I couldn’t be more pleased with my first experience with Waterski America of Fort Worth. I’ve owned my Axis T22 for five years and as an active duty Marine my family and I moved frequently. This resulted in being serviced by five different dealers. Mitch in the pro shop and Jackson in service department at Waterski America have had the best customer service I have experienced by a country mile. Courteous, prompt, responsive, and most of all transparent. Trust goes a long way with me and these guys nailed it. Jackson advocated for me with Malibu on several warranty issues and won while Mitch advised me into some great water toys for my family at a great price.
