Last February was terrible. It was soooo cold. We struggled with keeping the heat in the house AS MUCH AS we had struggled with keeping in the cool air 7 months prior. Our 21-year-old windows were to blame. :(Two months later, my wife and I decided to start shopping for a local business to help with our issue. The first two sales reps were exactly that: Sales People. They came into my house with demonstration kits and brochures. Both reps requested that both my wife and I be present for their presentation (a tactic used to close both signers). By the time I reached out to Lanham Windows, my defenses were up. I called and spoke with Chuck Lanham, Jr. One of my questions was do you require both signers to be present during your quote? He simply answered: No. We dont play those kind of games. I immediately knew that I wanted to work with this crew.Chuck continued to be honest, direct, and respectful throughout the entire process. We requested that every window in the house be replaced (a total of 23 windows plus a back door window replacement). My ONLY frustration was how long it took to get these windows manufactured. But issues with Supply Chain isnt their fault. So how can i be upset with that, honestly?The installers were as amazing as Chuck himself. They were professional and kind. And ... most importantly ... they did amazing work!All in all, I am very impressed with our windows as well as our experience with the Lanham company. All 26 windows in my home were replaced by Lanham Company. I am so happy with the way my 25 year old house looks now, I wish I had done this years ago! The salesperson took his time to explain everything to me,answered all my questions, did all the window measurements and went over every detail of the contract. If I had any questions after, I could reach him to get further information with no problem or delay. I feel the windows are of good quality, and are made right here in Fort Worth.There were 5 installers that came to the house. David, Robert, Willie Miquel and Noe worked from early morning with just a couple of short breaks until the entire job was finished and care was taken to get everything cleaned up, all to my satisfaction. This company is extremely professional, from the beginning to end! Any questions or concerns after installation were taken care of within a day two with a visit to my home.Need I say more? We’re in the process of having all our windows replaced so we’ve gotten several companies to come out so we could see their product and to give us an estimate. My husband and I are in our mid seventies and we’ve lost several family members to COVID 19. Therefore we’ve both been vaccinated and use care and precautions when leaving our house and also with anyone entering out home. We always ask that if they have not been vaccinated to please wear a mask.Well today a representative from Lanham window company of Fort Worth Tx. came to give us estimates for windows, which would have been a total of 21 replacement windows, which would have cost in excess of 20 thousand dollars.The first thing my husband asked the representative was if he’d been vaccinated and the guy said no, so my husband then asked him to please wear a mask. The guy looked at him and said only if you will, my husband explained that we’d both been vaccinated and would feel more comfortable since he had not been vaccinated if he would put on a mask before entering out home. At this point the guy said, “ well if you won’t put one on neither will I, and just turned and abruptly walked back to his vehicle and left. I have never encounter such a rude and obnoxious person that represents a company that depends on gaining business from the public. I’m not a person to easily get upset, but in all my 75 years, I’ve never encountered such rudeness. Lanham Windows is not a company that I would ever use or recommend to anyone.

We had this company replace all our windows in 2007. We were pleased with the quality and installation. The price was very fair.Recently two of the windows wouldn’t stay up when opened. We called them and a man came out and looked at them. They are going to fix them for free! That’s great service. I can definitely recommend this company.

Very nice company. Of the three estimates we received, they were the highest of the three. However, our salesman, Hayden, was very straightforward and very professional. The history of the company pretty much sells itself as well. You get the vibe that if anything happens, they are going to take care of you. In this wild 2021, windows are taking longer to get from measurement to fabrication so there are delays with just about anything home improvement. A little bummed with the install date, but we already know it will be perfect.

Lanham recently replaced all 34 windows of our home with energy efficient updates. We had seen their trucks on numerous occasions around our neighborhood & called them based on talking to those customers. Hayden was great in walking us through the process & setting up the install. David & the crew did the entire job in only 2 days! They were very courteous & friendly as well as very careful with our interior furnishings. Our house is 2 story which required quite a bit of scaffolding work, all done with virtually no damage to outdoor landscaping. Our house looks GREAT with the updated windows! We would definitely recommend Lanham to anyone needing new windows!

