We purchased our NXT 22 last week. Our sales person, Todd, made a great impression from the start. He made the buying process simple and hassle free. We drove 6 hours to pick up the boat. Everyone at the dealership knew this and had us ready to go. The boat was parked out front, ready for our test drive and boat orientation (Hunter was outstanding, patient, and knowledgeable). Kristen, in finance, had the paperwork ready to sign. It was truly a seamless, worry free buying process. We could not be any happier with our boat, The entire experience with Texas Mastercraft was first class all the way.

There was an issue with the title which no one was in a hurry to correct!

We recently purchased a used MasterCraft at TXMC. The crew at TXMC made the entire boat purchase an incredible experience. Pre-arrival: Todd was transparent, provided pics, video, and service records so there were no surprises. Once we arrived (after driving nearly 500 miles) Todd, Hunter, and Alex had us feeling like family in no time. Todd even provided some great restaurant suggestions. The purchasing process was smooth (demo, ample time for us to crawl around in the boat, Q & A, and a visit to the pro shop) and the next morning the service department included us in their final walkthrough answering any questions that came up. 5 Stars truly arent enough. From the first time in to when the deal was closed service was exceptional. Sean exemplified professionalism as well as incredible knowledge about our boat and made us feel at ease through the entire process. Their product and service is so good that the usual hard sell isnt necessary and we never felt pressured once. If you are in the market for a new or used boat - go see this team. There arent enough words to describe how fantastic they are.

Texas MasterCraft is Awesome. They had the parts in stock to fix my 2019 XStar and got the job done in 2 weeks. IMHO I drive from Houston to get my Star fixed. Should have bought it there to begin with.

Its all about service! Jeff and Andrea have shipped parts multiple times before my more local dealer even returned my call. Jared and Bob from service responded to my email within an hour on a Saturday afternoon when a replacement power distribution module hadnt initially restored power to my ballast pumps and trim tabs - saved me hours of troubleshooting and got us back to surfing. The whole team is a tribute to the MasterCraft brand.

On my goodness. Why cant I give them 7 or 8 stars! Bought a Mastercraft several years ago. They spend hours and hours informing me and teaching me features on different boats. I ask lots of questions, none went unanswered. Nothing asked was too much for them. ZERO sales pressure during the visits we made to this place.Ended up buying boat. After deal was done, found out they were willing to bring it to our place (2 hour drive). They also offered to put it in the water, go boating with us to show us all the features. Then they volunteered to give my kids some surf instruction (which was just icing on the big cake).A year later we had a service issue. They went way above and beyond. I mean way above and beyond to get us fixed back up.Do yourself a big favor if you are serious in buying a wake surfing boat. Go visit these guys.And yes, the boat will give you hours of quality family fun. Well worth it.

We purchased a MasterCraft in 2009 an X45 was the best boat everwith the best service ever. In 2016 we had an accident my wife was hurt & in the Hospital. Texas MasterCraft sent two men two trucksand a boat to pickup our boat took it back to there shop Jeff handledthe complete insurance claim for us. Jimmy called many times to check on my wifes recovery.They did all of this with out a bill.Yes we did buy the new boat an X26 from Texas MasterCraft but theydid not know that we would & never ask just went above and beyond.I cannot Thank Jimmy & Jeff enough for taking care of us over the yearsdefinitely above First Class.

Went to Ski Natique and Malibu dealerships in Lewisville and barley got any service. Wasnt looking for a Mastercraft but decided to go and see if we could find something we liked. Gave no indication we would be buying a boat but got treated like we were gonna buy 10 boats. Our salesman Todd was awesome. No pressure at all and it felt like they were rolling out the red carpet for us. Definitely went out of their way for us. Ended up buying a new X24. They delivered it 2.5 hours to my house. Ive since dealt with 2 other people there about some questions on our new boat and they were awesome. Best customer service Ive ever experienced ANYWHERE!. They will have my business for life! Talked with one of your reps this weekend at the Houston boat show. Told him I wanted to check out the new xstar and even after I told him I could never buy the boat because its way to big for my shallow river I ride on he still went ahead and told me everything about the boat and showed me all the new cool things about it even though he knew there was no sale to be made. Just an outstanding rep you guys have working for you. Cant remember his name but he looked like a hardcore fitness guy. Would definately buy a boat from these guys when my older 205v Finally calls it quits. Anyway thanks again.

Great people!Have only been there for the pro shop but everytime the people there were friendly and helpful, never arrogant or pushy.Impressed with selection of product, for instance slalom and wakeboard handles. Just dont see that these days. Thanks guys!

