We came in on a Saturday and were told we had to set an appointment and come back during the week because there was no one to help. So we did- only to come back and have no one help us. The lady that was there sized me and basically said good luck. The dresses felt very cheap too. 1/10 would not recommend

Amazing!!!! Gave impeccable service. Made my sister feel so special. Took their time. Paid attention to what she wanted. They were kind and so caring. I would recommend for anyone to come there! Not enough thank yous!!!!

They charged me $1400.00 for a wedding dress and a Veil. They took my measurements and told me the dress would be ready in a couple of months. They called me and told me the dress was in and could I come in and try it on. I went to try it on, the dress was too big and now they tell me that the veil is not included with the dress it’s $199.00. She writes down the price and puts it on the veil. I advised them that they told me that the dress and veil came together. They said no it’s $199 and for them to alter my dress it would be $80.00. I told them they took my measurements and told me that this dress was being shipped out and customized for me. I am extremely upset and feel as if they have ripped me off. My wedding day is a month away and I’m stuck with a too big dress and no veil after dishing out $1400.00. Stay away from this place they are a rip off.

Seima has been so sweet getting me started with wedding dresses! She has educated me so much on what I had no idea about. 10/10 would recommend. I think I found the one! :D
