This place is conveniently 1.5 miles away, went here for a warranty repair for Makita equipment instead of driving to farmers branch office thats not as convenient since I live in Fort Worth. Staff is friendly and helpful. Im waiting for my tool to be fixed, I hope its repaired just as fast as I was helped today. I will keep you posted.

I called on a Wednesday for a nail gun repair, after 15 minutes on hold, they told me it would be next Wednesday before their guy could look at it lol. These arent cars guys. Theres only so many things that can be wrong on a nail gun, typical lazy spoiled big business bs, where are the mom and pop stores, these guys are rediculous. I also like how all their employees get on here and post 5 star reviews for themselves, wouldnt ever expected that lol

What a sad little company. Instead of putting forth the effort to earn your business by acting with honor and integrity they pay their employees, like Rachel Hernandez, to post negative reviews of their competition. What, is this place run by 12 year olds? If you want to deal with grown ups there are plenty of options in the area.