Just wanted to write a little review on Todd and the fantastic people over at Texas Mastercraft. Todd called me Friday morning and we spoke a good bit about two used nxt22’s. I then went back to my employer with both options and finally about 5:00 on Friday evening my employer settled on a one onset low hour nxt22. I then texted Todd as this was a customer boat about seeing if the customer would take a sales price lower than the customer previous told the dealer. Todd got back with me about 8:00pm that night which is fantastic as he obviously didn’t have to and could of waited till the next morning! That set the wheels in motion for me to leave Austin and drive to Fort Worth which is about 3 hours north of us. Once I got up there while waiting on my employer Todd showed me the boat I was looking at and it looked fantastic! Their make ready department did a phenomenal job cleaning it up! Then he went over all the features of the boat while we waited on my employer. Once my employer got there they had him in and out in about 20 min which is great as we both had a 3.5 hour drive back. Todd then helped me hook up trailer and place the Bimini in its cover for my long trip back. Once back I realized the trailer jack handle had come off somewhere I texted Todd and he said he would send one first thing Tuesday as Monday was a holiday and normally they are also closed on Monday. Then on Monday Todd helped me out again with another matter regarding which i wont go into great detail about! i also had a service issue come up and emailed Todd and he had the service department call me to see if i could remedy the problem with their help and guidance myself since i am about 3.5 hours away from them and the boat is Already in the water on the dock!If and when we come into the market for an upgrade or an additional boat I will be using Texas mastercraft as my dealer as Todd is one of the best sales people I ever had the pleasure of dealing with and made the overall experience and transaction very smooth!! Thanks again Todd and Texas mastercraft for everything. nothing but Great people and phenomenal help!!

RJ in the pro shop is the only contact you need for gear in DFW. He will get you what you need and go out of his way to make sure you get what you want, when you want it, including after hours or shipping FedEx to the lake. Hands down, best customer service Ive seen in the area.Service department is top notch as well. They have had what I needed every time and have thrown in their install tips both times that have saved me some time.

I drove all the to Texas Mastercraft from San Antonio to purchase a warranty. I knew I was going to get good service because working with Kristan over the phone was easy and straight forward but I never expected to be treated the way I did. When I walked in and asked for Jeff they immediately looked for him. I had an appointment with and he was ready for me. Jeff the tech got right on my boat and found a part that was part of a recall that I didnt even go in for that Boat Town over looked. While I was there Pat the accessory guy was showing me all the cool things that have come out. If I purchase another Mastercraft I will be going back because of all the great service I received from all of them. You all there made the trip worth going to Dallas. Keep up the great job.

Bought a boat online site unseen from these guys about two years ago. Drove down from Iowa to pick it up. This dealer is head and shoulders above the rest. Having some issues with o2s sensors my local non-MC dealer can’t figure out. Called down for service and these guys (Jeff in service in this case) are more than willing to help my local shop figure it out. This dealer deserves 10 stars.

Worst post sale customer service I have ever had

Sales; parts; service; ski-shop, over the last three-years Ive made my rounds at this place. EVERYONE and everything theyve done gets 5-Stars! A company is judged by the people they keep. The product is great as it is...but its still nothing without great support.

I have been in and out of here a few times and I always leave better than when I came in.

Finding the right words to express our family’s appreciation for North Texas MasterCraft’s Jimmy Harvell, Sean Campbell, and their support staff for doing a great job was easy. It started with meeting the dealership’s owner, Jimmy Harvell, at the boat show in Dallas. After talking with Jimmy and finding out we have many common friends who have enjoyed Lake Granbury over the past 30 years, we were invited to come to the dealership anytime to begin the process of putting together the perfect boat for our needs.We finally made the trip to the dealership and were introduced to Sean Campbell who would be our sales rep throughout the entire process. We still do not know if Sean realized what he was getting himself into. Since we were undecided on a 2018 XT20, XT21, or XT22, Sean lined up all three models at the dealership, at the dealership’s local lake, and even had Aaron bring a boat to Lake Granbury for us to test drive and ski behind. During this time we were still trying to decide on interior and exterior color schemes. Sean helped patiently as we put together so many versions that we started adding suffix numbers to help us keep up with them! During the entire process we never felt pressured or rushed.We finally decided on an XT21 in a red and gun barrel flaked color and design. When the agreement was put in front of us, options and prices were even better than discussed. We signed the agreement on the spot and then anxiously waited for delivery which was exactly within the time frame we were told by Sean. Additionally, Sean helped us with a hassle-free trade-in on our existing boat, including picking it up at Lake Granbury. The entire process was one of the few in my lifetime where everything was as committed or better.We have many years of boating enjoyment ahead of us in our new XT21 and there is no doubt we will return to North Texas MasterCraft and work with Jimmy and Sean on boat #2. We are not sure if this is a warning, a promise, or both!!Thanks again to Jimmy, Sean, Aaron, and Jeff for everything. We love our boat every time we take it out – and we take it out often!

Top notch dealer all around... Even when I worked for another boat dealer these guys were always super cool and even invited me to a couple of their wakeboarding events! They carry the best (Wake) boats, wakeboarding supplies, and have a first class service department. Almost forgot... They even have lessons on there private lake too (Brian Sasser)
