Staff were friendly, drinks were on point, and was a very relaxing venue to hang out with friends or have a meeting.

Not only does Mocha Lounge have my favorite black iced tea ever (make sure you have a slice of their fresh lemon in it,) but today I tried their quiche with my tea for lunch. Veggie quiche gets 5 stars to match my opinion of their tea (and service.) Great job!

The service here is as friendly as ever and the mocha styled cold drinks are the highlight. I didn’t know what to get so the barista helped me out. I settled on the Iced Carmello drink with mocha flavoring and was very happy with it.The atmosphere and temperature are a bit cold and dark, but I guess that matches their mocha drinks pretty well. Maybe it’s just not my style.I give the service a 5/5 and the coffee and space a 4/5.A word of caution: the drinks are very sweet here! If you are more of a casual coffee drinker, then ask them to go easy on the sugar! Cheers!

I have tried three different lattes, and they all have tasted burnt and kind of watery. I have heard so many good things about Mocha Lounge, but I am not sure what all of the hype is about??? I would love to support local, but this coffee shop needs to relearn the basics.Response to owner: All three orders were lattes ordered straight from the in season specials menu with no substitutes. I cannot recall which ones I ordered, but I know that they were basic ones with some sort of caramel or vanilla flavoring. I drink lattes everyday, and I know the burnt taste is not from the coffee. It is more than likely from the equipment being used which is over-extracting. I hope that my review is seen as a means to improve. I would love to give mocha lounge another try

Love this place! The food, THE MOCHA, the ambience...everything. Was served by this lovely beauty in a fashionable hat whose disposition lightens your day instantly. Definitely try the mocha with oat milk...yum!

Always friendly people and great coffee. My go to is the iced mocha which is very good. They also offer military discount which is very nice and much appreciated.

Maybe thats where the name came from?🤔I got a bagel sandwich with eggs cheese sausage and green bell pepper, and it was delicious!The cappuccino wasnt up my alley. But hey maybe I am just ruined from decades of has station cappuccinos? Anyways we will definitely be back, maybe Ill try their espresso next time.🤷‍♂️

Mocha Lounge is a fabulous atmosphere with wonderful drinks and foods. You will not be disappointed by flavor ever.The only hiccup from a full 5-stars is I always feel as though I am waiting longer than necessary for drinks. Even knowing that every drink is lovingly made and does take time, multiple trips have shown them to be just a little slower than other small coffee shops around town. With so many to choose from, how much time I expect to wait does become a factor in determining where I stop in the morning.

I got the iced spiced chai, and I would rate it a 2 out of 5. But, the atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. The lounge recently moved from its old building to the new building. The drive through is pretty okay. I wish it made more sense, like most fast food drive throughs, but it doesnt.

I follow a low sugar diet. With that being said, I was able to find so many sugar-free options at Mocha Lounge! My favorite right now is a sugar-free vanilla, sugar-free almond hot latte. Just What I needed on a cold blustery day. Thank you Ladies 😊.

Girls behind the counter come across dismissive, unaware, and quite frankly aloof. The coffee and food is usually good, but I just cant get behind these girls and the lack of care they seem to have with the customers. Not a fun environment at all.

Tried the Cadbury Latte today...it was pretty good...but why did the young lady that work there remember my daughters usual order (cold matcha latte) when she hasnt been there in a couple months. Thats some memory and great customer service!!

Went there for the first time today. A coworker recommended it. I had a white mocha with blackberry and avocado toast. Love the coffee, it was yummy. Toast was okay, would buy it again but they probably have even better things.Terra (not sure on the name) was super helpful and made a lot of suggestions which was great since I had never been there.Check this place out the decor was nice too!

Fun second wave shop. Nice homey feel, great for an informal meeting or interesting read. They serve local Conjure Coffee, a well roasted selection. Unfortunately, I got a mocha so drowned in sugar that I couldn’t taste the coffee. My mistake though!

This place is a gem! The food was delicious. I ordered a short stack with the red white and blue toppings. This added fresh strawberries, blueberries and bananas to my pancakes. Actual fresh fruit, not usual diner additions of syrup covered berries. My side of potato hash was so large it was served on a dinner side plate by itself. The portions are LARGE.

Very friendly staff, quick drive thru service. Was so excited to see about 10 fall seasonal drinks that all looked absolutely amazing. This time tried the graham cracker chai, and had it blended. 💯

I ALWAYS adored this place. To the new location that can hold more people experiencing new things every day, to the great homey feel when you walk into the door. When you come here you really get to think what drink can I try today cause there is SO MANY to choose with different diets if you need. And the food is DELICIOUS, even in different diets too. Met a family member for coffee on. Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised that it was not busy when I arrived. The staff was friendly and my coffee was good. The atmosphere is perfect for a little get together and the location in and out of the business is easy. Ill be back!

