My experience was nothing short of amazing! I was blessed to work with Piper and she made sure all of my needs in a dress were met. She really got me from the initial questioning and I loved almost every dress that she brought out for me! My consultant Wendy was very nice and friendly. She nailed finding my dress in the first 3 dresses she brought. I was surprised to find my dress immediately and enjoyed the experience. They had several beautiful options that werent for me but still there waiting for their brides. Seriously take a peek there you wont regret it.

If you want to find out how good a Bridal Salon is, work with them through a pandemic!! I found my dress here in December (first and only salon I had planned on going to) and the service was outstanding and I bought my dress that same day. Then after the virus hit I was nervous that my dress wasnt going to get here in time, but it not only got here in time - they got it to me 2 months early! Could not speak more highly of them, and Ive had numerous future brides comment on my wedding pictures asking me where I got my dress and Im sending them all this way because I know anyone will find their dream dress here. Bliss Bridal is more than just a bridal shop, it is an experience that every bride needs to have. The way the store is structured relieves the bride of any stress while shopping. The consultant reviews the bride’s style and then selects several dresses for the bride to try on. I LOVE this process. Personally, I don’t like digging through racks at stores for regular clothes, I definitely don’t want to have to dig through racks with 20lb+ dresses. This also allows the bride to try on dresses they may not have selected for themselves. They have a process and it works! We said Yes!

I called Bliss to see if I could try on a specific Stella York gown. They were able to fit me in on the same day and I was so grateful! My stylist, Piper, was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I loved Bliss Bridal Salon! I went to look at dresses by myself and my stylist was SO great. She took pictures and videos of every single dress I tried on so I could show my family. I showed her a couple of my favorite dresses online and she only picked out styles I wanted (unlike other places I went). I love that she respected my opinion and did not make me try on dresses I clearly did not like. I had been to several places before Bliss and did not think I was ever going to find a dress. Bliss Bridal was wonderful from the time I made an appointment to when I walked out the door with a dress. Everything they did was very detailed and tailored to my style and interests. Literally had the most amazing experience at Bliss! All of the staff were so welcoming from the moment we arrived. Such a cute little boutique but what really made my trip to Bliss one for the books, was my bridal consultant, Piper! She was so personable and truly listened to what I wanted in a dress. Luckily they were open on a Sunday and allowed me to schedule an appointment literally within an hour of calling. This was one of the few places that was allowing more than 2 guests to join me due to the pandemic. They were incredibly responsive before the appointment, answering any questions I had and they always answered the phone when I called.They sent out a get to know me survey before my appointment and they asked really great questions that I think showed they care more about helping you rather than making a sale.They also keep a file on you as the bride and will update it with any preferences on dresses or accessories you might have. Which takes the burden of remembering off of you!When I arrived the day of, I was greeted by Natasha who was my consultant. SHE IS AMAZING, 10/10 recommend requesting her!! She really listened to what I had to say and she repeatedly reminded me that I would not hurt her feeling and that I needed to be honest about what I wanted or did not want. Her attitude was very helpful because since this was my first bridal appointment, I was very overwhelmed and confused. In the end, I was pretty sure I had found THE DRESS, but I was still a little hesitant. Natasha suggested I sit on it for awhile and come back later that day to try it again. I was able to text the salon and was able to come back later the same day without an appointment and try on my dress again. Natasha had even pulled another dress I might like which was so sweet.In the end I scheduled a fitting and accessory appointment a week later and bought the dress! Natasha was so patient and was a great listener. She was able to give me her input without intentionally trying to sway me. I never felt rushed and never felt that she was just trying to make a sale. She was so kind to me and made me feel comfortable and was willing to answer any of my questions. I am forever grateful that Natasha could make my wedding dress shopping experience so beautiful. We made an appointment here for my sister to try on wedding dresses. Maria helped us with the trying on of all the dresses and was very patient and kind. They have little rooms for you and your bridal party to sit in. The entire experience was wonderful. We found the dress and bought it on the spot. A very positive experience.

