The guy at the counter took my phone to the back which I thought was water damaged. Cleaned the speakers thoroughly, brought it back, and the speakers worked perfectly. All for free cause they didn’t have to open the phone! Great service, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Not worth it, a screen fix for almost $200 is a rip off. I went to another place and got a new screen from apple themselves for $100 and it came along with a screen protector. 2406 Azle Ave next to cricket wireless check it out really good prices. We do phone repairs in under 25 minutes.

Had a HDMI chip problem with my Xbox and it got fixed within 24 hours. Great customer service and received a 1 year warranty. They were accommodating due to.a weird situation that i was in, 3rd party paying for repairs. Very helpful fixing my JBL Link. My daughter threw it down and broke the charging port. I couldnt find the part to fix it myself (and after looking at it, theres NO WAY I was going to solder something that small), JBL said they dont even make that part any more. CPR found it, ordered it, and replaced the broken port in all in a couple days. Top notch service.

I went with a very iffy repair, explained the embarrassing details, and asked for honesty. I mentioned I was going to stop next door to look for something at Guitar Center and CPR guy said look around for an hour and he would be able to let me know what to do with my fone. Came back an hour later and the guy said I could buy a new fone cheaper than fix this one, but the old one would still last as long as I wanted it to if I did this, avoided that, and never even considered something else. No charge. I will never take our familys fones anywhere else. Integrity and honesty is very hard to find in repair shops for any product and any good manager knows a solid reputation is the best advertisement for any business.

Absolutely amazing service. I dropped a significant amount of water on my macbook and I wanted to make sure it did not have any water damage. My laptop was looked at free of charge and luckily, no damage or corrosion was found. I was able to pick it up as soon as I could after I received a call letting me know what was done to my laptop. My daughter’s iPhone XS Max froze after doing the software update. Screen was black with a white apple symbol on it. We took it to AT&T and they couldn’t do anything but give us Apple’s ph#. We called Apple and what they told us to do never worked. My daughter didn’t want a new phone. She said if she had to get a new one she wanted to wait for the IPhone 12 which isn’t that long of a wait, but us as parents weren’t comfortable about her being without a cell phone to call for help if needed. We googled cell phone repair and found CPR and stopped by close to closing time. They got our information and took her cell, said they’d call me the next day to tell me if it’s fixable and if so how much. Well the next day I spoke to someone and he said they couldn’t fix it. That the phone kept doing the same thing, so I could pick it up at no charge. As I was on my way to pick it up, that person calls me back saying they fixed it but had to delete everything. They didn’t want to give up and realized it was one of their cords that wasn’t working well. Once we got it back and I must say they didn’t charge much, we had set everything up again, thankfully all her pictures and more were still there just taking time to load up. She was excited! So thank you CPR staff!!! I highly recommend them!!!

This is the third time we use their services and they always were reliable, honest and knowledgeable. We had a business computer that stopped working and they got it up and running the same day. Also, they fixed our IPhone that Apple said that it had no fix and we needed to purchase a new phone. Lastly, it was our suns birthday. I have an IPhone SE, an older phone and the battery was shot. Functioning at a capacity of 63%. It would go from full to nothing and shut down at random and would not turn on at times even on the charger. I walked in and he was super friendly and replaced the new battery in about 10 minutes. Excellent service and battery capacity is now at 100%! Very pleased! Other shops did not have the battery in stock and wanted to mail my phone off. Glad this place had the battery available immediately. Great service!

Great service - my iPhone wouldn’t charge even after I cleaned it, so I took it to CPR, and they took a look at it, cleaned it, and now it works like new. They also assured me that all the wiggleness in the charge port is not a problem. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely go back CPR any repairs.

I was in town looking for a Iphone 7 (which they had). The guy who answered was very polite. But he did inform me that the took lunch from 1pm-3pm . But that they wouldnt be back from lunch in time for me to get the phone while I was in town.

Quick response to below. It was NOT Samsung high-quality glass.Samsung uses Corning Gorilla Glass 4. Google it. It is INCREDIBLY STRONG glass. It does NOT break on a 3 foot drop onto the CARPET with a PROTECTIVE COVER on it - which is what happened to mine, which resulted in a hairline crack in GORILLA glass??? Be WARNED of the low quality, replacement glass used at this place.ORIGINAL Comment: Had a Samsung Galaxy S7 repaired at this place 3 mos ago in July. The repair aesthetically looked great, and I paid a premium price for it ($220+).I have a protective cover on my phone, and I accidentally dropped it on the carpet. It was only a 3 foot drop and I did not think anything of it because prior to the repair I had similar drops (including a drop on concrete) WITHOUT the protective cover many times with no issues (it took about a 7 foot drop onto asphalt to really break the thing).But after the seemingly harmless 3 foot drop WITH a protective cover onto the CARPET, I noticed a hairline crack in the LED glass, and LED fluid leaking inside. Certified Samsung LED screens do NOT break this easily especially with a protective cover.You can see the LED fluid in the picture. They use CHEAP materials but charge PREMIUM prices. Do NOT go here if you are looking for durable, long lasting material. Next time (lesson learned!) I would fine a certified Samsung repair shop with certified, durable Samsung materials.

