Matcha green tea. You can find it in many places but it was so AMAZING here. Sawyer made it to purrfection!I found a nice book and upon mentioning I need to make more time to read, was told about their audiobook program. I will definitely treat myself here again soon.

Very charming place. Teas was great, and the young person working today was giving the perfect level of service! Calming, kind, knowledgeable, & efficient! I wouldve stayed longer if the wifi was working, but Ill be back!

This is a lovely little shop that is independently owned. The books that they sell have a lot of local authors. I am all about supporting the independent business owners. This place was worth the time.

A sweet place to enjoy both books and loose leaf teas. The airy, light space fosters creativity and relaxation to enjoy alone or with a friend. They have a guitarist on Friday afternoons. There are mostly flavored teas and a selection of pure leaves, as well as sparkling tea on tap.

A very cute and quaint little shop! I really appreciated Sawyer taking the time to explain their options and what I may like. Their other colleagues were very welcoming and you can tell they put a lot of love and care into their craft.I will definitely be coming back again.

Leaves me longing for my next cuppa. I found this place by accident, but Im so glad I did. Wonderful tea selection, great little pastries too. There are books and special-tea items on the walls and shelves with quaint seating areas to enjoy the tea and some literature. Do not miss out on the assorted tea bags in the jar at the checkout counter, they are a great way to take home some new tea to try. I will definitely return to Leaves, and next time I will bring friends.

I love this place so much! The owner is so sweet and knowledgeable and the blends are delicious! I only wish the space had more seating, but its small so it is what it is. Its a good thing I dont live near here because Id spend all my money on daily cuppas.

An amazing tea shop and bookstore tucked away in a pleasant plaza. Their variety of tea was exceptional and their Earl Gray hit the spot. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped guide us to the best tea. I also had a very funky fermented tea and it was outstanding. Check them out

My youngest wanted to try out this book store and tea shop. I’m a picky tea drinker. The have a vast array of teas to chose from. My favorite tea has always been green jasmine. I tried they’re brand called Jasmine Silver. It was very floral. A nice balance of of jasmine and green tea on ice. I really enjoyed it. While sitting and drinking my tea, I was admiring the books that were on hand. Although I didn’t spot any books by Philip K Dick, they had some interesting titles on hand for sale. On the food side, they have some sweet cookies and cakes for sale to go along with your tea. The atmosphere is laid back in an industrial type setting with a couch, tables and chairs. If you like tea, try out this little place. You’ll like it.

Tina and her entire staff are friendly and always make you feel like you’re really part of the neighborhood. They have the most delicious tea and I LOVE the variety of sparkling teas they have on tap. They support local authors and it’s a great place to purchase a new book. I was proud to serve their tea at the Grand Opening of my Near Southside store and highly recommend you stop by and check out their place!

This place is cute. If u like wide open spaces with plenty of tea options and local author spaces, this is def the place for you.I had the sage lavender hot tea. It was damn good.

When coming into leaves today I was greeting by a lovely employee, Tiffany. She was able to direct me to finding the perfect tea and beverage to go. When communicating my loving of the Chai tea, she described amazing offerings they have for the tea concentrate. The place is clean, friendly and informative staff, and overall, an amazing experience! ❤️

Matcha tea high quality perfection, meticulously prepared in ceremonial style. Not many businesses offer this and the ones that do dont prepare it properly or thoroughly with the wisk.

If you haven’t been here yet, you need to! There is a great selection of loose leaf, hot, iced, and sparkling teas. The Texas Breakfast tea is incredible. It’s a beautiful airy space in a cute neighborhood.

I have been here a few times, and absolutely LOVED my experience here. Great selection of teas, open cheery space and a decent selection of books to read while you sip your tea.However I am giving it 4 stars, due to my experience tonight. The employee that was here tonight (I believe her name was Molly?) Did not greet me at all when I entered, did not smile at all even when I was trying to be friendly, answered my questions in a super short manner, did not elaborate at all and seemed very annoyed.I came here to read Riven, a book I discovered last time I was here; however it was difficult to concentrate as she was blaring My Chemical Romance. (Dont get me wrong, I like them. Just not when I come here to relax and read.Hopefully my next experience here will be better.

Really wonderful atmosphere, and I thoroughly enjoyed my vanilla chai latte. I love that they have all of their teas available for you to smell at the register! They have a neat way of brewing the tea- it looks like a science experiment. I just like their style. They have a good selection of books, my brother bought one he hadnt actually seen anywhere else for a while. Excited to see this shop and area thrive.

The atmosphere very chill! There is a ton of choices for tea and the ladies are super helpful! I had peppermint tea and it was really good! My husband had the Pina colada float and enjoyed it! They also have pastries. The book selection is small and interesting. They also have some art and house plants. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Would recommend!

Leaves has a large selection of teas. I had the Mango Tealini and it was a perfect summer tea. From their pastry selection, I ordered the blackberry bar, it was delicious. I also enjoyed their Improv Comedy. If you love tea, books and putting the cell phone down to connect with others, this place is for you.

I went with my brother, I was ready to order, had my mind made, placed my order with her at the register, was completely ignored. Then I sat down watched my brother enjoy his tea, while I continue to be ignored by the clerk with no other guest to attend to. I guess good customer service isnt their cup of tea!!

The tea was delicious and everyone was wonderful and kind. They can order books for you even of they dont have it. I will certainly be going back!
