I specified the type of pull I wanted for my new front door about 5 months prior to the installation. At the last minute learned that there as a mistake, Ray the manager was awesome. I sent him some pictures of the pull I wanted and he had his team to custom make the pull and shared photos for my approval. The team that installed was courtesy and professional and did an all round great job. Durango Windows and Doors did an awesome job on my house. They installed large windows/doors on the back of the house overlooking the pool and also installed a new front door. After these units were installed, we decided to have them install banister railing on the second level of our home. We are so glad that we used them for this purpose. They provided good service and were conscientious with their installation crew. The quality of their product is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

We have a unique shape for our front door since the old one was a metal door taken from an old mission. When it wore out, Durango Doors came out and did extensive measures to ensure they had the correct shape for all the curves. Once the door had been cast and delivered, it took six men to lift the new door into the opening, but the fit was perfect. The new door is solid and very attractive, adding a whole new perspective to the house. Everything was completed exactly as we had ordered it. I highly recommend Durango Doors.

Durango Doors made and installed a new front door for our house a couple of years ago. The staff was excellent, the door was exactly what we specified, the installation went smoothly, and we have been very happy. The new door lets in a lot more light than the old wooden door we had.

Durango had a beautiful selection to choose from. Best of all we simply asked about adding glass to one of their steel door designs and they did it. We have enjoyed our very heavy steel door for the last 5 years and many friends and neighbors comment about it.

Nice looking doors. Just pray that nothing goes wrong with them.I have had two separate experiences with their customer service over the past year (first year in the house) and its been a nightmare both times. They lost my customer file twice. The first time they handled that issue by telling me that I couldnt have possibly purchased a door from them because they didnt have the file... then they found it. Youd think that would earn me some special care. Nope. They doubled down on the insincerity by playing the blame game with me as an attempt to get out of fixing what was undeniably an installation issue.Fast forward 3-months later and they lost my file again. Keep in mind I have had my receipt from the original purchase this whole time. It still was not enough for them to locate our $6,000 order. For some reason without the file they are incapable of helping out paying customers. Surely this time though Id get some semblance of effort to make things right? Nope again. For this newest issue, they were immediately and completely unwilling to take responsibility, to honor their warranty, or to even investigate the problem.The glass in one of the doors mysteriously shattered while no one was home. There is no direct impact point and we live in the middle of nowhere. The cracks are evenly distributed around the frame of the window. The middle of the glass is more or less unharmed. Despite all of this I was told that I must have shattered it while mowing or weed-eating. In January. He even went as far as to imply that we lied about not knowing how the glass was broken. Then started the signature Durango Doors move of swiftly and evasively dodging even the slightest chance this was their responsibility. But hey, he was kind enough to offer to come out and fix it for us for $700! Which he admitted was an inflated price because they dont like fixing glass.This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review online. It may fall on deaf ears, but the thing is, our door is basically just there for looks. We use the garage entrance 99% of the time so this one is hardly ever used. Yet, its been broken twice. In the first year. And despite being one of the most expensive pieces in our entire house. Its the one weve gotten the least amount of customer appreciation and care from.Buyer beware. Your two year warranty has about as much value as you do as a customer to this company.There are so many options out there, and so many businesses and people are struggling right now. Spend your money with people who appreciate your business.

We had a great experience with Heath. We needed two doors, a 42 and a 36, but had problems when scaling the design of the 36 up for the 42 door - the proportions got out of whack vertically. Heath did some creative editing of the design to preserve the vertical proportions and we loved the outcome.

I am a CFO of a large company in Fort Worth and it is very rare when you get the Level of service and warranty backing that I received yesterday at my house in Monserrat in Fort Worth. We built our house in 2016 and used Durango Doors for our front door. The door is about 3 1/2 years old and we noticed that a piece of the metal had chipped off and you could see the Insulation in the door. I couldnt see an impact mark or that anything had hit the door. My Wife called Durango Door on Friday afternoon and ask for help. She was told that a Technician would be in contact with her Monday. As promised a person call her Monday and set a time to come by Monday afternoon to look at the door. When the Technician got there after a short conversation with my wife began to repair the door. Not only did he repair the door he went over the whole door and fixed several other places. He also re-stained the door and fixed the door from sticking when shutting and opening. The door looks brand new and we are extremely happy with Durango Doors. A Company that knows how to stand behind their products and gives you premium service will always have my business.

My wife and I just moved into our new home with a large custom Durango Door system, and are very pleased with the product, the installation, and end result. Working as an architectural designer for the last 40 years, I can say with certainty that Durango Doors is a good company with a good product, because, believe me, I know a bad product and installation when I see one. The only thing I have a complaint about is they agreed to provide a screen between the glass and the door itself, and when the screen was delivered, it wasnt even close to a good fit. They tell us they dont normally do screens and the salesman should not have agreed to provide one. However, in my world, if you say you will provide it, it should be done so, and correct the first time, and should have been provided with the door during the installation. They are currently redoing our screen inserts, having sent a workman to get field verified dimensions. Other than that, a good product and company to work with. Update - after 3 attempts, the screens have been fitted properly to the door. Thank you to Heath and Ray at Durango Doors.

We are very pleased with our door, side windows, and transom window from Durango. The door is incredibly strong and has a beautiful iron design protecting the glass panels. The door and windows were custom designed for our house. It took two days for the installation and was definitely worth it.

Weve had two projects completed by Durango. The first was a double door that cost WAAY too much. Before you you tell your spouse, See I told you!, we bought the rights to the door at a charity auction. In the end, the premium we paid for the door was still well worth it. Its a beautiful thing that functions well and is easy to clean by virtue of how the scrollwork opens separately from the windows within the doors.The second project was floor to ceiling windows and doors across the back of our house. The job required a general contractor (Steve Harris at University homes simply super as well) and a fair amount of Weller 12 bourbon. After the inconveniences that accompany any project of that size, we couldnt be happier. The wall of glass is beautiful and opens into our yard which many have called Fern Gulley.After the big project we has a hiccup or two with door hardware but Durango was quick to respond to our concerns and resolve them to our satisfaction.In sum, Durango has ben great by any measure: donating to local charities, providing a super premium product, and supporting that product quickly and cheerfully. Id eagerly use them again, but I think Ive run out of projects...for now.
