Great service! I was recommended here from Best Buy who didnt want to touch my UV tempered glass screen protector installation on a S10 Plus, which is exponentially more difficult to install than a normal screen protector. Aiyah was able to figure out the many steps and curing process to complete it within about 15 minutes, and afterwards the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner on the screen is still functional. 👌 Will definitely be back next time I need another screen protector installed.

Ive gone here a few times to get my laptop fixed, Ive had no problems with them, they are pretty reasonable and do a decent job. Last time I was there, my laptop latch broke, said they could fix it for $140, but had to order the part and wait a few days. On the day I came to pick it up they told me they were sent the wrong part and because it was an older model, they would have to order the part from outside the country. They offered to either order the part and Id have to wait or they would sell me another laptop and install my harddrive on it, and even upgrade to windows 10. I have 8 and my laptop is really for personal use so I declined the win10. Sold me a laptop for $300 and it runs faster than my old one.Only complaint is that they didnt have a purple laptop since my old laptop was purple, and it is my favorite color. They did manage to remove the custom symbol I had on my old laptop and place it on the new one so thats a win.

S9+ was shattered and they fixed it in less than 2 hours. Very professional service and quick turnaround. Will definitely recommend this establishment to anyone in need of screen repair. They also sell used phones in basically mint condition. Laptops and screen protectors too.

Went in because the hinge on my laptop was broken. Paid an absurd amount for them to LIE about ordering a new part. 2 months later the same problem came up and I found out they used SUPER-GLUE instead. Cheap, liars, and not worth your money. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else

Stay away! Went in to have iPad battery replaced. When I went to pickup, I was told that due to the model, battery was replaced, but the ID button doesnt work. Nothing we can do about it. Charged me for it. Took iPad to Apple, they ran diagnostics and told me that the ID button had been replaced with a non-Apple part. Should have gone to Apple in the 1st place. Stay away!

I was amazed how quickly they were able to fix my very old phone, and the staff could not have been more helpful and obliging. The repair wasnt cheap, but it was well worth it. I highly recommend CPR.

My iPad battery tanked and i brought it in for evaluation. The service was professional and kind. An estimate was provided and a 24 hour turn around promised. Within about 6 hours I received an email that it was ready! The store I usually go to said it would take a week! I found a new place to take all my devices for repair. Way to go!

Super efficient and simple experience. MacBook Air had Water damage and I had written it off as totaled. I brought it in to see if they could retrieve the data on the hard drive. I was called the next day and they said that they had fix the computer in its entirety by replacing some corroded lines. Super impressed! Bill was super helpful throughout the process.

I’m so happy I came to them to fix this phone. It looks seamless they did a great job and it only took 45 minutes. If I ever have an issue again with the phone I’m definitely coming to them

I bought a Samsung note 9 took it back several times because it would not update. I was told they would exchange it but the next day said no. Said that it not updating was a note 9 issue and that once a new update came out it would auto correct. This was not the case. It was a Verizon issue as it is not a Verizon phone. The phone is extremely slow, the battery does not last, and it struggles to get signals. It is twice as slow as my previous note 8. I do not recommend buy your phone here. I believe the store has a new owner which might explain the recent poor reviews.

One of the motors went out on my drone while on the job. Contacted several drone repair services in the Metroplex only to be turned down due to the fact that my drone was not a DJI model. Lucky for me I was directed to Omar at CPR where he was able to help me disconnect the burned out motor and solder the new motor to my drone. He wouldnt charge me until I tested the motor and verify that the drone was operational. Im back in business thanks to Omar and CPR staff.

Broke the screen on my cell phone, didnt need an appointment, called ahead verified they had the parts, took a little over an hour and looks and works like new.

I originally was going to go to a repair shop down the street I had an appointment with them. That repair shop told me to guarantee same day fix for my phone I had to do so, I did just that. But when I got there on the day of my appointment, booked it back on Tuesday my appointment was today (Saturday) they told me everything was overbooked and I should of came right when they opened. I was now told my phone wouldn’t be ready until Monday! I use my phone for work so that wasn’t possible for me. I decided to see if there was another repair shop nearby and found this business and was like it wouldn’t hurt to go see if I could get my phone fixed with them.I was able to get in and out in little over an hour. The staff was professional and nice, very understanding of my frustration with what had happened with the other repair shop down the street. And while I usually do business with my phone electronics at the other store I think I will be coming here from now on the prices are similar, actually the exact price I was quote at the other store. I didn’t have a to make an appointment and the staff was much more professional when speaking to me.

IPhone digitizer(?) stopped working, took it in to Omar around 9 and it was done around 10. Works perfectly, they were upfront about cost and what they could and couldnt guarantee regarding the repair. Would recommend.

My cell phone would not accept an update and was not operational at all. I attempted making an appointment at the Apple Store but they were booked for a week. I visited CPR Cell Phone repair for help. They did not require an appointment and were able to help me very quickly. I was in and out within an hour. The cost was also very reasonable.The associate helping was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning with any future issues that I may have with my phones. Highly recommended.

