff when I check out. Then today I go in to get a balloon filled with helium. The tank was out so they needed to replace it with a full tank. 30 minutes later I find out no one has changed the tank. Just terrible customer service.

The lines were long however; it was not the employees fault as the few that reported today were there as scheduled. The word was they had several people call in as well as a member of management quit today leaving the store way understaffed. I appreciated those team members that were still checking out hours after they were supposed to get off of work. And the FW Police Officer was exceptional as well. My question is where are the other management members and district managers at to help support their stores in times like this?...

Valerie..p..Duty you can get your head down the best thing to be a part time doctor if your child will have to do that you are going through the same as the same as you do in your area of life and your family is the best you could have in common and your family will do something to be a little too family and the other one is a bit of an active role model and the family or and you will not get and your parents in the morning or morning may be the only way they are in love you can do a lot more guys than that and then just be happy and no one else you can get the same age when 6AM and the situation is going through it again in a relationship that has a good thing for the first thing to you in your area to make a decision about the job and a good reason why the company has to go to school or something like a child who lives on an early basis with your partner and you can get in the morning before the pregnancy starts at the beginning but it doesnt make

I love shopping here because theres no chaos. Unfortunately their prices are way too high compared to Walmart. Even if they were a little high like a few cents here and there I wouldnt mind just shopping there completely. But when you can save a dollar or two off and item more than once oh, unfortunately Walmart is the choice.

Love the store for sale items. Too pricey for weekly shopping. Friendly staff but probably wont be a shop n go customer. 25 minutes of waiting, 3 calls asking where my groceries were, just asked for a refund. Lets hope they refund me promptly so I dont have to make multiple calls. Well see... LOL

I go there all the time to get my Grilling wood and the price for it is great. Keep plenty more in stock because Ill be on my Smoker/Pit for a while this Summer.

I found exactly what I was looking for at a good price. I also found red grapes at very good price, and bought some.

Went to the one near John T White and 820. So friendly and helpful. Not the greatest part of town but they had security so your good. And they always do have a police officer right there outside for ur safety. I found on clearance 6 bags of Dunkin Donuts coffee,( the big bags ) of coffee, normally $14.99 on sales for $10.99 then they put up a clearance price of 4 for $5.00 !!! So like $1.25 each!!!

Costumer service is up front in this store. From the guy getting the carts in from the lot, seafood handlers recommendations, bagging and pricing. All seemed to be on a mission, to make thier store clean, serviceable, and a staple of where to shop in east Ft worth. bringing the pride back.

Dont use the Express lane as its also used to pay bills, pick up FedEx deliveries, get money orders, etc. They need to separate those services from buying groceries. Their prices are definitely higher than Kroger in NRH and North Arlington. I only stop in to this location because I live so close. For weekly, large shops, I go to Kroger in North Arlington. Better prices and produce.

They were out of everything but staff was very nice

Albertsons has some great deals, but be sure and download the app for the digital coupons with end up helping alot! The meat department is excellent. The produce is a tad small for my taste. The butcher is the absolute best with high quality selections.

Never enough cashiers, lines to the back of the store. Customer service is usually nice but seems like there are a lot of employees hiding rather than helping. I hear the managers complain about it all the time. Cashiers also get distracted easily and take forever to check customers out.

Very friendly staff you are greeted at the door and given a basket the cashiers are Awesome.

This store is in great need of supervision and cashiers. I wasted my time and money waiting to check out. I will never return to this store.

This place is horrible! The floral dept was so bad most of the flowers they had were wilted and had broken stems. We went around 7pm on a Thursday and they only had 2 lanes open and the lines were backed up down the aisles. The cashiers kept calling to the 2 managers at the customer service desk for help but they were just ignoring them. The cashiers kept calling for help and for more bags and telling the customers standing in front of them that they are sick of those managers. When the manager finally came over she told her the strawberries were bad and needed to be thrown away the manager just shrugged her shoulders and walked off then the cashier said shell never eat fruit from there again cause they dont check them and throw out the bad ones they just leave them and let people buy them.

Not too busy three items on my receipts and I have the wrong prices parking at the register was able to change them fix it for me. Love this for very caring employee. Today August 2nd I went to Albertsons at 3:19 PM my cashiers name was Jade. I think her name was Jade thats what it says on my receipt but most of my items once again were ringing up the wrong prices including the chicken that was on sale the lady gave me a hard time if I just go ahead and do a review to add to the review that I already had here. Numerous times Ive came to this I thought Albertsons and not once have I had a good experience every time I come here see prices are ringing up wrong and you have to pretty much negotiating argue with the cashier just to get the price correct this is very sad and frustrating. I will no longer be going to the store it doesnt make any sense for a employee or cashier to not know what is on sale. And then have the nerve to argue or negotiate with you about the prices then have to check their phone or call back up to see if you the customer is lying about the prices its ridiculous. Thank you Albertson but I will no longer be shopping at your store..............

Its very busy during this time. Really the busiest Ive seen in a year! But I got in and the cashier got me out quickly. They had every register open, which definitely helped with the crowd of ppl shopping and every employee had a great attitude!