Fantastic customer service!I requested a quote online and they provided a reasonable price and a quick time to repair. When I went into the store to request the part be ordered a couple of days later, I told them my name and phone model and they didnt have to look at the computer to know exactly what needed to be done and had already done research on the issue which they recalled.Once the part was ordered, massive storms caused a delay in delivery. CPR kept me informed the entire time. This shows a great commitment to their customers.Once the part was in stock, a repair on a phone that they had never done before was done in 2 hours. The staff is quick to assist you as soon as you walk in and have amazing attitudes. They are knowledgeable and were able to assess the issue with my laptop. They were able to give a fair price quote and was able to receive the needed part quickly.They called once the part was in and it took no time for them to repair my laptop. Of course Im sure depending on the repair necessary this may vary.I also cracked my screen and they had it repaired in as little 10-15 minutes. Sorry not the exact time but I was pretty impressed how quick they finished and I didnt have to waste my entire day. They gave he phone a good wipe down as well.Keep it up!

Josh at CPR Alliance was absolutely awesome. My phone (LG G7) needed both rear and front screens replaced, along with the charge port. First charge port he received was for the wrong network (EU, instead of NA) and he had to reinstall the old one. Two more non-functional ports later he finally received one that worked. Shortly after that, the new front glass cracked, and he replaced it free of charge, attributing it to the numerous times the phone was taken apart and put back together. Josh has absolutely gone above and beyond to ensure that my device was repaired and fully functional. Absolute 11/10.

Super fast, quality repair service! I broke screen and LCD display on my phone two nights ago, and dropped my phone off for repair around lunchtime yesterday. At first I was told 2-3 business days, because the part they needed to repair my phone is not stock. When I asked if they could do it any faster, they gave me the option to overnight the replacement part for an additional fee, which I opted to do. The part came in by 3:00 today, and my phone was ready to pick up by the time I got off work at 4:00, and less than 48 hours after I broke it, I have it back and its as good as new! Thank you so much for working to get it done so quickly, and keeping me updated throughout the whole process 😊

Good guys! My son’s phone wouldn’t charge. We tried compressed air but nothing worked. I brought the phone in, they took two minutes...and it was fixed! They were able to clean it out and get it charging again. No charge! Greatly appreciated!

Had my iPhone 6 battery replaced here about a week ago and its been working great, only took Josh about 20 minutes to get me fixed up and out the door.I also had an old iPhone 4S with some sentimental data on it and a busted screen, that touch would not work. They got it working and my wife is happy she could get the data she wanted off of it.Prices were reasonable and fair. Ill go here again.

Only place I’ll go to get any device fixed. These guys have fixed multiple iPhone problems, broken iPhone screens, problems with my Mac computer, they even transferred all my data from a 2008 MacBookPro laptop that went black screen. Lastly, I will be in sometime this week to fix my iPad. (It’s not me I swear 😂🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️) take it from me.... if they can handle and fix all my technology problems.... I’m sure they can fix yours!!

The charging cord was not fitting in my iPhone 6 correctly as I thought the charging port on the phone was broken. I made an appointment for the next day. I was quoted $55 for the repair. That morning a coupon for $10 off showed up in my email. When I arrived, I told the repair guy of my troubles. He asked to check the port for dirt and lint because that is usually the issue more often than not. About a minute late, he comes back and gives me my phone back and tells me its all fixed and no charge as the dirt and lint were the only issue. This is a shining example of great customer service as they could have unnecessarily just replaced the port to make some money and chose not too. Great job! Ill definitely be back and recommend others.

Not only do they repair phones but they fixed my laptop! Originally I went in to Best Buy where they told me it would cost at least $250 to fix it, however here they fixed it in only a few hours and after quoting me $50 they ended up charging me only $35 since the fix was easy for them. My fiancé and I had been to three other stores to repair her phone because it had something lodged in the charging port. The AT&T store and a load of insurance stores that were just gonna replace the phone but she wouldn’t get the phone until after the weekend, but she was going on a trip so we just needed the phone fixed so she could have a phone while she was gone. We were very frustrated with every place we had been to, so as a last resort we decided to try a cellphone repair place. We walk in and within about five seconds of coming into the store we were greeted. One of the employees takes the phone and heads to the back and within about a minute of us being there he comes back out and says it’s fixed. We tested it there and it worked just like new! They said it was free of charge but write us a review and now I’m here telling you that if you need your cellphones repaired don’t think twice about coming here.