I thought my iPhone XR was ruined after I cracked the screen. Multi colored vertical lines obliterated the view of any icons, texts, phone numbers, etc. CPR was recommended for the screen replacement. Dropped off at 1:20. Done and working perfectly by 3:30. Very pleased with service.

For the price we paid I expected way better service. Was referred to this place by another repair shop down the street that did not have the screen to fix my daughter’s ipad. Service was fast but unfortunately that’s the only pro. The Ipad was perfect condition but screen got a minor crack across from my son stepping on the ipad case. When we got the ipad back from this place there was a crack on the back and a big dent on one corner and scratch marks on the other corners from whatever they used to remove the old screen. Also three large smudges and lent under the new screen.

This week was my second time bringing in an item for repair. Both times service was professional and timely. Representatives explained everything in layman’s terms and took the time necessary to ensure you clearly understood the problem and steps needed to repair.

I went to a total of 4 repair stores including Geek Squad. Only this place got my problem fixed, and at a reasonable price and pretty good speed. Very satisfied with their service and capability.

This store needs to be reported to Bureau of Consumer Protection to stop their unfair business behavior. You will get no refund even though the problem you paid them to fixed is not fix, they never do refund and you will not be told upfront no refund. Instead they want to give you store credit to buy a computer of 5years old over $1000 from them those you can get on eBay for $150. The owner or the man that manage the store is just nasty. Please take your businesses else where I lost my money and the computer is not fixed.

He did a really good job on my iPad, so far it’s working properly. Didn’t take too long to fix it and he was able to fix my thumb button which was all messed up. Will definitely be back!

I recently bought a pair of IFROGZ from this location. I didnt like them because they were too bulky. I tryed to return them, with my receipt, only to find out they dont accept returns. It should be posted, no returns. At least from me they didnt. I exchanged them for a white pair so I could give them to my girlfriend. Upon actually looking at the white pair, they were taped together and the earphones had earwax in them. How disgusting. They obviously returned someones. I will never return to this location.

Horrible customer service. Had an Ipad repaired a little less then 3 weeks ago. It developed a crack right down the middle of the screen. Took it up there and the owner would not replace it due to the warranty ran out. I guess when you walk out the door the warranty is done. Cheap material is most likely the culprit of this crack. This business is one of the highest priced in my area by far, you would think they would stand behind their work.

I will never use CPR+ Cell Phne Repair again. Very cheap quality parts. Paid $430 to fix my Samsung S10+, two weeks later the screen was cracked on its own. It is in an otterbox defender, has not been dropped, or anything else physical to it. I called them about getting it covered under their warranty and they said they would only look at it but would not commit to their warranty. I live 90 minutes from their store, and they said they did not have the screen anymore. I do not recommend this place. Go anywhere but here. Also all the stores are individual franchise stores and not corporate. So one store Will not honor the other stores work.🤬Edit: Per business response, it was more than a matter of inconvenient for me. I live 90 minutes away and the employee already told me they were not fixing it because they had no screen, what good would it do me to go? However he told me on the phone that they were not gonna cover it being broke again most likely.

Thank you for the quick battery replacement!  I was on the road to Lubbock when my cell phone battery died and stopped in to get a replacement.  Service people were very understanding when I told them the situation and they got it replaced in less than the time they said it might take.  Very happy with the service and would use Cell Phone Repair again if ever in the area and need cell phone help.

This was my first time to visit and for what I had done the service was fast only took about ten minutes to repair my camera lens on my android phone. Highly recommend this place for all services. I know Ill be going back for all my cell phone repairs.

Fixed my phone at a fair price but did not receive a written diagnostics of the repairs made. Clerk said they were unable to provide written repair estimate or diagnostics.

They provided great service at a reasonable cost. Also, they fixed my Apple Watch screen with same day service. Both of the guys I spoke with were very nice.

Ordered part on 10/13/20 came in next day and installed. About an 1 1/2. Installed new glass face on phone. Great folks.

Took my phone in because I shattered the screen and needed a replacement screen. I had waited days before taking it in to get fixed. I picked up the phone to find that the screen lags or does not work at all. I have to completely lock and unlock the screen for it to work. I took it back and they said the first screen that they put on was faulty and replaced it with a good one. I got home and the phone doesn’t work any better. They said they can just claim that the guts of it got messed up on the fall which is a LIE!!!! I spent days with a cracked screen and no issues with lagging or anything with in the phone not working. I spent $200 for them to break my phone and now I have to get a new one. DONT GO THERE!!!!! They’re a rip off!!!

Wanted to charge me more than the price of the phone.

