2015 I know it’s a while ago but still irks me that I never got what I ordered. I was not told until they sprayed the resurface & called this company to say it was not the right product. They said it was not available & this was the next best thing. Also told me if I wanted the product I ordered I’d have to pay more!WTH contact your clients if there is a problem. Worst customer care, never got a discount, never got an I’m sorry...

Demod and resurfaced our pool 2.5 years ago, with new travertine coping and new tile. Still looks like new, and have had no trouble at all with our new pebble sheen resurface. Great to work with.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Save yourself the headache and go with someone else. Horrible customer service. They showed up at the wrong time to do the job THREE different times, and one of the times they showed up when I wasnt there (didnt even notify me), broke the lock on my gate, and then did a crappy job and wanted to get paid the full amount...then they wouldnt answer their phones and said none of the managers were available. When I finally got ahold of a manager he was extremely rude, raised his voice and was very unprofessional when I told him I was unhappy with the kind of job his guys were doing. Extremely shady company.
