Chris from Vortex!.... the only human voice that actually answered when I needed a 5x5 commercial window....I called ALL OF FT WORTH and nobody answered until I worked my way down the list and called Vortex...Exceptional service, kept me updated and shared his vast knowledge about installation. We have used Vortex Doors a few times now in our medical practice and have consistently received fantastic service. Their technicians do an excellent job of thoroughly diagnosing and treating issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

So in my first review, I gave them a 1 star because they were going to no show an appointment. I then wrote a 1 star review and within 1 hour I got a call saying they would send someone out. Guy came out and said he could fix door. Manager also come out and talked to me about the issue. Both guys were nice and got the job done. Ask the price, was told between 450 to 500. Job came in a little over 600.00. Thought it was high, but I dont have anything to compare it to. Called another company to get a quote to put hinge on door like they did and was quoted 375.00. However this was only a phone quote and they had not seen job.

We have used them at our business for a long time and have noticed a sharp decline in service response and consistency. Note from my predecessor had it in there and my own personal interaction match this. Basic instructions and approvals cannot seem to be followed. Most certainly not recommended.As i always give credit where credit is due. Vortex did send someone out to discuss and apologize for the service issues. I dont know if we will use them again but it does credit them with attempting to keep customers happy.

It’s been 3 weeks I requested a quote for a storefront door fill out paper work requested and send store front picture and still waiting on quote.The only reason I am giving 2 star is because since the starts they were very professional unfortunately still waiting on them lol I should of looked for other quote Instead of waiting I guess I am very paciente
