Its a constant hit and miss.. sometimes you get somebody who makes the drink properly, or you get someone who doesnt want to wait on espresso and adds way too much milk for a latte. Im better off picking up a gallon of milk from Kroger for a quarter of the price if I want milk for breakfast. If an iced latte looks pale, you didnt make it right.

The drive thru was packed, do we decided to come inside and get our coffee and snacks. I had a skinny sugar-free vanilla latte and the ham and Swiss croissant. Both were extremely delicious. I also decided to buy a blueberry scone, but they were out and they gave me the cranberry and orange scone. Fabulous. Thats the only thing is they called me Randy instead of Brandie. All because of the mask 😂

My mocha Frappuccino was ok but I have had better. I asked for no whip, but I did not get any drizzle either. I like when the drink is thick and icy. This was not. It was too runny.

I normally would not write a review like this, but I couldn’t believe the experience. Stopped today to redeem some points. Car line was long so went inside and stood for 5 minutes expecting to be waited on. No one was in line I front of me. And no one behind me. I was not acknowledged, no one even said they would be with me in a minute. I was totally ignored. I couldn’t believe it. After I got over the shock I was not a happy camper. I understand being busy. But common courtesy is expected.Starbucks has redeemed itself. I went through the drive through and the service was great. Also stopped at the Dupont/Auburn Rd. Starbucks and went inside to order. Cheerfully greeted and prompt service. thank you!

I thought I had a gift card to cover the cost of my drink, but I was shy by about a dollar. Little did I realize I had left my wallet at work and so couldnt pay for the drink. Rather than getting angry with me or sending me away, the cashier told me not to worry about it and gave me my drink. I will definitely be returning - WITH cash - because of this excellent customer service.

This store is in a good location but the parking lot can be awkward and you can become trapped in your spot if they become busy. There are a lot of people that work at this location but they arent overly eager to help. During this visit they were out of two types of coffee and had to modify orders.

My daughter and I were shopping, decided to order a couple of refreshing shaken drinks, we ordered on line to be picked up. We arrived 15 minutes after placing our order, went inside they said they did not have the order, then someone else checked and found it. We were told they would get right on it, however we ended up waiting another 25 minutes! I have never seen such unorganized chaos! There were employees tripping over each other but none of them seemed to know what their job was! We talked with the manager 3 times and finally got our order! I will NEVER return to the Starbucks at lima road and dupont road again!

Their selection of Frappuccinos is a bit smaller than other locations, but other than that, its the same as other Starbucks locations you know and love.

8 and on this day they are scheduled to close at 830...6 kids in the store and refused to answer or acknowledge anyone 3 cars in line and simply no effort to communicate...disappointing to say the least

The staff in the morning is beyond amazing! I do mobile ordering and I ordered at the wrong location by mistake, they still no questions asked made my drink for me. The customer service at this location is above and beyond!

Just watched a row of about 10 cars wait for 30 minutes at the Starbucks location with no closed sign at all and online it says it’s open after I had my 15 to 20 minute wait I went back and told all of the cars they were closed so they would leave so everyone would quit wasting their time. completely unprofessional.

Its not the best flavored water, for the price. If it had actual reasonable amounts of coffee in the mixture it would be more respectably priced. Try putting more coffee in the drinks you sell. Its too high priced for the garbage they sell.

Made a super big mistake and mobile ordered to the wrong starbucks.... I felt terrible, but the barista at the window made my order anyway, and I didn’t have to pay any extra. I wish I could give a 10000 star review, because her kindness has made my entire week. To the barista who showed grace and made my Trenta Refresher and Grande Frappuccino, thank you.

I come in to the Starbucks about three times a week typically don’t have issues but today I ordered my coffee got there 20 minutes later and the gentleman told me it would be a few minutes. No problem waited 15 minutes and no coffee still so I asked and she went back made me a small coffee and gave it to me not only did I order a Venti but the gentleman told me I’ll be ready in a few minutes and then never responded and they couldn’t find the cup or the ticket..Customer service is the most important something should’ve been done

This Starbucks is probably the worst in town... Every-time I go they have a long line that never seems to move. I’ll take my business further down Lima Road to avoid this from here out. Ridiculous. No other Starbucks in town has a line that last’s forever. Slowest service ever for a Starbucks.

