Great place to go. They had everything there. Bought new shirts and two winter coats. No disappointments.

First time there, very nice store, very busy, did not have ladies snap shirts only shirts with plastic buttons. Had a good number of staff but they were not very customer service oriented or attentive. You had to ask for help because they were standing around talking to other staff. Prices were decent. Staff was friendly just not very professional and lacked customer service.

So after years of being able to order 👖 from this store and not online. I Was told today that they cant do that and i told them that they always done this and i just payed up front and came back and picked up my order then i was rudely told no they will not do that so Dickies you lost out on a $500 sale

Went in today to buy school uniforms for my daughters and as soon as we went in the officer who was sitting in the corner decided to follow us all around the store along with all the other employees. I felt really uncomfortable and discriminated against seeing that all the other shoppers were white and Im Hispanic. Once I made myself to checkout line the officer decided it was time to go sit at his corner again. I love to shop but will never return here again. I will just order from dickies online. I should of took my $400 else where.

Always have good bargains for the big guy, that is, me. LOL. Minus one star because I had to use the restroom and they wouldnt let me. (And I bought over $70.)

Was wanting to buy some clothes until I was told there was no way to try them on because of a useless COVID policy. If someone isnt going to be breathing on me while Im in there, why would it matter? The changing rooms are definitely 6 feet apart. Have staff sanitize in between each customer if youre that worried about it? But definitely dont have one of your employees start giving attitude when you explain why you wouldnt want to buy them without trying them on. The old dude stocking stuff needs an attitude adjustment. I dont care what is said, the customer pays for the lights to stay on and for food to be on your plate.

Ive tried to call several times and nobodys picking up it says that its open till 5:00 and that you can do in-store pickup. I am not able to get a hold of them to see what their services are

The employees are very helpful and the value of the clothing is great. Seems to be a police officer on site on a daily bases, well at least every time I went. For those who might be curious if theres a difference between what Wal-Mart carries and whats here. Their own design is slightly different but better in what they carry at this store. Dickies is my go to place for work clothing.

Great place to look for work clothes and more. People are friendly and there is a police officer in the store just to make everyone feel better and safe.

Its always been my favorite ever since I was a kid the clothes are durable long-lasting but they gone up in prices but well worth of clothing

The store was very well stocked. Very nice inside. We were looking for a pair of Dickes Black Pants, and these that we found were great, they even have a small secret zipper pocket. The staff were very helpful. They even had a policeman on guard, Its busy and downtown. I was amazed at the scrubs they have and the breathable thin material they are made out of. I never thought Dickies would carry, scrubs, but they do and you will love all the different designs and colors !!!!!

Didnt care for the attitudes I got from 4 of the Store Employes I would have expected it from The Large Retail stores but I got better Attitudes from the DMX Store Employees than I got from Dickinson. Basically it was Ike Rude treatment an like Ae are to good to serve you or even work here . The Cashier got Mad at my Husband because his phone started ringing. My Husband ignored the call seemed as if it bugged the Cashier even more.

The set up was real nice and changed since the last time Id been there(10+ years ago) my only complaint is shockingly they didnt have any thermals, which is why I went there! Your products are so good and I just thought for sure yall would have them, but unfortunately you didnt. Its ok Ill still recommend and come here and still think highly of Dickies

New manager not helpful at all.. cuts u off.. doesnt help with the question.. brushes one off n says there nothin she can do n ignores u goea to next person... I work for disturbing warehouse app wasnt workin she can login on pc m give me my discount not hard.. other works done its.. not first time one ask her questions/ she cant answer.

Can’t try own clothes unless you “purchase and return.” Store closes before the time listen on the website and told me I had to stop shopping because I apparently didn’t have time to try any more clothes on because they are closing in 20 more minutes.. won’t be going back

On sale days u get some very nice items for a very low price starting @ $5 sometimes $3I love to catch the sales there u get dickies for $10 & $15 💞 it 💯!

Hours on Google said open. Drove 30 minutes to get here through 3:30 traffic to see a sign in the door saying temporary closed. Will reopen tomorrow. While I stood there 2 other separate shoppers came and also seemed very disappointed. Its very easy to change Google hours if you need to close... Now I get to drive back in worse traffic out of Fort Worth. Thanks.