I needed a phone due to my old device wasnt working, I was travelling on business and needed a replacement Phone. I stopped by here to get a used IPhone turns out it is not compatible with my carrier. I called back in 24 hours, I offered to pay a restocking fee, cause I understand business . I was told NO, offered me to comeback and find a solution, I do not have the cycles for guessing, I have a job. I was able to find a solution from another provider, I will share my experience in my many travels . So if you think 300.00 for a used Iphone 8 with not even a generic power cord is a good deal, I suggest a different store. Thank you for my 300.00 paper weight !

Went in with the intention of repairing my old phones screen found out the offer East financing on fully refurbished phones and ended up getting a new to me phone that works and looks like it just came out of the box. Will definitely be coming back for all of my phone upgrades and tech repair

Rude owner and has ripped off attitude. They charged me $150 for repairing the laptop, later they didnt fix anything and told me that I need to pay more for them finally to fix it. Owner yelled at me and didnt let me defend my rights as a customer who paid first time with promise that they will fix it and they didnt fix. Second, they never called me third time as they promised when the laptop will be ready, I have to call the follow-up and the answer was they were busy and its ready. So, Im going there third time to fix the same laptop. Never come back here and I suggest dont go either. No consideration or respect to customer at all.

The location itself is very nice but I had called about 3-5 before to ask if they could get me a Samsung S20+ in cloud blue with 128GB And I had mentioned over and over I wanted that one specifically and nothing else and that I wanted it new.They had called me to tell me it was there and then I go to grab it and it was a refurbished Samsung S20+ in arua blue which was not the one I wanted. Employee got mad that I didnt take phone after they had it in their store.Make sure what you get it the correct thing that you want.

My husband took his phone for a repair they were great but a little pricey for what they had to do.

My visit was very good, all they had to do was take a quick look at the problem mine being the speaker, and went into the back for a few minutes. Came out and said they needed to order a part that was $50 that would be there within a few days. It took less than 10 minutes just to get an evaluation and Im definitely coming back again if I have more problems

I have had the opportunity to use this location twice in the past month. One was for a PC repair (broken power supply) and the second was for a cracked phone screen (Android LG). Both times the cost and time were very reasonable. The estimate, on both occasions, equaled the final amount paid. I was also very satisfied with the outcome on both repairs (both devices are working properly and as expected). I will definitely use them again (but secretly hope I dont have the need to).

Theses are my go to guys for cell phone work. Ive been to them three times for my old BlackBerry phone, and once before for an android repair. Theyve always had parts in-stock or could get them quickly.This time my wifes LG V10 cell battery would not charge. They had a replacement in shop, and installed and checked it in minutes. And the price was comparable to on-line prices.Ill be back next time we need cell help.

Michael was great his coustmer was excellent. I went in last week to order the screen for my Motorola Z4 nobody else could get a hold of the part and in 4days my part was there. Micheal then called me to let me know that my screen was there and ready for installation. So I went in today and was finished in less then an hour. He then helped me put my screen protector and my case on. Over all it was a great experience not the breaking my screen part but having it fixed. I’ve used them twice to replace broken screen and they exceeded my expectations! They’re reasonably priced and were done in about an hour. The people at T-Mobile even said that it’s perfect like nothing happened! I’ll go to them many times over!

We use this company to repair our mobile devices (mostly iPhones and occasionally an iPad). We have had pretty good luck with repairs from them. If there is an issue after a repair, they are pretty good to take care of it. We tried switching to Apple Store but they are slow and they ruined a phone, so we will stick with Fix it Fast.

Whoever fixes the computer with this company may be the rudest man I’ve ever talked to.They told me it would take 24 hours to fix my computer which i didn’t have a problem with. The next day I called for an updates statues and the man stated that it could take multiple days and he hasn’t even started to look at it yet and he seemed a tad frustrated I was asking for a status. This is after I already paid them. 6 days later they gave me my laptop and didn’t fix the problem at all. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever use them again

Fast, Quality, Customer service! Brought my phone in to replace a non functional charging port. After a five minute wait they brought my phone back out and informed me that it was just very dirty.After a quick demonstration showing my now very clean and functional charging part they told me there was no fee! Now thats an honest business that I can trust with any and all of my small device repairs!

Hello, so buyers avoid at all cost. I’ve use these guys before and tipped. But when I came in to have them swap out a screen with a defect they took my phone into the back room and cracked my screen I had to even involve a police officer. But this is my word vrs there’s no accountability or ethics by the the tall green bean looking manager who cracked it with a nasty goatee.This store is about only good for cheep phone cases you can find a better selection at the mall .Time to have accountability in America and not patronize these crooks.

Beware of screen repair services that arent Apple...I took in my iPhone 6S because it had a huge crack on it. It got repaired at a reasonable price ($70) and looked brand new when I received it...BUT I was pretty disappointed to see that the Touch ID doesnt function whatsoever. I tried resetting it and everything to no avail. The repair guy I had said he could try looking at it and replacing the screen again, but Im doubtful thats going to solve the home button issue. For $70 I expected more...