Wonderful experience here. This was the first (and last) bridal shop I went to. Michelle helped me find the perfect dress for our autumn wedding as well as a cathedral length veil (which my mom absolutely loves). The ladies here are very friendly and the dress and veil came exactly at the time they said it would come.

What an exceptional overall experience we had at Bliss Bridal Salon! Our Wedding consultant, Wendy, met us at the door ready to help us find my daughter’s dream wedding dress! She showed us to a beautiful room of the store that had two couches for us to sit on during dress appointment, a large dressing room to comfortably accommodate the consultant, dresses and my daughter, and large mirrors for us to view all sides of each dress. Wendy took the time to listen to my daughter’s thoughts on each dress and was able to organize the feedback to pull dresses we may not have specifically asked for while respecting our budget.Wendy was patient, extremely knowledgeable about wedding dress and most importantly made my daughter feel comfortable and pretty in all the dresses she tried on. The first one was right after the crazy snow storm and my bridesmaids couldn’t make it to Fort Worth from Austin. I took one friend with me and my consultant Natasha was so awesome. Of course I needed my girls there but Natasha became my hype man and bridal bestie REAL QUICK.From the very beginning she was very attentive to what I was looking for in a dress. SO glad I saved the best for last! After two very lack luster bridal appointments at two other shops, Wendy and the Bliss team went above and beyond. To start off the booking process is perfect- detailed and to the point. I knew exactly what to expect going into my appointment, major bonus points.After filling out the bridal consultant form and sharing my Pinterest board they selected the perfect gowns to start my appointment off. Throughout my entire experience I never felt rushed or like I was being “talked” into choosing my gown. We spent time talking about my venue and over all wedding vibe while I tried on dresses- which lead to us narrowing down to my perfect dress. All that in mind I had zero reservations about saying “yes to the dress”! Which is huge for me because I have extreme buyers remorse for just about everything I purchase 😂Not to mention Wendy chose the PERFECT veil to go with my grown, I seriously can’t stop staring at the pictures from my appointment.On another note, my wedding party & myself felt extremely safe our entire visit. The Bliss team actually follows the proper covid guidelines as well as maintain a clean and sanitize salon, even on a busy Saturday!100/100 would recommend becoming a Bliss Bride.

Loved this bridal shop! My true feedback is to get better lighting in your rooms. Mackenzie was my stylist, loved her! She never seemed like she just cared about making a sell, but rather finding me something I loved. Unlike most bridal shops in COVID times, this one did not limit me on dresses but just asked that the stylist pull dresses based on my feedback. Mackenzie really listened and let my feedback guide the appointment. At one point even letting me try on an A-line dress when I clearly leaned toward mermaid styles because I just needed to be certain that a ballgown type dress wouldnt work. Highly recommend this shop!

I had my appointment this past Saturday and what a day it was! My stylist was Michelle. She was fantastic! She read my interview prior to me coming in and pulled gowns that definitely matched everything on my Pinterest board. She was so kind and thoughtful. At Bliss, the stylist pulls all the gowns you try on, you do not go through racks of dresses and pull them yourself. She could tell which designer I was in love with (Essence of Australia) and hit the nail on the head when she picked mine out. I only had to try on 6 dresses before finding the one. In the back of my mind, I wondered how many more amazing gowns they have back there, but I also think less is more. It is very easy to get overwhelmed during this experience and Michelle did an amazing job of not letting that happen. If I had her pull more amazing gowns I don’t think I ever would have made a decision. I did have another appointment later that day, but I knew the dress here was the dress to beat. Ultimately, I came back after my other appointment to try on the dress one more time before saying YES. I came into this appointment nervous that I would hate the way I looked in everything and left feeling the complete opposite. Theres a reason this salon is so highly recommended! The room for my party was semi-private and comfortable, plenty of space for your guests. I absolutely loved Bliss, if youre looking for your wedding dress please do yourself a favor and make an appointment here. I will definitely be updating this review after my wedding with picture of my gown. Its a real show stopper!

