It is ALWAYS hot and stuffy in that store, supposedly controlled in the north pole or something. Do not waste your time trying to buy anything floral, no matter how amazing the sale - it isnt worth it. I would strongly suggest buying online for curbside or at least verifying that the item that you want is in stock.

I love their sales! Their jewelry making supplies are second to none. Friendly, helpful staff. This is one of my go-to places for my business.

I placed an order online to pick up. I was late to get it and received an email stating the purchase was cancelled. I called the store to find out if there was any way the order was still put together. Courtney spent twenty minutes looking for my order until she found it, and saved it by the front register so that it would be waiting for me when I got there. THAT is amazing customer service. She was lovely and I will certainly continue to shop at THIS PARTICULAR Joann for all of my craft needs.

This is the best Joanns Ive ever been to! Everyone is so kind and helpful every time I visit, and the employees seem genuinely interested in hearing about my projects. The stock is great, lots of variety in every department, and everyone is quick to help where you need.

It was fairly dead which made shopping nice. When I found what I was looking for (because its not my normal Joanns) there were employees walking around helping people and were able to assist me quick, even making eye contact and asking if I needed help. At my local Joanns that has never been the case. We typically have one cashier and one fabric cutting employee, which makes getting help difficult! I came for Posca pens, and noticed they had a 50% off coupon. I asked if I could use them on the markers (cause sometimes when things are on sale you cant use coupons) and was confirmed that they were part of buy one get one 50% off. But getting an 8 pack set would allow me to use that coupon. It came to about $15, even $5 cheaper than a low price on Amazon.

I love the ease of placing orders on the app and picking up curbside. They have so many wonderful items we love buying, and we can often find good deals, coupons, etc. This is a great location around a bunch of other stores. Quite convinient and with great service.

Its was just ok. Decent selection of fabrics. The gal at front check out treated me as though I was an inconvience to her. I needed to pay with 2 different cards. When I told her she immediately threw attitude and stated she could not do that. I responded with, well Im going to need that done, she do it however making sure to display her utter annoyances at such a request. Had i not needed this last minute project supplies TODAY i would have just went to another store.

I have always loved this store but now it is outrageously expensive. I cant afford to shop here anymore. What a shame.

Ill try n keep it short, was sent to multiple lines with my girlfriend and son while she was trying to return fabric, first they wanted us to wait in the checkout line which was fairly long with one maybe two employees then got told to wait in the fabric line, also had to run back to the car for receipt which is on us but the experience was not pleasant and definitely didnt get a welcoming vibe or bright atmosphere, for a crafting store it was pretty dreary and will not go back to this JoAnns

I got a beautiful thanksgiving and Christmas fabric, for a table runner and placemats.

On a chance Im sound like a old lady not that anythings wrong with being old but I truly love this store this location is one of my favorites due to the fact couple times I was in a hurry didnt know what I was looking for young lady there made my trip a timely,very productive trip

This store blew my mind. There was wall to wall fabric along with all kinds of jewels! This store scored a 5 with me! I would have given it a 3 star due to the rudeness of an employee that cut the fabric but why should the store suffer. They a clean, ordered, and for the most part a well organized location!

Im not a crafty person but this place is inexpensive, wait you can probably get some stuff cheaper at Walmart, but they dont have the variety of items for your crafts. Also this place is peaceful, clean and the ladies working there were great. I said three stars only because I really cant compare to others but if I was a crafty person Id definitely return.

Always a great experience in this store..... Very clean and organized. I never spend less than a few hours here...... So many crafty ideas come to mind and I get lost in the aisles. Also, the cashiers are great about coupons. They are always very patient and helpful. 100% recommend shopping here.

This is my favorite Joanns location in DFW. Its not ever crowded and its huge add to that the isles are spaced farther apart so its easier to navigate. Ive had experiences at other locations of running into items sticking out that I couldnt see and tripping over the basket. Thats not even a worry here.

If you love crafts this is the place to go they had more fabric there than I could really wrap my head around I came there for paint and I pretty much found what I was looking for. My grandmother used to shop at this store and she sewed for a living.

Sales staff gave off a very unfriendly vibe during my shopping experience. I would shop there again when I need a large selection to choose from.

They carry lots of materials, especially the armed forces material you can make into covers for small pillows. Molding and casting supplies are there as well, jewelry making supplies as well.

I placed an order. They declined it within 24 hours. When I finally messaged them they tell me their online is not up to date so they will have some company will send me a gift certificate and 15 days now, NOTHING.

Not the staff the staff is great and helpful..The online service is horrible waited for material then found out weeks later in December it was cancelled . Then found in spam after I ordered again finally got my material yesterday 2 19.21.., I will never order again couldnt even cancel my order online even talked to customer service they couldnt even cancel. Need a better program . I wont do that again

This store is very big and has a lot of variety although a limit sample of each. All Covid-19 practices were in place. Great sales and coupons offered a great reduction in the cost at the register. All employees were friendly and helpful. The store was clean.

If you cant find something, go to Joann Fabrics. They have a multitude of merchandise.

I had been meaning to stop by this store for a while got the chance to pick up seam ripper and elastic tape to fix a pair of pants. Will be back they had exactly what I needed!

