The store manager went out of his way to help us with rugs for our home as well as shipping expenses without any prompting. It was obvious he is working hard to earn customers loyalty. I will be calling this store today to place an order through their store rather than the website as the stores need the business to keep their locations open. The Fort Worth store has professional staff and all were very helpful when we were there last week.

We visited on a Sunday a little more than an hour before closing. Had seen some plates online we wanted to buy, but decided to check them out in person before committing. Sandy helped us that day and quickly got to work to see if they had the pieces we were looking for in stock. They had most of them and she helped us order the remainder online to be delivered to our home with free shipping. We purchased flatware and chargers and Sandy, her manager and another person that worked their cheerily boxed everything up, loaded it on a cart and helped us take everything to our car. This was our first visit to Pottery Barn and we left very happy with our purchases and the service we received.

This isn’t about the storefront itself but Pottery Barn in general. My wife ordered 2 ottomans from them, custom order or so they call it because we wanted a different color leather than they had in store even though it’s an option on their website which says to me it’s not really a custom item. Shipping estimate was about 5 weeks. Delivery date comes and goes but not ottomans. I call the company and the estimated delivery date was moved from April 17 to Between May 27 and June 10. We were given no notice of this and only found out when we called and asked where our items were. As you might imagine, an additional 6-8 week wait didn’t sit well with me especially considering the cost of the items. I called to see what could be done about it and was told the company would speak to me about compensation after the items were delivered, keep in mind that this is a “custom” order and therefore non returnable. So after we get them we have no recourse to get anything for the ridiculous delay. I would recommend NOT buying anything from them that you can’t get in the store. Online ordering is very unprofessional and seems a bit shady to me.

I was looking to replace an expensive piece of furniture that had been damaged in a military move earlier in the month. Generally, I have had fantastic experiences with Pottery Barn working with me to help order furniture, and have always been very pleased with customer service. However, I was more than displeased on this visit. I asked a store employee to help with a reorder for my broken piece. Not only was she extremely condescending, but rude. I asked if she would be willing to assist me and get the item shipped to the store. She said the item couldnt be shipped to store. I asked if they could help me cover some of the shipping cost. She said no. I explained that the shipping cost was almost half the price of the item. She retorted, yeah, its heavy. She refused to help in any way, and was completely dismissive.I have been a loyal Pottery Barn customer for many years. I think my days of being a good customer are over.

My husband and I registered here for our wedding. Many items (including our dishes) were ordered online and delivered to us. Our dishes (that we hand washed only, because we didn’t have a dishwasher) almost immediately got fine cracks all over them. We ended up replacing all of our dishes with a different line. We had a clock delivered to us with the second hand rattling around in the enclosed face of the clock, not even attached to the main mechanism. We returned the clock to the store, ordered the same one again (it was online only) and received one that did not keep time, despite multiple battery replacements. We returned it again, ordered one again, and finally got one that was actually worthy of purchase (after the third try). Many of the employees are not friendly and acted put off that I needed help and/or had a problem. My overall experience was such a hassle, and I found that many products are poorly made in addition to the previously mentioned. Such a disappointment for the price you pay and the quality you expect. I will not be recommending wedding registry to any of my friends.

The table we bought here was very nice, but almost all of the information the clerks gave us was false. We found the table online and called to see if we could look at it in the store. They said yes,they had one on display. We got there and they said no,we dont have that one. They said the table stores its own leaf. The table does not show its leaf. They said if we come to pick it up the day they call us it will be at the store but after that day it will be at a different location that can only be accessed at certain times. I came the same day and it was at the second location. I am thankful they went ahead and got it out that day for us, since I had to arrange with someone to pick it up in their truck and help unload it and everything. So they were helpful with that, but just be wary of anything they tell you. Its as likely to be untrue as it is to be true.

Great furniture. My family in the UK wishes they had such a great store. Stuff is expensive however you get what you pay for. Its gonna last. This type of furniture stays in style. Its well worth a visit

I am SO disappointed in how my order has been handled. I ordered a table and bench. The bench was backordered, and I was given 2 delivery date windows, the table for Dec 6-20, and a May date for the bench. I called the day after I placed the order to make SURE PB wasnt holding the table to be delivered with the bench. I after the tracking stopped updating, I called today. My table was being held with the bench. I went out if my way to make sure this would not happen.The earliest delivery date is Christmas Eve. I needed it before. I may even have to cancel the delivery if they cant give me a morning time frame. The table is sitting 15 miles from my house and apparently the is nothing on earth that can be done to get it here on time. This shouldnt have happened and Im not happy with the resolution, even though the customer service rep did what he could. Please fix this.

Great customer service. I ordered numerous things to decorate a condo in California. When some curtains didnt arrive, they investigated. They had been lost after a UPS delivery. Pottery Barn Fort Worth sent a new set next day delivery!!! They arrived just in time for me to set up the Condo. Super kind and helpful!!!!

Furniture has a discount sign on it. Store is advertising discount, get to register and the furniture is not part of the sale. Should have asked but assumed the sale sign on the furniture meant it was part of the sale. Furnished one home with PB, but not this one! Deceptive and misleading. Never again!

I was there today, 9/14/2017. No one said hello or even smiled. When other customers came in, the employees were so friendly. These employees are giving Pottery Barn a bad name. I was there buy for several areas and locations. I will not shop there. Pottery Barn Execs, needs to do a store visit.

Its too froufrou for me. I get uncomfortable in places where Im the only guy. My wife and I got our dishes here which are nice. But we have bought a lot of other things here that are low quality that needed returning.

Tell you to try some sheets because they don’t have the ones you want in stock. If you don’t like them you can return them....go to return and they tell you sorry.... We don’t allow sheets to be returned.
