Dirty cake, chocolate chip, circus animal, and m&m cookies we had gotten everything is sold out at this location. Staff was very nice and friendly though which Im grateful for. These for cost 12 and some change. The entrance is where the parking lot is at.

The cookies were pretty good but the customer service was sooooo amazing and funny! They made us feel welcomed and made us feel very comfortable. It seemed very busy but they got through the line quickly and nicely. The customers before us were pretty rude but the employees were still very helpful to them. They deserve a raise!

Okay... if you love a good cookie, youve gotta check this place out!! They have the most amazing cookie creations Ever. Soft, crunchy, warm and cold ones 😋 I love how they rotate flavors out so you can try different cookies every time you go. Genius! While standing on line we were offered samples, which was okay with me.😉 Crazy good chocolate chip cookie but my favorite so far was the Key Lime!! Will definitely go back to see what other deliciousness theyve come up with.

I love this place! They have such a unique brand, offering different cookies every week. I have to say that I was a bit scared to taste the bubblegum flavor. But they incorporated the slightest taste of bubblegum in the icing and it was SO delicious! It was still savory w/o being too sweet!

Howard is The Best Manager I’ve ever encountered in my three decades of time here on earth. The staff and store are fantastic as well! Everyone is very welcoming and kind, the place smells wonderful when you walk in.. The whole place just radiates good vibes. Great cookies of course, that almost doesn’t need to be said.. and that says something! They are top tier quality that is unmatched. 10/10 Would recommend. 🏆🍪🧑‍🍳

We had never location but saw it & it looked interesting. Everything was clean & displayed well, so you know what to choose from. They have a rotation of flavors each week & it keeps things interesting. We enjoyed each cookie. They were soft & big. You have to order 4 cookies at a time, but WHO CARES! LMBO.

All but 1 of the kinds Ive had have been great!! Not a fan of the chocolate chip. I usually love chocolate chip, but the ones from here werent sweet enough or chewy enough. My favorite is the Classic Sugar. I also liked the lemon cookies.

The cookies are fantastic, love them. I went to order in store around 6pm. They had a long line. Only one person was taking orders at the counter, and she was answering the phone too. They need more help at the counter, the wait to order and pick up was ridiculous. They had nine employees working, not one jumped in to help take orders at the counter, not okay. Ill stick to ordering and having it delivered if thats what its like in store.

Love the cookies. Ive been here multiple times recently since I found it. A couple issues that Ive found: the rotation of cookies is nice, but they dont give an indication of when flavors will be back. Also, they will note that cookies are out of stock when they arent truly out of stock because they keep cookies behind for Door Dash and not for people that come into the store.

Im in love with this place. My best friend introduced me a few months ago and now its usually a weekly thing. Definitely give this place a try if you havent yet.

I had never heard of Crumbl until my sister brought me some. I have ordered pick up and delivery multiple times since. Product and Service are DELICIOUS.Ive also infected friends with my new addiction.1000/15 recommend 😍

Cookies looked and tasted delicious! My issue is with the delivery. I ordered a box of 6 cookies and was given a delivery time. When it was 15 minutes past that time I called the store to inquire about it. I was told by the lady on the phone that the delivery driver felt my location was too far away and left the order at the store for Door Dasher to handle. ( I live under 2miles from store) I asked if I could come pick my order up and the lady apologized and said yes. When I arrived to the store I was handed my order but no further apologies or explanations for the mix up. No refund on delivery fee as well. I can tell this location was extremely busy and because it’s so new they are likely working out the kinks. I do think communication between customers and delivery drivers in the event of logistics problems needs improvement. Usually the app is fantastic. By the time I got alerted that a Door Dash driver was on the way to get my order from the store the delivery would have been 2 hours past the placement of my initial order.

They had an amazing experience and customer service the first 6-8 months they were open the staff were great. Now in person or using the app there is a consistently poor experience. Upside it helps me keep my diet in check. My review echos the sentiment of 75% of the other recent reviews.

Tried ordering from them twice today to get one specific cookie theyre offering and was told the first time they were on a 30 minute wait to make more. I decide to leave and get it later in the day. I order through the app which gives me the option to select the one I was wanting. I drive all the way to the store only to be told they dont have it and to make a different selection. I have a hard time eating specific foods so the one I had selected was the only item I could eat. They never called me or notified me that they were out or sold out after I paid and had driven out there. A very unprofessional location.

