Cintas made the decision to enter my business and perform a service in which they had no authorization to do. Just because Cintas purchases a business does not automatically guarantee you that you can perform services for business without an agreement to do so, then bill them 3Xs more than the previous company. Very poor business to deal with.

This company is the worst company to do business with. We all ordered uniforms at the same time. They sent all the uniforms to the wrong people. That was after we waited for a couple of weeks for them. They only had half the uniforms in the orders and we had to wait several more weeks to get our own uniforms! I sent my uniforms in to be cleaned a month ago, and they cant find them now. I will never use this company again! I would never recommend them to anyone either! Thanks Charles, you and your company are a joke!

This is the worst company ever, I’ve been waiting for my uniforms for two months and they said they are working on it, it was the first time I ever send them to get clean and never got them back, even my employer hasn’t been able to get an answer from them.But they on time to send the invoiceThey don’t deserve not even 1 star

We had a great rep who brought us our supplies, installed them for us, and charged us fairly. Because we were happy, we signed a long-term contract with them. Then almost immediately, they jacked up the prices to an insane amount (we pay $45 dollars every month for TWO ROLLS OF PAPER TOWELS), got rid of our normal delivery guy, and then refused to cancel or change our contract because I caught the price increase a few days after the ten day period where I was allowed to refuse the price increase.This is as close as a company can get to outright theft and fraud. The manager wont even return calls. The one time I got him on the phone, he just laughed and essentially told me too bad, so sad. Its a pathetic and disgusting business practice, and I still have another year of being forced to give them insane amounts of money in return for almost nothing.

Pat & Josh came to install soap dispensers, etc in our new office location. They worked quietly and efficiently without disturbing anyone. They were friendly, explained the products, and offered suggestions for additional products that could be beneficial. Great experience!

Horrible company that will screw over the customer as well as their own employees

Ordered and payed for shoes from there mobile truck that come to my job. Driver said it would take week to get the shoes. Been two weeks have not gotten my shoes. 4 other ppl are waiting at my job also.

Beware! if you have services with this cintas location you make sure u stay with the guys that bring in the towels APRON,,ETC.... or you will be charge for something that they never bring if you dont need it the delivery man will still come in with the invoice in the hand (good play) when u say u dont need it for this week delivery man will say he will void this invoice and take care of it. BUT at the end they will still send u the bill. Im not saying that cintas is bad company.... good company name who ever manage this location just dont care. LAST THING ASK FOR CONTRACT OR ANY AGREEMENT PAPER THEY WILL SAY DONT HAVE IT AND CHANGE THE SUBJECT THAT THEY WANT YOU TO SIGN BECAUSE THEY GONNA ONLY BRING COUPLE PIECES OF PAPER IN LET YOU SIGN AND SAID THAT IS NO CONTRACT, BUT THERE IS. JUST A SCAM

I went there for a job interview... They actually told me they push all new employees to the point of breaking until they back off to see what you can handle.

Needed a pair of pants with a damaged zipper fixed, 3 times the driver brought me the same pair of pants unfixed. Called customer service spoke to rosemary. A week later i get a message from the driver claiming he brought a New pant for the damaged zipper one. Only find out it wasnt new and the zipper still damaged. Called him and i hear him giggle in the background and said be would order it again.

Absolute worst company, they do not care about their employees, and like to them go like nothing after 20 years of service.

Terrible customer service and I have several more months on my contract. Will never use them again.