Sunny January Sunday - COVID-19 not withstanding, I needed a pick-me-up after early morning grocery shopping. So I drove thru and at the speaker, I ordered a Grande White Chocolate Mocha from an upbeat young woman. With only a few cars ahead of me, I sat patiently, then realized I was almost out of my favorite Komodo Dragon whole-bean supply back at the house.When I got to the window, I asked if I could add the beans to my drink order. My lively barista didnt bat an eyelash, said, of course! and pulled a bag from the shelf. Easy-Peasy! I was on my way, with drink in hand, and a fresh stash of beans just waiting to be ground to perfection each morning... Excellent to-go drink, great service and all-around superior experience. What more can you ask!?!

I sent my girls in because there was nobody parked in the parking lot and only one car at the drive thru. I sat outside waiting for almost 15 minutes.Normally I would give them 5 stars.Im assuming because it was just a last minute stop, it wasnt called in or didnt use the drive thru they were slower.I have never waited this long before, even when they are packed.Just seemed strange, because we were only one of two cars there.

Never have anything ready on time. This is one of the worst locations on this side of town. I cant speak for every location in town. Seriously takes a half hour for anything you order from here. Sometimes more

Love me some Starbucks however, prices keep climbing😵 and I still wish they would get on board with selfless men and women like myself who have served and the ones that are able to continue to serve our great country and give us active and veterans a bit of a discount. Not much has changed since my visit 4 weeks ago. This Starbucks has poor service, well below the level of service at the other Starbucks in town.

Over priced

I have officially became a regular, I stop here 3-5 times per week before work. I have to have my coffee, which is always top notch, but the service... wow! It may sound silly, but the positivity and amazing customer service at this particular Starbucks is beyond amazing. I literally always leave with a smile on my face. This team’s great vibes are contagious! I will definitely be a loyal customer here now!

Coffee great as always the service needs to be a little better

Paid almost 10 bucks for 2 medium size hot chocolates. They tasted like the powdered stuff from grocery store. They didnt have the cream and chocolate drizzle like you see in the pictures. Very disappointed. Should have went with the peppermint mocha. Staff at the drive thru window were very friendly though.

It was bad enough that there was a long line with only 1 register open. The cashier had to also run to the back to heat up muffins and other food while we all waited. There were plenty of other staff that could have retrieved food while the cashier kept ringing up customers but that didn’t happen. I’ve never waited so long at a Starbucks as they are normally very efficient even when extremely busy; not the case with this one!

Starbucks on Lima is a great location right off of frequently-traveled Coliseum Blvd. In addition to the always great food and drinks, the staff is wonderful and the store is clean. If you frequent Starbucks, download the app! Register a card, and youll be on your way to free drinks in no time. The app also lets you order ahead with mobile order, which is especially nice at this location because it always seems to be busy. Recommended drink: Almond milk Chai Latte

I love coffee, but I went here for the first time and it was a whole new experience for me, I got the pumpkin spice frappuccino and I was in heaven. Definitely am going back!

This Starbucks store operates great.There may be a lineup sometimes as it is with popular, but overall you get quick and courteous service.They prepare their drinks exactly as ordered. The coffee here is also fresh, no old bitter coffee that you may find at other restaurants in the area.They also honor all the Starbucks card perks without any problems such as the free reward items and free refills.Ive heard of some Starbucks that have this issue, but havent run into it myself.

This was a great Starbucks before the remodel. Since then, it has to be the slowest one Fort Wayne. I go inside to order and it seems the drive thru orders are done 3 times faster than people that walk in. I ordered a brewed coffee and a cold brew, it took them more than 5 mins to get the cold brew. And you cant say they are understaffed, people behind the counter were running into each other.

One of the nicer Starbucks in Fort Wayne. It has a nice layout inside to hang out or get a little work done.

I ordered a triple mocha frappuccino, but got it hot. When I did get my right order, it wasnt made right. I know they were busy but still think of customer satisfaction. I wont go back or recommend this location to anyone at all. I was very disappointed in not being able to have an enjoyable experience.

This particular starbucks location is horrible. they are extremely slow in the drive thru and when i go inside, they either mess up my order or just forget about it completely. a few months back i ordered a hot grande mocha. very simple. I got a tall pink drink and a tall mocha frappe. which apparently i paid for both...then the two times i went in after that they just forgot to give me my order. once I had to tell the workers THREE times what my order was because they couldnt get it right. today before school, i went inside because the drive thru was very long. i ordered a venti strawberry acai with no ice. how could you possibly mess that up. they gave me my one drink after ten minutes of waiting for it. i was running late to school so i just took it and went. I did not realize until i was in my first period that they actually messed it up. HOW. they put lemonade in it. i am not going back to this location again if they cant even get one drink right, it is not that hard.

I tried the new Midnight Mint Mocha Frappacino and it was awesome! Tasted just like a thin mint cookie. This Starbucks isnt as fast as some others, but the quality is still good.