I love crumble cookies so much but this last time we went we were unable to buy any cookies because of sanitary reasons. There was a worker who was working curbside orders and she kept exiting and entering the store and didn’t change her gloves once throughout the process of my family being there. Not only did she not change her gloves but she also kept tapping the sauce bottles to her hands, which was gross because she had been touching the same door handle that others touched and didn’t change her gloves. I understand that if you’re working curbside orders but there needs to be more of an awareness of that because it is not sanitary, especially when we’re in the middle of a pandemic

Cookies are great! No complaint there.However, I have noticed that in the store they will say the cookies are “out of stock.” However you can watch them put the “out of stock” cookies in boxes which they say are reserved for door dash. I do not see the point in this. If you have the cookies, then you should serve them to whomever, in store or not.

Upon arrival the ovens were down which was no issue because they still had 2 cookies to choose from but being the only customers in there and having 6 associates huddled talking in a group and not asking us what we wanted to order set me off. We were finally asked if we were ready to order and was treated with attitude by the cashier, she slammed her card reader down in front of me and walked away mumbling to her associates while I was still paying. One of the worst experiences I’ve had.

This location is always so professional and welcoming. And of course the cookies are delicious as well. I wish they had more stock of weekly specials! But overall a great experience as always.

I love Crumbl. Period. This review isn’t based on the cookies but solely the customer service at this store.Every time I do curb side I wait 15-45 min. One of those times I saw the employee bring the box out walk down to check a few cars. I waved because they looked confused; she went back inside with my cookies. Today I was waiting for 15 min and had to go inside. When I went inside they hadn’t even boxed them yet.I totally understand places get busy; I’m more than willing to be patient…but just send someone out to let people know they aren’t being ignored. There’s two guys here who are actually nice and attentive. The curly hair younger guy and the tall red/blonde man. They’re great.

I placed a delivery order this morning but needed to change the address. Ive been on hold with the store for 40 minutes and counting. Ive texted the Customer Assist number with absolutely zero response. There is NO way to make changes or cancel an order without talking to someone at the store. Unfortunately no one is willing to answer their phone to help me change the address. At this point I just want to cancel the order because I dont have confidence in this locations abilities. Sadly I cant even do that.Please improve your in store customer service or add an option online to make changes to your orders.Update:------------------------------------------Spent over and hour and a half on hold with the store. No one answered so I finally hung up. I called and texted the Customer Assist number beginning at 9:23AM. It is now 11:30AM and I am just now receiving a response from the Customer Assist number.

Delicious cookies!! Very creative flavors. I love when I get to stop at Crumbl to try out their new weekly line up. My only thing is that it can get quite busy on the weekends and it sometimes seems a little short-staffed. Other than that, the cookies are great and the staff is nice! Every time I go, they make sure that my order is correct before closing the box of cookies and handing it to me.

Ive had friends get Crumbl delivered to work many times, and now Ive picked up and gotten delivery for myself at home twice. All cookies have been delicious and rich. Presentation varies wildly even from the same location. All-in-all I will definitely continue to order Crumbl.

We just stumbled across this place while we were out and about. It looked like a really cute shop, we entered in it - so clean and fresh inside! The cookies are as big as your face and absolutely delicious. We had a chocolate chip cookie and the sugar cookie with pink frosting and a birthday cake one. All were so so good! And the packaging is very adorable – all pink !!

Look, the cookies are beautiful and pleasing to the eye so there is a hype about it. HOWEVER, you would expect a fun looking cookie to be just as much fun to eat but sadly no. I do like the size and the softness but it was kinda bland. Kinda getting like a flour flavor... I got four different cookies and all with the same result. Big cookie lover, but your $11 is better spent at Tiff’s Treats or making your own with grocery store cookie dough.Customer service was a HOT HOT mess at the Fort Worth store. It was like a bunch of teenagers crammed into a tiny kitchen/store front setting.Hygiene was non existent because the girls were going in and out of the store, touching everything from the cookies to the registers during prep and door handles and never once changed their gloves. YIKES.Lastly, they ran out of the cinnamon swirl cookie. The customers who ordered was told AFTER they paid they were out of those. No big deal! BUT what the girls were doing were taking out the cinnamon swirls from the in store customers boxes and placing it into boxes that were then given to the curbside customers. Others saw the same as me and started demanding for their boxes because it was sitting there.Maybe this was just a first bad experience but I was not impressed and neither were the 10 other customers in the store that day.

While I love Crumbl was very disappointed in the service and quality of my cookies.1. WAY to hot in the store. Turn on the AC so that the guest and your employees can cool off from the heat.2. No ice cream available and hasnt been for weeks.3. On your Instagram and website you have these beautiful pictures of your cookies. In wish I took a photo. There was a thumb print in one of my cookies. They appear to take them out before theyre done. It was a giant brick of mush when I got home!Try harder and hire people who want to work.