This place is phenomenal. I have been there twice and just knew I wanted something cold with a ton of caffeine because I have a demanding job that requires me to be on my A game at all times. They were so accommodating, friendly and helpful even when they had a full house of patrons. This goes to show you that even when a business is slammed...great customer service is achieved.

This place is really nice. The service is quick and done with a smile. The prices are comparable to any big chain, except these people actually care. Their pastries are also really delicious and their timely drink specials always make me smile. Would definitely recommend and look forward to going back.

I come here every chance I get. They have quality food and drink, incredibly friendly and attentive staff, and a new and improved atmosphere. They have a wide range of food options and coffee/non-coffee options. Their staff are always cheerful and work efficiently even when busy. There is plenty of seating in the new space with fast wifi. I ordered a slice of their Spinach, Artichoke, & Feta Quiche and it was SO GOOD! They and a wide variety of items but I usually get the quiche when I am there and Im never dissatisfied! I also got a piece of their Chocolate Zucchini bread and it was pretty good also! 😋

Mocha Lounge has never disappointed! No matter the time of day (breakfast, lunch or brunch), or reason I go (personal time, meetings, Bible study), I am continually impressed by the service, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere!

Mocha Lounge is a trendy, but comfortable coffee shop. There are normal tables as well as an abundance of couch space and longer chairs. Even with a pretty full shop it is a nice spot for a casual meeting. My drink was made well and quickly. They have traditional coffee shop food and pasteries and lots of vegan versions as well. Great experience overall.

Felt personally attacked and ridiculed by the higher up staff members. Would get dirty looks, from the staff nonetheless, as I spent my time there. Did not feel comfortable being there. Absolutely ridiculous display of customer service. Have never been treated so poorly at a cafe. Mocha longue never used to be like this. What has happened to the management.

We love Mocha lounge and are so happy they are doing what they can to stay afloat and take care of their employees during this strang time. I love both their regular mochas and their dark roast. My wife is a big fan of their iced lattes and chai tea. Definitely would recommend getting coffee here.

The Mocha Lounge is my favorite coffee shop! It is a pretty large space where a lot of people can work or talk with friends. I love how they have seasonal drinks and always look forward to seeing what the new list will include. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, always willing to explain what is in each drink and give recommendations. Everything I have tried has been superb!

This local coffee shop is one of the best in town! The staff are extremely friendly and quick. The coffee is well worth the price which is cheaper than starbucks that are in town. They try to source their products locally and use renewable cups. Also the place has free WiFi and plenty of space to have a small meeting or get work done.

Been going here quite often for a few years. Not as friendly as other coffee shops in the area but overall a great place to get coffee and study. For a long stretch I used to get the flavored coffees they have. Now I usually get lattes. Never been a fan of the macciattos. They taste strange. Their breakfast sandwiches are far better than any other coffee shop or fast food restaurant, so if anything stop by and get a breakfast sandwich with coffee. It’s well worth the visit.

I ordered broccoli cheese quiche and a small mocha. Nothing special. Quiche was of course heated in micro, tough to get that heated all the way through I guess. Even though quiche was served very hot, cheese wasnt really melted and broccoli was kinda mushy. Just meh. Mocha also ok, nothing special. Ran me just under $10. Several soft seating groupings, some hard chairs at tables, and also hard stools at bar seating. Quiet atmosphere, no small kids in sight. Busy at 2pm on weekday, so relegated to chairs at a table which we comfortable enough. Clean. Looked like a private room was available also. Staff friendly.

There is no other coffee shop like the mocha lounge. For the most unique coffee experience in Fort Wayne this is the place to be. The lounge area is just that, plenty of sofas and comfortable chairs in a spacious room. There are some bars and traditional tables for the work meetings or studying. The coffee is great, they are currently the only shop in Fort Wayne with nitro cold brew. The staff is super friendly and they have really great food options for people of all dietary needs.

They now carry Tinker Coffee, my favorite, and my french press of Tinker Coffees Conduit roast was sensational. Ill be coming here more often now that Ive found a local place that serves it.

Best coffee around. I am a coffee snob and look for a good quality cup of coffee. If your looking for the best local alternative to Starbucks your in for a treat. If you need breakfast or lunch you can get a great bite to eat and have a meeting.

A really nice place for coffee and a break. Great variety of snacks - no matter your diet. The only thing that I wish was different is how late its open. It closes at 6pm which makes it impossible for me to meet friends during the week.

Quality baked goods, breakfast items and excellent coffee, teas and juices. They have gluten free, Paleo and healthy items. Good choice of different items. They heat up items for you so they are warm and satisfying. Loved the keysh(Kish)sp.

While Starbucks is good and a good standard, once again, I like non-chain places. Mocha Lounge is a great place. Good variety of drinks, taste great, nice seating, including a meeting room that can be rented out as well.
