After months of dealing with various window companies and lackluster customer service, I decided to call Window Authority. With 24 hours, James came over to my residence, asked me what I was looking for, measured my 17 windows, showed me a sample in-line with my requirements, and 30 minutes later produced an amazing quote, beating out the competition significantly. He went over my financing options and following a very simple process, was able to take advantage of a special they were offering. My new windows were ordered and on their way. Due to the current situation in the world today, my window took a little longer than expected (then again what isn’t taking longer that expected these days). Gene, the Owner kept me updated almost daily on when I could expect my windows. On installation day, Dan and Jason showed up on the dot to start the work. Over the course of the next 2 days, Dan and Jason installed my windows in a fast, efficient manner, leaving virtually no mess behind. After spending 2 days with them, I don’t consider them window installers, but 2 new friends. I highly recommend Window Authority. They made a painstaking process simple from beginning to end.

I just called to get an estimate. Your process is not clear. The person that picks the phone is not friendly and does not know any details. She got all my info and didn’t provide any further details on anything. She just says somebody will call when available, was rushing to drop the call and not willing to answer questions.No ETA, no feeling that somebody will follow up and this was just to start a business/relationship.

The Window Authority just installed three metal French doors on the back of our home, replacing some ancient wooden doors. The doors are very well made, look great and function perfectly. The installation team was very quick and efficient and totally cleaned up after the work was done. The Mrs and I are very pleased with both the product and the service received from The Window Authority. I have no reservations in recommending them to other homeowners in need of new doors and windows.

Today I had 10 windows replaced in my home by the crew at The Window Authority. My home had the original aluminum windows and it was time for a more energy efficient upgrade. After getting in contact with them they quickly came out and provided an estimate along with insight into what windows would provide the best value for my home and situation. After receiving the quote my order was placed. Shortly after the windows came in I was contacted for install. The crew showed up at 9 am and we’re finished with all 10 windows and clean up in about 4 hours. They also kindly helped me move some heavy furniture that had to be moved for the install. I was so impressed with the level of professional and care they took with my home. Customer service and professionalism is a 10/10. I’d highly recommend The Window Authority for your window needs.

A representative from this company came to my residence on June 3, 2021to provide me an estimate for replacement windows. The website states an estimate will be provided in 90 minutes. The representative advised me he would send me a detail estimate the next day on June 4, 2021.I didnt mention the 90 minute deal on their website. To make a long story short, I didnt receive an estimate the next day on June 4. I am assuming at this point an estimate is not forthcoming. I wonder why that is!!

We recently replaced our patio and window with Windows Authority and have to say Dan and his son J did a fantastic job not only installing the new doors and windows but also made us feel like the home got a contemporary upgrade. With any large project, there are going to be quirks and issues but these are the folks you want on your side taking care of those issues. I had a wonderful experience with Tony (sales), Josh and Gonzalo (install). Tony didn’t just give estimates, but also came up with a creative way to keep our thin profile frame and drop the sash! In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Window Authority came through to replace all my 1974-era windows and I couldnt be happier. They were no-pressure 100% of the time, responsive, completely honest about delivery and installation time lines, and offered what i considered a premium product at a competitive price.An installation team was assigned to my home that was, in a word, impressive. They were top professionals. Efficient and friendly, respectful and took every precaution to keep my home clean while removing the old windows and all the debris that comes out with them. Other than brand new windows, they left nothing behind that would indicate they had even been there. What I also appreciated was that they kept my family safe from COVID-19 by staying masked during their work. Showed me that they respected me as a person and not just a pay day. Frank Sr. was willing to answer my questions as this was my first time getting replacement windows. His team worked diligently, taking time to get it right and was still done with the job much faster than I had imagined. The whole experience and team was amazing to work with. Tony gave us a window demonstration and discussed the different options to chose from. Hands down Tony is the best to work with and would definitely recommend to family and friends. He is very knowledgeable of what is currently out on the market and was not trying to up sell us. After meeting Tony, my husband and I wanted a second option and called Renewal by Anderson to see what they had to offer. My recommendation is the skip that step and just go with window authority. They are substantially cheaper and the quality is great as well and you won’t waste your time sitting through a 3 hour presentation. Dan and along with two others came to install my windows. It took about 7 hours and they left as if they were never there. They swept up every single dust/glass that was created from install. Calling the support or customer service line was painless as I was able to connect with a live person almost immediately. I would highly recommend and will use them again if needed. The bonus of all of this is that they have a lifetime warranty on all of their windows!!! Meaning if it breaks they will replace for free!

I was looking for a specific type of window with a thinner vinyl frame, than what most companies offer, to replace all the window in my home. Three other companies I contacted could not provide them. Window Authority had exactly what I wanted and the price was comparable to slightly less than the other companies I received quotes from. Everyone associate with Window Authority made sure we were happy with their service and went above and beyond what was required. Installers were professional and did a great job. There was minimal clean up after they left. I would highly recommend them.

I had pretty much given up on getting new windows installed. Out of the 4 places that I got estimates on, I was either going to have to get a second mortgage or sell my body for the purchase. Window Authority came out on a Saturday and did an estimate that was the only one responsible in the DFW area. It was about a 3 week wait for the windows and they installed all 12 windows in one day and the house looks new to me. Extremely easy company to work with and get home windows done.

Left everything clean and tidy. They went the extra mile and helped us find a brick guy to repair some bricks that were broken out before we moved here. Its difficult to get anyone to come out to our area. Also met the owner who came out to look at a window that was a little off and they fixed that as well. We received a very reasonable quote from Tony, given an acceptable timeline and the windows are great, the installation by Josh was not. They were a window short, which my husband pointed out early in the day of installation. Josh kept reassuring my husband it was the there. It wasnt till they were leaving after 5 they they were indeed missing a window. Unfortunately for us, the window delivery business closed at 3 and were closed the weekend. Needless to say, that was 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting on one small bedroom window. Josh said he would be here Saturday but due to bad weather changed it to Sunday. Today is Sunday, no call or text from him, my husband and i both had to text him, he finally responded saying he cant make it today, he has plans. Now he wants to come out Monday or Tuesday but we both work and took off from work the initial day of installation and refuse to take another day off for their mistake. Im sure they would be upset if we promised payment 3 weeks ago, gave them a portion and kept giving excuses as to why we cant complete the payment. Very unprofessional and unwilling to make their mistake right. I will not recommend Window Authority to anyone, not because of the quality or price but because of the lack of customer service from the installer, the salesman or the owner to make this right.

VERY GOOD experience with The Window Authority of Greater Ft. Worth team (we are in McKInney) from initial contact, consultation and the installation process.We had a large project to replace all windows in our house which was 16 openings. Tony the rep provided all the information we asked for and at the end of the process, quoted us a price that was great for the latest Burris vinyl windows (just FYI, had a quote from someone else for just 6 openings for Milgard windows and it was the same cost as TWA).Erics installation crew arrived and began the estimated 3 days of work. Courteous, respectful and good at what they do!! Put protective covering down on floor and covered areas near work areas to minimize dust impact.Well, they completed the work in 2 days, cleaned up and vacuumed areas and made sure all debris, paper, etc was removed. They made a minor mistake on some caulking (which I did not even see) but Eric has already setup follow up visit to correct.At the end of the installation, the entire crew made a point to shake my hand and thank us for our business and hospitality (GREAT, HARDWORKING GUYS)Great experience start to finish and HIGHLY recommend The Window Authority!