The ladies of Bliss Bridal were so helpful! Michelle was wonderful and felt as invested with my decision as I did! They made the environment feel safe and made me feel welcome. I had a WONDERFUL experience at Bliss. Jasmine is fantastic, and helped me say yes to my perfect dress! I came in knowing a general idea of what I was wanting but still wanted to try on a variety of dresses. Jasmine pulled great dresses for the first round of trying on. She immediately took what I had to say, and found dresses for my second round that for my dress profile. In the end, I wound up going back to the second dress I tried on because I couldn’t get it out of my mind, but I needed to try on different styles to be sure. Jasmine was very encouraging and patient, and made the experience so easy and stress free. PLEASE go to Bliss!

My experience at Bliss was amazing! I didn’t end up buying my dress from Bliss, but I still wanted to write a review. Kelsie worked with me and she was so great! She made me feel comfortable while getting in the dresses, and wasn’t pushy at all!

Great experience we were in and out today with my sisterinlaws perfect dress for a January wedding! I am so glad she was our dress consultant because she really made it easy for my sisterinlaw to find something she loved. Masks and social distancing are protocol here you dont see really any other groups because everyone has their own private dressing room. Booking online is very simple and easy.

Paid over 300 bucks for a brides maids dress when it came it in. It was a cheap knick off. Not the same as I tried on in the store. No returns. Dont buy here.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. We bought a dress on Saturday after being excited from all the glam. I began thinking about it over the weekend and decided Monday morning it wasnt the dress for me. I figured they would be accommodating if I need to cancel or change the order but they refused! They kept saying we signed a contract! A lot of people change their minds when wedding dress shopping and they should be more accomoding instead of trying to be intimidating towards brides. Keep in mind if you buy a dress you cant change your mind even two days later...

Piper was so great at listening and pulling dresses that matched what I was looking for. I had visited two other salons and wow none of them compared to the experience at Bliss. I drove from Dallas to my appt and it was certainly worth it. The space was great and private, spacious setting for guests, and did not feel overcrowded. The appt was 2hrs, but let me tell you I went over that time because the team really took the time to help me narrow down “the dress” and helped to make sure I made the right decision when I was so torn. I never felt pressured with a hard sales pitch into buying, but could tell the team there knew the merchandise very well. I would highly recommend this salon to fellow brides!

I have never had such amazing customer service, Kelsie and Mackenzie helped me, they made it so fun and helped me find the most perfect dress!! all the other bliss girls are so sweet and so helpful. Can’t recommend these girls enough!!!

I am so happy I came across Bliss when browsing the internet for a place to get my wedding dress!!! I had 2 appointments before I made my mind, my consultants were Mackenzie and Katie they were both incredibly helpful and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. I could not imagine a better place to shop at during this Covid19 craziness! Thank you to Katie for helping me find my dream dress and being so nice to me and the people I brought with me!!! For a couple months I have been searching for “THE DRESS!” I had an appointment somewhere else in Fort Worth, where I was displeased with everything I tried on. I had remembered going to Instagram and seeing this salon. I gave them a quick phone call and they were able to squeeze me into an appointment. Michelle was who helped me. 10/10! I told her what I was looking for, and for the first time, in multiple places she took her time to listen to my desires. She brought me 10 or more dresses and let me view them before trying them on. From the very first dress she brought down my mouth dropped. Everyone who was with me could tell that right from the beginning that was the one. Even so, she helped me try on several dresses. She even went upstairs to find more, just to make sure. I wasn’t keen on a veil, but for giggles we tried one on. That was the moment I cried and I knew it was the one. I tried it on back and fourth between one other dress multiple times. Michelle was SO patient, understanding, and over the top polite. Not only did you make me feel comfortable, but also so beautiful! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to go to. Michelle you are a superstar! Thank you over and over for all of your wonderful help. See you when the dress is in!

The first time I came to Bliss Bridal was for my best friend when she got married, and I loved the experience that she got so much I decided to come for my wedding. The situation with my wedding was a little different since I waited so long to get my dress, I thought it was going to be difficult to find a dress I wanted. My stylist Stephanie was SO amazing. She asked me for a description of what I was looking for, and suggested a few other dresses. She asked me about my fiancé, our location, and made it so personable! She found me a dress she thought I would like, and as soon as I saw it on the rack I was excited to try it on! I said yes to that dress and I ABSOLUTELY loved my experience here! I recommend this place highly!!! Thank you Stephanie and Bliss Bridal for making this experience so great and making it an experience I would never forget!!!!!!!

