Bought a used computer. It worked great for a couple weeks until we ran into some trouble, which Gary figured out was an issue with the charger. He ordered a new one for me -- a relatively painless inconvenience to get a $2k+ computer for less than half its msrp.
I took my computer in to see if the charger was bad. He took it into the office and came back out, not sure what the problem was, but informed me that it was probably the charger. But did not return the charger I had brought to him to check.He said he didnt have one that would work for my laptop.Call me in the morning and Ill try and locate one.The next day I returned,. and he sold me a used one for 40.00 that wouldnt power up.I returned the next day and he refunded me the 40.00, and told me he couldnt locate one.Then went off on a rant... about how Covid 19 was ruining his business.I am in business..I understand how inconvenient these days can be.I took my laptop to another repair service, and the found that the Ram just needed cleaning. pulled it, cleaned the terminals and put it back. (No charge.)I returned a few days later, and asked for my old charger... I was met with resentment and rage.First he said that his shop wasnt open and that I would have to return in 2 days.Then he informed me that I had misdiagnosed the problem and that he wasnt responsible.All I wanted was my charger.BEWARE!!!!! There may be a short between the top of this guys head....And his feet!

Ive been buying my laptops here for years. No they are not the latest model I believe they are government surplus which means they have been used for a year or two. I still feel they are the highest quality and most reasonably priced laptop that I can find. I run a very successful photography company which means I store a lot of photos, they have always accommodated my needs with extra data storage added to the laptops. I have told several other friends about this company and my parents even came in from out of state to buy a computer or two there. I highly recommend!
Gary, the owner of the store, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He provides a very affordable and expedient service for all of your computer and laptop needs. Plus hes a genuinely nice guy!
Couldnt even have a conversation with this guy. Thinks he knows everything even without having the facts of your particular issue. Likes to talk but not listen. Even told me you that if I take a hard drive with Windows installed on it and move it to a different computer, that it would no longer work and Windows will force you to format the drive. I was left with the distinct impression he tries to milk as much money as he can from his customers. But hey, Ive only been employed in the industry for 20+ years. What would I know.
They are very unorganized. They spent a week giving me updates for a computer that was not mine. They would say to call back the next day, but would not work on my laptop during that time. After 2 weeks, (it should have been overnight) they did not fix anything. They did offer to sell me some of the older model laptops the have in stock. Save your money and go anywhere else.
I went in to buy a replacement charger for my computer. The service was quick and informative, and the part was a lot cheaper than expected. The guy who helped me was very courteous and polite.
I love my laptop! This is the 3 rd one we have bought from here and always have great service!
Doesnt stand behind what they sell. Bought piece of junk took back once said was cord. Gave me another but stated no refund or guarantee. Stopped working next day. Buyer beware.
I went to buy a brand laptop charger. I was prepare to pay 60 + for one very happy that I only payed 35. Also laptop selection yes they are uses sometimes but for the 3rd of the actual cost worth it.