The Albertsons store is very modernized clean the seafood butcher area is always perfect on point very presentable but the prices suck on some things and love the idea of a Starbucks inside will return

Clean store, some of the produce was becoming wilted, but the cashier at the express checkout customer service was far from quality/excellent, if fact it was just the opposite. Albertsons you have to work on service excellence with your staff.

Really good grocery store in the neighborhood! There are no self checkout lanes so every time I go, an actual employee rings me up and that makes it feel like a more personal experience. All the employees are nice and very helpful. Great selection too!

This WASNT the best experience, first I had to walk to the fat end of the store to get in (No prior(no sign posted) then the seafood rep had a bad attitude. I asked the difference in salmon, she was very blunt. She never verbally said the price, just that Its skinless and thats the difference..I remember triple coupon shopping here, thats been a while but this store has always had SOME rude employees. Oh well, pandemic reality, some things DONT change.

This place is a little high, but an okay place when I need to pick up things.

Way overpriced on nearly everything. I only go in when I need something quick, but this is my rock bottom last store to shop at. If I can go to kroger, walmart, or aldi, I do. With all the money they rake in you would think theyd at least have decent cash registers. The last 3 times Ive shopped there the receipts were illegible. Also, if you have a customer service need, forget it. That department is awful. You have to get in line behind the __ items or less. And for some reason the doors near the pharmacy are closed. And motorized carts are nowhere near the doors. If I can walk to where they are I dont really need one!

Good morning Happy flag Day weekday!

Their pick up service has gone downhill, I had to call 3 times. 1st time they didnt answer, 2nd they said they would be right out (Im the only customer in the pickup section), 3rd I call because its been over 10 minutes (I am still the only customer) and they tell me they are coming and ask for my name again which tells me they werent working on it. Last time Ill do a pickup order. Really disappointed bc that service helps me out so much and I hate ordering from Walmart. Only giving it 3 starts because the guy was polite.Edit: I got home and half my order was missing and was told to call the next day when they are open again. I called this morning for 30 minutes straight, they never picked up, finally called the General customer service number on my receipt and they were able to quickly get me a refund, something that the store told me last night I couldnt do unless I went back in person. Which between working 2 jobs was going to be probably until Sunday and who knows if they would be able to do anything by that time.

Nice grocery store but LONG LINES and SLOW CASHIERS. Please get self-checkouts!!!

We drove in with 10 minutes left before they closed to get essentials as we have no power and we were turned away. Saying they were closed. This is not the first time.You have people who have suffered without power for over two days and you are turning them away before you close? Not to mention having to travel through icy roads to just get supplies.This is uncalled for to the highest extreme.

Ive always used this bakery, so for my Daughters 7th birthday cake. I get this. I also voiced my opinion on the Rainbow icing being poorly executed. This is unacceptable.

The store offers more of a variety of food items than Walmart or Aldi, but their prices are on the high end.With Kroger abandoning the community for the more affluent Arlington or Grapevine, the only choice in the community is Albertsons, unless you are able to drive the interstate to Walmart or Aldi.It would be profitable for HEB and a boom for employment in the area if HEB would give the community another option for purchasing healthy, reasonably priced food.

Just what we needed a gameroom those places atrac the wrong kind of people.

I waited forever in line just to buy a propane tank. The lady told me someone would meet me outside and to meet them at exchange station. I stood outside in the pouring rain waiting for someone for 10 minutes and nobody showed up. So I called the store and the lady says “oh I don’t think we have any propane tanks so come back in for a refund. So I walk to other side of the store to get in because one side is closed for covid, which I get. Walk back across the store to the customer service desk and they say oh you have to get into the checkout line to be helped. The line was 12 people long. I already waited in that line to buy the tank I wasn’t going to get back into it to get my money back. Just all around poor customer service

Clean fast friendly and a great selection of many items. Including fresh produce, fresh meat daily and makeup. Oh and beautiful bouquets of fresh cut flowers.

Great choices of food. A few things though, there is a rather annoying amount of homeless people around the area and Ive literally been followed to my car before. The location just isnt spectacular but I do shop here since its so close to my house.

Got the last of the stuff I needed for my Christmas dinner. Making homemade Broccoli Cheese Soup for dinner today. Yummy. :)

I cannot believe you guys turned away the fire fighters from station 7 because you wanted to be closed by 5. I understand turning away civilians but the first responders that can only shop in between calls is purely wrong

Consistantly terrible service. The place sticks too, especially anywhere near the meat department. The ice cream aisle smells like urine. I feel like Im going to get jacked in the parkung lot too. The prices are outrageously high too. I consistantly drive several miles further to shop at Walmart and Aldi instead.

Good deals if you use the Albertson’s Just For U app. The Mexican aisle section is small and you won’t find a lot of traditional Latino items on the shelf. For everything else, this is a good market to buy your groceries. Just make sure you load your coupons/deals on the app before you shop.They also recently added a Starbucks inside the market, so you can get a latte drink while you shop.

Need to have there water on-sale again like they normally do
