Scott has always taken care of me. If he doesnt have it in stock he gets it for me ASAP. They stock a large amount of tools & paint guns as well as clips that are hard to find for trim

Condescending and rude for no reason. They make you feel like a burden to them just by asking them the simplest questions and then they dont even want to give clear answers or explanations. no customer service skills at all. And I mean at all. Ill be sure to never even think about stepping foot in this place ever again. There are way too many better places to go to than these hicks. And yes they do seem to have a problem with people who arent white. And judging by the other reviews, Im apparently not the only one who noticed that.

I had poor experience with this business. Rude and disrespectful to me when I question salesperson about their return policy which is not posted in writing in the store and on my receipts. He wanted to charge me a restocking fee of 25% for a 10.91 purchase. If you are people of color beware. He threaten to call the police. He used profanity and raised his voice. Very immature person. His co-worker seemed embarrassed by this behavior but he works with this guy.

AND COSTUMERS THAT HAVE THEYRE CARS AT MY BODYSHOP A BLOCK DOWN THE STREET FROM THESE GUYS. ..EVERYONE SAYS THE SAME THING ABOUT SCOTT AND HIS DEALINGS WITH OUTSIDE RACES OTHER THAN HIS OWN.
