I went in to Denver Mattress look at purchasing a new pillow. I didn’t want to spend a lot on a pillow. Jacy was very helpful, attentive, and wasn’t pushing me to spend more than I wanted to. He spent time with me showing me several pillows and explaining each one to me so that I could make a decision as to which one was best for me. I appreciated his approach and felt like he genuinely wanted to help me. He was very patient as I tried all of them out. I would definitely return.

Our saleswoman was fantastic, she had great knowledge of the product. They have a great selection for you to try out. There bundle deal, the 10 year 365 day warranty, and the labor day sales were awesome. And the Denver mattress we chose, in our opinion, happened to be the best compared to the other brands they had. The price of the mattress too was much cheaper than other brands.

Wyatt is an amazing sales representative. She was extremely knowledgable and not pushy at all. She helped explain the differences between the different models and helped my wife and I find what was best for our needs. She didnt try to upsell us on extra things. She even sent us a personalized hand written letter after our first visit to the store while we were thinking about what we ultimately wanted to purchase, which was really nice and you dont really see that much. That made our decision to purchase a few days later feel even more like the right decision. I will without a doubt be purchasing all my future mattresses from this location.As for the purchase, it is too soon to tell if the mattress is good or not since it takes some time to settle and today is the first night we will be sleeping on it, but we have high hopes for this mattress. A few items we ordered were out of stock, but she will call us once they are in stock so we can pick them up. We were offered the option to have them shipped to us as well, but we dont mind stopping back.Overall, you wont go wrong shopping at this location. Be sure to look into their store card, which is useable at the surrounding stores as well!

The sales team is great. I cant remember the name of the young man who helped me but he was very educated on the product and able to answer all my questions.

Being greeted from a friendly staff as you walk in is always nice to feel welcomed and appreciated that you’re there. This store had what I needed even though I thought it was a long shot for them to have something as small as a power cord, they had it in stock. Wyatt is very personable and eager to help.

I had a great experience. Nolan First was my sales person. He was very knowledgeable. He had me try out several mattresses and also the purple pillows to go with each mattress to see how each would feel with the different mattresses. He also sold me on the electric ones. I couldn’t afford to buy them at this time but I will be purchasing one soon. He also talked me into the comforts of the seat cushion for the car. I was very pleased with him.

Upon entering the store we were greeted however no one asked to help us. So we explored on our own. Someone did answer questions when we asked. It didnt take long to find what we liked and everyone was friendly. But no one offered to help or even asked if we had questions when we got there which was a little odd. Maybe its better than being bombarded and followed around the store though.

I had one thing in mind, but after talking with him he told me what I originally came in to purchase would not be the correct mattress to provide the comfort needed. Good mattress, price, and service. After shopping at a few other big name places in town and having sales associates literally not leave us alone, even after being asked, and then being quoted 7x the price Denver was a breath of fresh air! Brandon, our sales associate, was very helpful. He checked in but overall respected our wishes to look and then was their when we had questions. Plus they were a great deal cheaper on their products which were the same brands as other places. The delivery company 100% could have been better! The plastics on our mattress was ripped up and the mattress, sheets, and mattress protector were all dirtyfrom being thrown around in the back of the truck. Dirt washes out so not a big deal but I could see a mattress getting damaged easily so no 5 stars here.

Worked with Nolan on choosing a new queen size mattress. He was very knowledgeable on each mattress we looked at and he recommended a couple popular ones before making our choice. We chose a medium firm mattress and so far it’s a bit firm but he said it should break in over time. They require you to buy a mattress cover to be able to have any type of option for returning a mattress if not satisfied.Then it gets better, they did not even have the mattress cover in stock.This company has completely lost the concept of customer service.I did make the purchase because I do like the quality of their mattress, it is the other customer service issues that need to improve.
