Service is great and products are good. Kinda hard to get in to but once you figure it out youre good. Drive down road to last entrance. Pull in and around to the right. Go in office. Lots of men. I was the only woman but they were very nice. Ladies, you might want to consider buying some lumber in the future. More men here than at ladies night at the pub.

Went there this morning to find out about an LVL for installing a garage door. I was directed to the back of the store to speak with a guy about my application. He told me what I needed and sent me back to the front. Met with Jesus and discussed LVL sizes and pricing. I asked if they had any discount programs including any for VETERANS. Jesus said there was a 5% discount for vets. I went home and got my DD214 and returned. Jesus was busy so I think I met with Jerrid. I explained what I had spoken to Jesus about including the 5% VETERANS discount. He said he needed to see a MILITARY ID CARD. I explained to him that VETERANS dont get ID cards generally unless theyre retirees. HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT my DD214 as evidence of my VETERANS status and said he needed to see an ID Card that gets you onto the base. Took my business elsewhere. Everyone but Jerrid was pleasant to work with. Poor training and poor Customer Service.

Jose, Jared and Jesus have always been excellent to call in orders. The guys loading up the wood with their forklifts are always extremely helpful. Forget Home Depot and Lowe’s when it comes to lumber. FWL has unbeatable lumber prices. Triple Js thanks for your excellent wood!!

RETURN unused lumber quick. They wont allow returns past 2 weeks. Service is good, but I was stuck with $220 of extra cedar lumber that was garage kept. 2 stars for service and selection. Negative 3 stars for unfair return policy.

Always has what I need and for a much better price than the big boxes.

Dont waist your time coming here. They will sell you stuff thats not even on the lot. Problem is you wait half a day just to find out about it. Plus the lumber is way over priced. $5100 here go down the street and its $4200. What a joke.

Want to call and ask about how much is a minimum buy for a type of lumber and drive 45 min to be told something else this is your place. If you own a company and you let people who dont know what they are talking about answer the phone you have a problem. Go to Sweeny...I did and will next time. Really disappointed.

Our company is Jcustomlands and we recently started getting a lot of our cedar material from Fort Worth lumber. The office staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. More importantly the customer service extends to the lumber yard. We normally deal with Steels for lumber pick up and he is solid. Help a make sure our material is straight and clean. We are going to start coming for more material variety Im the future.

Ordered 9 2x6 trusses from them. They delivered them when I was not there after I asked they call me before delivering. They used bad lumber in 5 of the 9 trusses which is a structural issue. I called them multiple times and they said they were per standard. Almost a $1000 order and they wouldn’t do anything about the bad lumber in the trusses. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

We called several places and this was the only place we found that carried yellow pine wood in the quantity we needed. They gave us a really good rate on it and had it on our trailer in good time. I would definitely use them again.

You want some home insulation blown in.. These are the go-to people! They come out and do the job for you. At no extra charge. Very impressed.

We had some siding milled ! It appeared to be pretty moist. We stored in a shop out of the weather on blocks as you are suppose to.It started twisted an crowning . Got quit a few that are only good for firewood. So we asked to return it an ft worth lumber refuses to swap it out for usable stuff.I just find it unacceptable that a company would just expect a customer to eat the cost of bad materials.Very unhappy customers.

Disappointment.. redecked our 20 ft utility trailer with number one pine. First load 3 boards splintered to the point of needing to be replaced. When we asked FW Lumber to replace them salesman said sorry...we dont guarantee our product. I dont recommend doing business with this company . Find somewhere else to buy your lumber.

You can call for supplys by 1pm and its on the job usually before lunchtime the next business day. Gotta love prompt service and good materials that dont cost an arm or a leg... Thanks againTODD LEDBETTER