This place is awesome! Michelle was so wonderful. She made me look and feel amazing in the dresses and see how it would really fit. I tried the same dresses other places but felt way better here. I visited Bliss twice and was overwhelmingly pleased by the salon and my consultant, Michelle. Michelle patiently spent four hours with me on my first visit meticulously pulling dresses based on characteristics I liked or disliked. She worked with me until I found the exact dress! I would send anyone her way! The salon itself was amazing! Both times, I had a private room and never felt rushed or on display. Highly recommend!

The pros - they have a wide selection of dresses that other salons dont in the area. The have a little something for every budget.Cons -So, I had 2 appointments here. one was almost a year ago before having to cancel our wedding for rona. I took my FMIL and grandma and we had a pretty good time. Found a few dresses we liked but didnt say yes right then and wanted to come back. Fast forward to now, I had to restart the whole process of planning for a new venue, date, and everything else. I made a second appt online but didnt realize at all that meant it was basically the appointment they try to sell you on the dresses you tried on the last time and give you a shorter appointment. Not knowing this at all, I brought my bridesmaids ready to find a completely new dress.Our consultant Wendy right off the bat made me feel rushed and bad that I wanted to restart the process of finding a dress. Of course i felt bad that I was now going to take more time than they had anticipated, but I wish that was more outlined when i made the 2nd appt so i didnt feel so incredibly rushed the whole time! I felt like i was speed trying on dresses the entire appt and really didnt feel like what I wanted was being picked out to try on. More so was trying to be swayed into liking stuff I wasnt crazy about and constantly reminded that I wouldnt find what I was looking for in my price range (was a very average price range) Honestly would have been better if they asked me to reschedule the whole thing because it made the whole time not feel special. I felt more like a burden. :(I ended up picking a dress at another boutique that was a lot more welcoming and made the day very special. I wish I had a better experience!

Katie at bliss bridal helped deliver such a magical wedding dress experience. She was knowledgeable, patient, and knew exactly what I was looking for. I was really nervous being a plus size bride but Katie made that all disappear! I was able to try on so many beautiful dresses We! We laughed, cried, and said yes to the dress. I didn’t end up getting my dress here but this is a great place to look for wedding dresses! Stephanie was awesome ! She was SO considerate of my budget! (Unlike another shop I went to). She spent hours with me trying on dresses. She worked really hard to get a sense of my style which I really appreciated. They have a very large selection to choose from for varying budgets. I would definitely recommend adding Bliss Bridal to your list of dress shops to try!

Im so happy I found Bliss during my search to find a wedding dress in DFW. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time trying on dresses but the moment I met Natasha, my stylist, all my worries went away! She took the time to hear about our day and what I had envisioned for my dress and was able to bring multiple dress that were exactly was I was looking for. We also felt very safe here which is very important during these COVID times. Masks are required and your party has a private room that you stay in during the whole appointment - which also gives you more of an intimate feel that I loved! I ended up saying YES to my dream dress and I am so happy!PS - Bliss is very active & responsive on their social media platforms! They posted a dress on Instagram and I replied to their story saying how much I loved it. Bliss responded right away saying they would note it in my file and how excited they were for me to come in soon! The day of my appointment, they had that dress ready for me to try on! I had Maria, and she knew from my bio that I was a little fuzzy on what I wanted and she knew just the dresses to pull and listened to what I liked about each dress and found the perfect one! The salon is so patient and friendly! I would recommend this place to any bride! They are not pushy, they want you to have a good time! They also listen really well to budget needs!