Not bike/trike friendly. Bikes/trikes are too easy too steal, even with cables & lock. Despite TONs of space in the shopping cart area (between the main outside doors and the inner doors), they would not let me leave my trike there, even though I was going to move it all the way to the back out of everyones way. Their helpfulness was to tell me to park outside. So I peddled over to Office Depot. Office Depot was very helpful and accommodating, letting me bring the trike inside, then helping me me find the items I needed. JOANN is now at the bottom of my list.

Popped in to get some fabric for the coral of this blanket Im making. Found exactly what I needed and many other fun things for future projects. Nice clerks at the register every time I go in.

Ive been here about 4 times.... today, I was charged and taxed normal. The first 3 times I came here, I was charged and EXTRA SALES TAX amount.. And I have no clue why.. Check your receipts for this extra charge.

Pretty disappointed in Joann’s. And I’ve actually heard this from a friend too. I understand the current situation has made it very difficult for workers but that is no reason to be short and rude with customers. They’re under a lot of pressure to get orders out but that says to me they’re not getting the support they need. So hire or schedule more people to work. Maybe then the customer interaction will be more pleasant and less stressful. Online orders taking 4-5 days for in stock items.. other stores taking one day at most. Hope it improves.

They have a large selection of floral, Fabrics, decorations, correct, toys, Framing, and more. They have some really good sales and you can get some good coupons on the app. We were able to social distance while in store

Theres not even a way to ask a question for a worker such as how much is this stem because shes working the line and theres nobody else except for the girl work in the fabric table with 10 people waiting on her. Yes its covid, but one cashier with 6 people in line helps no one out. I left my buy one, get two free wreaths & went to a competitor.

Today I showed up at Joanns with my miniature sewing machine and lady named Leanne helped me. very helpful very Smiley very nice and I thank her from the bottom of my heart thank you Ill continue shopping there. You guys are the best!

Its a pretty good craft store. Just about anything you can think of to make stuff you want to make.

Unless things are on sale theyre a bit expensive, sometimes still expensive even on sale. They have a large selection of fabric, but in my opinion not a lot of really nice fabric with sophistication and elegance. And surprisingly they dont have much of a selection for upholstery tools, trim, and decorative tacks or hardware. The employees have always been very nice, helpful and hospitable.

Great prices, great cashiers, poor everything else.Most poorly organized, dirty Joanns Ive ever been to. Bolts on the floor, crumpled up piles of fabric that has fallen off the bolt scattered around, carts full of fabric strewn about, bolts stacked on everything.Even the employees are clueless. I asked the woman at the cutting counter for some help finding a specific bolt of Taffeta and apparently she doesnt know what Taffeta is?! She didnt understand what a drawstring pull was either.After an hour and a half of searching for a few items, I left to drive across town to the joanns I normally frequent.

Went in looking for cross stitch Christmas ornaments and Needle Minders. No needle minders and only two selections of cross stitch christmas ornaments. What the heck has happened to this store?! This used to be a great place to shop. The fabric has been rearranged into a disasterous mess, bolts laying all over ghe floor, employees just ignoring the mess, ignoring the customers, fabric selection was awful. I went to Hobby Lobby and found exactly what I was looking for, employee was super nice and store was clean. The manager at ghe Green Oaks Joanns needs to be fired.

You meet the nicest people in a store such as this. As a non sewing type, it can be pretty intimidating into what is predominantly a female domain. Each time I have visited here I have found the staff to be accommodating, friendly and more than happy to take a obviously clueless person by the hand and lead them to find what I need. Highly recommended.

Finally took my first sewing class to refresh my sewing abilities and this is what we came up for the bottom of my daughters wedding dress! Thank you Katherine Hite for your knowledge and your assistance and encouraging me to start sewing once again! You are an excellent teacher!

I will never do business with these crooks again. How do you say the discount comes off at the register and still charge full price. Call back because you notice it and the lady says to come back and talk to somebody. Please Ill spend more going back than just eating the lose. Not to mention the little lady on register 1 felt it was best to play with shopping carts rather Than wait on a paying customer! And you should be sanitizing the carts to keep the spread of germs down. Horrible 1st and last time.

No complaints other than it seemed a little understaffed. I had a question about some fabrics but wasnt able to ask any employees in that department because they were all busy cutting fabric for other customers. (Considering COVID 19, being understaffed is expect).Store is kept clean and orderly. Large clearance selection!

I called to ask about my online order and the lady who answered the phone was so rude and had an attitude. I stated I needed to cancel since I needed my order within 2 days, online it said same day pick up, she was so rude and just had a bad attitude, she should be happy she still had a job, unlike other unfortunate people. Never will shop here again. Not the first time either, in store they’re no better and all have attitudes.

Sewing, needlework, yarn, scrapbooking, floral supplies, patriotic items, holiday/home decor, small woodwork supplies, cake decorating supplies, and bridal supplies are just an example of what they carry. Monthly classes offered for all levels from beginner to more advanced. Class schedule calendar available. Friendly, informative staff. Can be busy and/or picked over during sales or right before holidays, but thats to be expected.
