Shout out to Justin at the Illinois Road location. I needed a new phone, STAT, because my Motorolas speakerphone stopped working (my own fault) and I had a phone interview lined up. Id been putting off getting a new phone.I dont hear well and everyone at the store was wearing masks, which is a nightmare for anyone with hearing loss. Tried using Google Live transcribe, which stopped working, so Justin hopped on his own phone and completed the sale by text (which I think we both preferred to him having to yell lol). Really responsive and respectful through the whole thing.

The store was great BUT, your Xfinity prices are ridiculously HIGH! I returned all of my equipment after being a customer for over 30 years and went with a different provider. This is not the year 2000, your monopoly days are long GONE!

I only have very good things to say about Xfinity Comcast so don’t you worry if you came to hear bad review. I’ve only let this company service all my visual and communication for the past 20 years. So many adjustable plans to suit your financial needs. I decided to try a new service with them. Cell phone service! Wow you wouldn’t believe the deals they are offering for new and existing customers. (All good)😉 I love my product and service. Thanks XFINITY

The guys that work at the store were awesome! However, Xfinity requires customers to wear a mask in the building, regardless of any concern for the customers ability to wear a mask or not! This is completely unacceptable! Xfinity doesn’t know anything about our health, and pretending they do is a slap in the face. They’re just spreading ignorance & I’m sick over this whole facade.

I came in three months ago doing a change of address from my apartment to my new house. I got paired up with a nice young lady who helped me change my service to my new house...so I thought. She actually created a new account for me and told me my old account was going to be canceled once the transfer gets out through. She never did the transfer after I caught my bills were not matching up again for the third month. Called into customer service and they told me there was no record of a transfer but of a new line under my name. I’ve been paying over $300 for two places of services. I was heated, but the customer service rep over the phone was understanding and helped me cancel the old line. They are working to get me credited for the couple months I paid for two places. I understand the store has only been open for a year or so but this is down right terrible. I don’t know if it’s the training or if I just got the worst rep but I’m never going in store to buy anything again!

I had the most incredible service from Christian and Wren today in moving 2 phones from Verizon to Infiniti. The two went so far above and beyond and spent 4 1/2 hours to get my service complete. Mission accomplished. Thank you very much.

Called for cable issues and phone tech Rick diagnosed the issue after listening to my description of the problem and what had already been done to correct. Also, the tech making the home visit Linsey confirmed the the issue and had the problem corrected within a very short time. Both are great assets to Xfinity service.

I was refused service today because I have a disability preventing me from wearing a mask (by an employee and management). There should have been alternatives offered to me, but instead I was treated with disrespect. They had no problem selling me a package the week before, but follow through was out of the question. I will avoid this store until new management is there.

We’ve scheduled 4 different dates in the last 2 1/2 months for them to come bury our line and every time the day comes and goes without anyone taking care of this. Highly frustrating, and no one is willing to communicate with us appropriately, and of the people we’ve talked to, none of them have attempted to provide us with any solutions.

This review is about the physical location and not a review of Comcast as a company.The lady I dealt with here was so cool. I was so mad when I went in and though I was super nice to her because its not her fault that Comcast rises their prices weekly while removing channels, she not only understands how I felt but agreed. Her goal was to do whatever she could to either solve it if possible or accept me canceling but make it as painless as possible. I did end up shutting my services off but she made it easy. She was just great. Everyone there is just doing a job and all I can say is that they treated me beyond what I expected.

I have had the WORST experience with this company and I have only had them for 1 month. I have been lied to multiple times, they did not do their job and set up the auto pay so then I had a late fee, they charged me $40 for a professional install when I signed up to do a self install. It was not working do they had a technician come out and said if it was a Comcast problem then I would not be charged, well it was a Comcast problem because the wire was bad and needed replaced yet im still charged the $40.. They have the WORST customer service, i have been hung up on multiple times, told I could not transfer to a supervisor or manager when I had been transferred to one previously. My internet has shut off 4 times in the last 12 hours while my son is trying to do his school work. I ask for the corporate number and no one seems to have that info. They want me to do all this stuff myself but then charge me for it. This company is a JOKE.

I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews before I signed up. They are really quick to respond when you are signing up for new service but the minute they got you they are GONE. I can’t get any call answered or returned. My service was not fully completed but now they’re like “oh can’t send anyone out because of Covid” but you know what’s funny? They sure could send someone out the day before to hook me up as a new customer. Save yourself a lot of heartache and go with a different company. Xfinity=TERRIBLE.

Since I have been working at home due to the COVID-19 situation I have realized just how bad my internet service is. It drops out completely 4-5 times daily. Ive searched for hours on the website trying to find where to schedule and appointment and have been unable to do so. All I find is suggestions for me to try to see if they fix the problem. I need service and this company absolutely sucks in that department.

Signed up for internet. They said I was approved, said I would receive package I the mail in 7-10 days. That was 3 weeks ago. I called to find out what was going on. Got nothing but recorded messages. Finally transferred me to an agent. Got another recorded message and then it hung up. No customer service what so ever

Drew was very professional when he assisted me with a replacement receiver. The first replacement receiver (refurbished) did not function and he took the extra time to make sure things were done right. I was very frustrated because this was not the first time I received a refurbished receiver that did not work. Drew is the reason I am not cancelling my service. Thank You Drew!

I have called multiple times Comcast came out and put a new cable up in my yard. I have been waiting 4 weeks to get the line buried. The utilities came out within a few days to mark my grass and put up flags. I am VERY DISAPPOINTING in not only the service of Comcast and responsiveness to getting this job done, but their internet is as slow as molasses.

This is a review on the company itself not the store.The people and Customer Service at Xfinity/Comcast is a 5 StarBut the Service/Product they offer is a solid 1 star.Prices are highway robbery and the internet speeds are not what they claim.My monthly bill was $128 for their BASE internet Package that HAD to include a digital TV box to pick pocket you a little more.Switched to Frontier Fios and now paying $49.99 for 5X the internet speed than Xfinity has. I am MUCH happier. Take notes Comcast.

Went to return equipment and was only told there was an hour and half wait time AFTER someone else walked through the door to do the same! Customer service has been awful! Alicia (call center) said on Monday “Oh I have your account pulled up, just go back into the store and grab a ticket, that’s how we do it in Mississippi!!!” I live in Fort Wayne, IN!!!!!