First time visiting Crumbl. I love the modern tech-startup aesthetic to the building, extremely clean! I’m glad they follow COVID safety guidelines, which for me is a 5 stars on its own. The cookie is delicious! I’ll definitely visit again in the future!

The cookies are good, but this particular location is slow, and normally they will flip the screen to let you type in your information and decide if you want to tip, but when I went the cashier held the screen on her side, and seemed suspicious that she didnt have me type anything myself, I checked my receipt and she added on a tip, without even asking if I wanted to leave a tip, and I can bet I wasnt the first or last person she has done this to.

Really love Crumbl cookies but unfortunately this location seems to always be very busy. Each time we have tried to order from her it seems like our experience keeps getting worse. We have done curbside delivery and it always takes forever. Today we were first in line waited 15 minutes in the car saw 3 other cars get their order and my husband got put the car frustrated and waited another 10 minutes inside the store until someone finally acknowledged him and handed him our paid for cookies that were sitting on the counter these past 30 minutes. Will not be coming back to this location hopefully we will be able to find better service somewhere else.

The cookies are the star of this location. However the customer service has gone down hill immensely. I just left the store in a line of people who were completely ignored by 5 employees behind the counter. I stood for 10 minutes and not once did an employee say, “we’re so sorry for the wait, we’ll be right with you”. I get it, it can get busy. But none of these employees even made eye contact and moved at a pace as if no one else was there. Step it up!

Big Crumbl fan but something is off with this location. Might have something to do with the franchise owner. My order is either wrong or they’re out of ingredients…even in the mornings, they’re consistently out of 2-3 flavors. You’re better off driving to another Fort Worth location.

We loved everything about Crumbl! It was our first time ever in and Kevin was stellar about explaining to us how the revolving flavors worked and pricing. Some other reviews have complained about price, but it is a specialty cookie store, you get fantastic cookies for the price!! We got the sampler and loved every single cookie. We will FOR SURE be back the next time we roll through town! Crumbl has everything on point, from branding to cookie flavors... theyve got it going on!

Cookies are phenomenal, however, they always run out of their flavors for the week. No one greets when you come into the facility. Night and day experience when you go to the one on Ten Gallon (SW Fort Worth) The owner there was extremely welcoming and friendly. Her staff are enthusiastic, and truly seem to care about the overall experience for their guest.

These cookies may be good for some, but not for me. They seem to not be cooked all the way through and “raw” in the middle. I’m not saying they are raw and are most likely meant to be like this, but it’s just not for me. My wife loves raw cookie dough, but she doesn’t enjoy these cookies either. I do like the outermost part that is cooked through.

TERRIBLE! The cookies are great however this location has NO structure at all. I placed an order via the app for curbside at 6:21. When I arrived, the app showed I was car number 2 in line. It was starting to rain so to avoid the employees getting wet, I went inside to get my order. The young lady asked me could I give her a second. I did. No problem. As they were taking cookies outside I asked 3 different times were those cookies for me. Each time I was told no. I started to see others that walked in and placed orders after me, get their cookies. At this point it’s 7:00pm. I stopped another lady and advised her I placed an order at 6:21 etc.. she looked around for it and approximately 5 mins later she comes back and advises 2 of the flavors I ordered are now sold out. I requested a refund. She told the young lady that was working the register which was the same one that asked me to give her a minute when I first walked in. She then says “Oh don’t look at the app. I wish you would have told me when you came in about your order” umm I tried to do that and you asked me to give you a minute. Although she was very nice I was still frustrated. At 7:09 I got a refund. I understand it’s a busy place and I have patience but this is ridiculous.

If its later in the night expect them to be out of multiple cookies.As far as the cookies go, they are good but can also be very sweet. I prefer the non frosted cookies just to turn the sweetness down a little bit.

The last 3 out of 4 times ive ordered curbside delivery where I gave an extra tip, Ive had to go inside to pick up my order. The time before last I ordered it, marked on the app I was here and waited. 30 min go by from 7 in line to enjoy your cookies! and no cookies. I go inside and the order was sitting there on the counter, no one even tried to deliver.Yesterday I went to order and I got there, marked myself there and was third in line. 15 min go by and I figured id go in again because the app says they were already delivered. I walk in and they hand me the cookies and ask where was my car, I said 3 cars down from the front door. She said we dont go that far. I was literally 3 car lengths away from the front door. If you dont go that far you should put curbside signs out in front of your property indicating these spots are exclusive for curbside pickup. They used to have it I think, now theyre gone so the front of their shop is always filled with cars going to Hopdoddys.If youre not going to take cookies past 3 cars in the front, dont offer curbside and dont be rude to your customers saying you were too far. Thats just lazy. They didnt even call me to tell me they tried to deliver the order. That would have at least been a courtesy.If you go here, go inside dont order curbside. Their cookies are great but the employees there arent trained to care about their customers.