From the moment I walked into Bliss and had filled out their detailed questionnaire, I instantly knew this boutique cares about their clients! Michelle was my consultant and was spot on with the dresses she pulled! We instantly connected and she saw my vision for what I wanted my wedding dress to look like. She was beyond encouraging, helpful with any questions I had and was so supportive in helping me say Yes to the dress! I was able to find my dress in my first visit but wanted to bring along my family for their approval. Michelle was so understanding that I didn’t have any intentions on committing during my first appointment but helped me schedule my 2nd appointment easily. Michelle immediately remembered me a month later when I returned and said yes! Bliss Bridal Salon should be a no brainer if you are looking for your dream dress!

I have a lot of friends who loved their experience with Bliss so I booked them first when looking for my own dress. I would recommend it to my own friends and family, but I would have to make sure and explain what happened to me so they were aware of problems to avoid with their own experience.I had a really hard time picking my dress and the woman helping me, Hope, was phenomenal. She was so kind and patience. On my second time back though to try on my dress again, another sales women came in to help Hope and I personally felt extremely pressured into my dress from this woman. I ended up buying the dress I felt she wanted me to buy even though it was 1k over my price range.Next, I had to purchase a custom fitting for an extra $300 that I was not made aware of until I had already signed my contract and put my down payment on the dress. The custom fitting was apparently due to the specific dress I ordered... still not super clear on that. THEN, my custom fit dress finally comes in and I go to pick it up and it does not fit... Now I am the first to admit that I could have gained weight and it was my fault... but due to the upcoming wedding I had been weighing in and measuring my body every week to turn into a certified dietician I hired and I know my measurements were not far enough off for the dress to literally not fit when it was a custom fit dress.When I got to the women who is doing my alterations she informed me based on my measurements and the dress she was almost positive they had measured wrong... Now on top of the 1k over budget dress, 300 for custom fitting and the stress of the dress not fitting, I have to pay another $313 for the alterations to the dress.Lastly, the bustle was broken apparently upon pickup. The sales women at Bliss never bustled the dress the day I picked it up and when the alterations person went to bustle it, the elastic part was ripped in half.If I could do it again, I would go to Bliss, but I would prepare myself to be stronger on my budget and with which dress I want. I would also ask far more questions about the final price the dress would be with the possibility of custom fitting.Ask for Hope if you go! Literally so sweet and made me feel so comfortable!

I had a great experience working with Bliss Bridal Salon, and that is due to their variety of selections and Wendy! I was apprehensive, overwhelmed and working within a tight time frame. Wendy immediately made me comfortable. She REALLY listened to me and made thoughtful suggestions based on the feedback I gave her - it was like dress shopping with a friend. I found the dress of my dreams in the first appointment! I will say the thing that separates Bliss from the thousand of other bridal salons is their customer service, and I would recommend Wendy at Bliss to anyone who asks!

Non of the stylist were super welcoming to our group, and our stylist wasn’t very personable and it was kind of discouraging. Pretty dresses though!

This was my first (& only) appointment to search for a wedding dress! After my positive experience & falling in love with a gown, there was no need to look anywhere else! Taylor was my phenomenal consultant, & the two of us immediately clicked. She brought out a bunch of options for me to try-on, & was open to any & all of my feedback. She helped me find the most incredible gown, & I absolutely adore her & her personality. She didn’t just “sell” me a dress - She created an experience, which was upbeat & fun. She was personable, got to know me & what my style was, & truly took the time to make it a memorable, efficient visit. Wendy, the shop owner, is incredibly knowledgeable of the business, her gowns, & her shop. She is honest and direct, which is so appreciated with such a big decision. She made me feel at ease & helped calm my nerves by giving me detailed info on when I could expect my gown to arrive. Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bliss Bridal, & I will definitely refer my friends & family! Ask for Taylor!

I had the best experience shopping for my wedding dress here! The staff were all amazing! My consultant Katie was not only patient, helpful and professional, but she was very kind and mindful of what I was looking for. When I arrived we had a visit about what I was looking for in a dress, she took my measurements and hand picked a few dresses to start with. They were all great dresses, but when I further explained that I needed something with good upper body support, she grabbed 2 more dresses. These two were my top two choices, and ultimately one ended up being MY wedding dress!! She was very honest and so pleasant to work with!!!
