Yesterday my husband and I had a wonderful experience at this Mattress Firm location thanks to the store manager Mr. Mark Bridges. We came to the store to try the Purple mattress models. Mark was very knowledgeable, and answered any questions we asked. Mark related to my husband both having back pain. His ability to be personable with us helped us make choosing a mattress so much easier. Our overall experience was wonderful and quick! We highly recommended anyone who is looking or may be struggling with their mattress decision to go to this location. I promise you will not be disappointed!

We walked inside at around 7:30pm just before closing time looking to upgrade to a newer and bigger purple mattress. Mark was very knowledgeable and personable, he answered any questions we asked and also explained the different options on how they relate to each other as well as how they are different. His ability to understand our sleep situation and recommend the perfect choices helped us make choosing a mattress so much easier. Our overall experience was awesome and quick! We highly recommended anyone who is looking or may be struggling with their mattress decision to go to this location. You will not be disappointed!

I strongly give them a 10 ! Matt, was who i seen the first day very professional, new information about the mattresses, and I believe he was truthful, not trying for the big bucks, very good with the customers having to multi-taskThen next day he wasnt there and the store manager did the real sale. When i asked him to please put the sale to Matt. He had already. Now thats more than professional. Hopefully the financial company they use will be as good.

All of our mattresses are from Mattress Firm. We have never had a bad experience with this company. We were not pressured to switch to a more expensive mattress or any of the extras. In fact, we came in to try one specific brand and we were shown that one and a few that were less expensive as comparison. We were going to have to buy a new frame to fit the bigger mattress, but they offered us the adjustable base at a lower price than we would have spent for a bed frame elsewhere. Overall bee are very pleased with our experience.

Very cooperatively pointed out what benefits I could receive from use of our new mattress. Age and illness made the use of mattress we were using impossible. Our salesman/Mgr at store was very informative and made doing business very easy.

Mark was extremely helpful and polite. He listened to our needs, worked within our budget, and found us the perfect mattress. We even shopped around, but ultimately came back to finalize the deal with Mattress Firm.

Mark made this the easiest decision I ever made. Got my King bedroom bed, Full guest room bed, 2 pillows, & 2 sets of sheets- for $200 more than I was going to ORIGINALLY pay for my king mattress alone, online. MVP! Thanks Mark!

I ordered a mattress topper from the store from Matt. I received it by ups. Got it all set up and noticed the cover was ripped. They dont offer returns on the product I ordered so I wasnt sure if I called if they would help me with my issue but they did. Easily he refunded me a portion of my purchase for the inconvenience. Purchase came from a third party vendor. So I would have had to return the entire mattress topper which is notwhat I wanted to do. So they helped in refunding me a portion of it, this I was surprised. Thats great customer service. Thank you Matt for helping me when this was a non returnable item. Its hard enough finding good customer service these days so I greatly appreciate it

Came here with my fiancée to find a non-toxic mattress (most mattresses are made with a huge cocktail of chemicals in them because they’re required to follow absurd laws that the mattress needs to be fire resistant… so most people spend a third of their lives sleeping on bed full of harmful chemicals that they’re never warned about)…So we came in, and met David Vela, who came up and was very knowledgable, gave an excellent presentation about the beds we were interested in, and I never would have guessed he was new.Then we also met Mark Bridges who has been in the industry for quite a while, and who was very helpful.We needed help with financing and he spend quite a bit of time helping us get things figured out.If you go in, I’d ask them to try their best selling bed, which is a non-toxic bed by the brand “Purple”I also called back the following day to order the same bed for my parents who are in a different state, and Mark helped make that a quick and easy process.Thanks David and Mark :)

The person who helped me was Matt at this location. Provided me with simple customer service. I’m glad he wasn’t judging me by my looks because I looked so bad and dirty 😂 since I just got done working and had to finish my furniture shopping. Helped me find a mattress+BoxSpring that worked for me for price that fit right into my budget which I always appreciate from any company. One thing you guys could improve on is probably your finance options. But that has nothing to do with my experience. Just something to think about. I paid out of pocket on the spot which wasn’t an issue for me and was the best choice for me personally. But might not be an option for other people. And your other finance options aren’t in the best interest of the buyers in my opinion. Either way! Thanks Matt you were great I appreciate you being adamant about helping me out!

My purchase experience was so good days before when I ordered a mattress for our Rv that I went back and ordered a new bed for the house. Our Rep Jarrod was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs not just making a sale. It’s hard to say spending $5000 in a week was a great experience but this was.

Visited the Mattress Firm in the Presidio shopping center and was greeted by Josh as we came in. I told him what we were looking for as well as our budget and he helped us get the most bang for our buck. No hard sell and only a little up-sell which is expected but it also made sense and probably saved us from buying another mattress in a year or two. Everyone in the store was polite and helpful. I will shop there again.

I was very unhappy with the customer service . When I called the girl that answered had no idea what she was even saying and just passed me off to some dude who was ok. When I came into the store the dude huffed and puffed I guess we used the wrong entrance or something so he seemed a little annoyed The guy with the long hair was not very friendly and when I would ask a question he would just say no no its fine it will work I asked him if they had queens available in a certain mattress and he said yes then when we went up there he said he had to order it so why even bother saying yes you have them when you know you don’t anyways it was a super super uncomfortable experience I will never buy from or go to a mattress firm again. Ever .

I came into mattress firm to just look for a new mattress to check prices. Dylan Hines was so great! He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He is usually at the North Richland Hill’s location by Northeast Mall, but I am glad he filled in for the day at the Presidio location. We actually went with a mattress he recommended because we could not decide on a firm mattress or a softer one. I had a great experience with Mattress Firm !

I am new to the area and was looking for somewhere to get a nice, comfortable mattress that would not break the bank. At my first visit on June 27th, I was assisted by James. He was very patient, friendly and worked with me and my budget. The customer service was exceptional! On my second visit June 29th, I returned to purchase a mattress protector and was assisted by Matthew. Matthew was great as well, he helped me choose a nice reasonable protector for my new mattress. A few days later, I ended up reaching out to Matthew because I found a different mattress protector that I wanted instead. He was kind enough to order it for me as well as call when it came in. Today, July 20th I went in to pick up my mattress protector and as anticipated, the customer service was exceptional. If you are in need of a new mattress, I highly recommend this location! The customer service here is the best that I have received since I got to Texas.