Always appreciate a good cookie. The fact they are served warm will always win with me. The iced oatmeal should NEVER go off menu. I only have 3 Suggestions: 1-I would love to have the catered size cookies as an everyday option because sometimes you just want a ‘little something’. 2-I would really appreciate the option to have a plain cookie over an iced cookie, ie the sugar cookies. Amazing on their own but too rich with a half inch of additional icing and candies on top. 3-I would appreciate a thinner cookie. Just like 2/3’s the original size. My inner glutton just can’t justify eating a whole cookie in a day as is, and it’s nice to finish in one sitting. (Refer to #1)

Great customer service here. We came on a busy Wednesday night but were greeted with friendly staff. Definitely give them a try because the service and cookies are phenomenal. It was a shame they were out of their cosmic cookie flavor.

I love Crumbl. We come every Saturday. Why I’m leaving one star is bc I ordered online to insure my order would be available when I came to pick it up. Apparently ordering and paying in advance confirms nothing and if they “are really busy today”, you don’t receive what you paid for. If this is the case, warn people on the app that this can happen.

I have never been to a Crumbl store where the staff are so rude! They gave us our cookies stacked so we asked for them to fix it and they said that it is their policy to do that when they don’t fit. I asked to see the policy and they could not provide it. They then reboxed them and were all standing around staring and laughing about the situation. Completely unprofessional! I will find another location next time! They also did the same thing to the lady that was in line before us! She was not happy and sent hers back as well.

This is not a review of the cookies as we all know they’re amazing. This is a review of the customer service here. I don’t know if it’s a case of the workers being understaffed/overworked or what. But the service here is always SO slow. They never seem to have more than three people working even at peak busy times.I moved to the area from another city and the crumbl there was fast and friendly. This location is not so much. They will let the line go out the door while focusing on online/doordash orders. You’d think the customers actually IN the store would take priority but it’s the opposite here. I’ve been here more than once trying to give it a chance and it’s always the same.Also, I don’t know if it’s a corporate policy or just this location but they will mark cookies as “sold out” when they clearly have them sitting out but those are reserved for doordash orders. That makes NO sense. If someone is in your store wanting to buy something, you’re saying no you can’t have that because someone might order it online…???? You’re basically saying to a customer standing in front of you that they are less important than a potential doordash order 😕Bottom line is they need more employees.And they REALLY need to re-evaluate how they prioritize customers.

The cookies are great but This location is constantly sold out. With their employees playing around in the back. It is hours before closing. It seems poor planning and hiring is causing this location to go down hill. Extremely frustrating to see racks of cookies and have the staff say they cant sell those ones. Really urge the management and ownership of this business to look into this store.

Not only a Slow location, Unfortunately I think the ladies working forget that they are in an open kitchen/space. Customers can literally see everything. Witnessed an employee pushing down the trash with gloves she didn’t change afterwards. Just proceeded to walk around and do other things. Another took an order outside came back in, ditched the gloves but didn’t put any new ones on either.Allowing customers to use the touch screen pad, then employees using it but also packaging cookies isn’t sanitary.

Cookies are consistently amazing. Download their app to see what the weekly menu and order ahead. Cookies are also very big! Leftovers? Put them in a ziplock, toss them in the freezer for an amazing chilled dessert for later. (the cookies stay soft, even when frozen!)

The cookies are phenomenal. Their customer service, not so much. I knew about the long lines, wait times, etc. so I ordered ahead. After waiting outside in line for 30 minutes, which is understandable given how busy they are, I had to be aggressive to get someones attention once I got inside. When I finally was able to ask about my online order, I didnt get a thank you, here you go, have a good day, nothing. She literally put them on the counter and walked away. If the employees are frustrated, theyre in the wrong profession. This is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years.

Very tasty cookies, very unorganized and inefficient. I consistently see people waiting a long time for their order and it seems like no one behind the counter knows what theyre supposed to be doing. Curbside pickup is also unorganized, you describe your car when you order but that doesnt seem to help them find you at all. Ive seen many people have to come inside just to find their curbside order.Since this locations opening, the management and organization of staff has significantly degraded. Still exceptional cookies though.

Ok the cookies are amazing & the staff is nice. We will be coming back but we were super disappointed to find out that since they had sold out of 4 pack boxes and their system blacks it out, we had to pay the individual cookie price. This kinda seems like a way to just make more money. A little ridiculous if you ask me