Worst experience ever! It’s sad when you love a store so much but the employees mess it all up for you. I came in asked a blonde skinny lady for some assistance and the whole time was rolling her eyes and talking to me like I was dumb.

We drove from Dallas to Fort Worth because my husband could not find the exact cargo pants he had been looking to purchase in Dallas. We did find them there thanks to the help of a very friendly & knowledge sales girl. She knew her product & where to find it easily.The store was laid out so everything was in its place, sorted by style, color & size. It was a good experience.

From the moment I entered the location I quickly captured the inviting and welcoming atmosphere this location presented. All the staff members were sincere in their persona and made me feel they were actually trying to help me and that was proven correct after meeting three of these staff members. The selections of clothing and the multi sizing makes it easy to shop in this clean and organized store. Plus you are exposed to types of clothing that you will have problems in finding in other retailers stores. This store offers unique and above standard clothing selections.

Great selection of products with more variety than you would find at a place like Wal-Mart. My husband exclusively wears Dickies jeans because of their structure since he is so hard on his clothes (I dont know how, he works an office job). Prices are where you would expect them to be for a wholesale store. The store is also really clean and easy to navigate.

My 1st time at this store.. They didnt have what I was looking for but the store itself is well kept and had a good amount of other stocked items.. will be returning again

Great store with a huge selection of styles, fabric, and sizes. They do have a fitting room to make sure all will fit before purchase. They also offer the option to buy online and get it shipped if they dont have it in stock. Great customer service!!! Thank you for the help!

Today was the best experience Ive ever had at any outlet store ever. I went to the Dickie store in Fort Worth. In arriving at the store I expected it to be a lot more hassle than it was going to be I arrived at the store and it was amazing I had an amazing experience the employees were amazing the store was beautiful and clean I had the a lady by the name of Teresa help me and she was amazing as well. She went as far as too funny my dressing room, and help me find my clothes, and when checking out I didnt have enough cash to cover my clothes that I was buying she made sure by giving me a discount on top of a discount that I would be able to pay for my clothes so that I may have them for my new job that Im starting tonight. It was an amazing experience I would recommend your store to everybody that I know and I will only shop at the store for my work clothes from now on thank you Dickies in Fort Worth it was amazing and I will be back every weekend. You walk in and an associate is ready to assist you. Asked me what I was looking for and size. Called the back room and got me a couple of sizes. I found what fit best and was glad she did get a couple of different sizes. I bought the work pants I needed and checked out within 10 minutes. Thats great for a guy, who is looking to get in and out. The price was right as well. 1st time in and will be back definitely beat the Department store experience.

Dickies us hard to beat clothing for casual, work or play. More comfortable than jeans and last years longer. I prefer their flex relaxed fit. Never have had stitching or fabric fail even after years of use. I do seem to out grow them however.

Im mad as F***! Dickies is supposed to be THE BEST! And, THIS (see screenshots), is what happened to my belt today! Ive had the belt for LITERALLY less than 6 MONTHS! If youll notice, the first pic shows what happened and the second pic shows that ALL the screws were STILL in place!

Came for a pair of coveralls after looking at countless stores that only had them online. They had exactly what i needed and in a custom size for shorter but heavier guys like me. Very suprised how well they fit. Will be looking much more professional at work. The staff was more than helpful and a very kind. They were very prompt to ask me if I needed anything and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I live in Irving even though its a long drive I will come back for sure.

First time in the store. I was surprised at the variety and the quality of the clothes that I saw there. I was also pleased at the pricing of the clothes there. I will definitely look there in the future.

Husband needed work stuff and we were told this was the place to go. They werent lying. Great selection at a great price.

Nice and clean. Well stocked. Only complaint is I am disabled and use a cane. I have a hard time standing... they should put a couple of benches in the store for people to sit. I have friends who do not shop there because of the lack of attention to the disabled customers.

Friendly staff, very helpful over the phone and in store. Store is clean and organized. Parking is minimal but seems to be enough for the customer traffic. I recommend this store if looking for mens work clothes.