Hayden came out to write up our original order. He stopped by during the install. Our project was a little tricky because we were installing smaller windows in the original openings to gain more wall space in our kitchen renovation. The installers showed up on time. They were great guys that went straight to work and had obviously installed many windows so they knew what they were doing. They finished quickly and cleaned up completely before they left. When I had some questions after the install Hayden showed up to look at the issue and had them both fixed in less than a week. The issue was related to small details related to the interior renovation - a lack of thorough communication on my part. But they didnt question me. They just fixed it. I will definitely be using them again. A great company.

Our entire experience was great. Hayden was so informative and helpful when we went through the quote process. Lanham wasnt the least expensive option we considered, but we trusted Hayden and felt most comfortable with him.We also had an awesome experience with our window installation. Our initial window consultation took place in December and was scheduled for March 11th. Despite the whole week many of lost because of the snow, Lanham windows was still able to come on that date. Nick was here at 7:30 on the dot and the process was underway by 7:45.Nick, Danny, Rob, and Chris got in and got started immediately. Our home is very old, and crooked in some places so I know it gave them at least some trouble. Despite that, these guys had all the windows in by 3pm! We were surprised and shocked at how efficiently they worked. I would definitely reccomend this company. Our windows look amazing, and we can already feel the difference the new windows make!

Covid made us do it. Since working from home, weve been walking around our neighborhood on a daily basis. On one of those walks, we saw a house whose windows we loved. We knocked on their door (stayed 6 ft away) and found out that Lanham Window company had installed their windows, 13 years ago. Honestly, they looked so good that we thought they were installed within the past two years. From the young lady I spoke to on the phone, to Hayden coming by to give us an estimate, to Davids team doing the install, every part of the process was professional, friendly and exceeded our expectations.Hayden was not at all pushy, basically he said this is what we offer, this is the price for these windows and here is my number, please let me know if we can help. I was waiting for the pushy sales game and me having to say why we are not committing at this time because we had to discuss blah blah blah. I wasnt ready for it but it was nice to have someone present their product and then give you time to think about it. By the next day I was calling him back to schedule an appointment. I spoke to several neighbors who recently had windows installed and the quote we received was very competitive.During the installation process, David and his team were all very nice, professional, friendly and punctual. They were careful in all the work they did and they also did a wonderful job in cleaning up and making sure that everything was left as it was beforehand. His quote was something like, We want to make sure you enjoy your windows and you dont have to worry about anything else. The windows have continued to work well over the two years since being installed. One of the new window panes required attention one year after installation and that was addressed without delay and has been perfect ever since. We have had their windows replace windows at two homes, with great reduction in electric bills.At our current home we got doors with the built-in mini-blinds, and one got stuck. By the time we got around to calling, it was out of warranty, but Chuck Lanham Jr. himself came out the very next morning to look at it. He showed us that its usually an easy fix, and how to take care of it if it happened again.They stand behind what they sell.

We were having an issue with one of our windows. When they came out to inspect the window, knew what needed to do to repair the window. A tech returned later that day, made the repair, and since the repair we have experienced 2 major storms. The repair has held. We could not be more pleased. These gentlemen did not close the job until they were certain we were satisfied with the results. Lanham Windows did an outstanding job replacing all the builder grade windows on the front of my house with Forever Vinyl windows. The installers were on-time, courteous, clean and professional and even dealt with my 4 year old asking 2000 questions. Latham Windows has replaced 17 windows for us; 8 in 2014 and 9 in 2016. Weve been very happy with Lanhams product, customer service and business practice.I shopped windows for over a year, having numerous companies come to my home to provide free estimates; Lanham was priced middle of the road (I definitely didnt want to go cheap with such a major purchase, but didnt want to pay excessively for a name either). My salesman left me with a written estimate, nothing was left out- no surprises at the end. I never felt pressured, just informed.Installation was done in two days. The same installer that came to my house in 2014, came in 2016. Installers are actual Lanham employees- NOT subcontractors, and they are provided with the materials, equipment and vehicle to do their job. The job site was left spotless, and the project was 100% completed. I had to have additional wood trim placed around a window that was thicker than my original, super-thin 1980s window- and they color matched and painted it that same day.My windows are beautiful. I cant believe what a huge difference new windows make. I hear less noise from outside, less heat comes through in the summer, and my view is clearer (no fogged windows!). I will definitely be calling Lanham to replace my remaining 7 windows.
