The service was good, nice people. Its cool to people watch the surrounding area. The menu is smaller, which is good. The food we got was tasty. It was cheap too. We also were able to sit outside like I mentioned. Overall Id go back, but its not mind blowing. The quiche was great. Solid little eatery.

A treat for locals and visitors! Second time here and the coffee is still top notch. I went for their Saturday brunch and their menu is so generous (value for price). Pictured is the famous Garbage Plate. While I rate that dish a 4/5, the cafe restaurant itself is a 6/5. I also got the Honey Bunny Latte and I recommend it if you want something sweet and tasty, it has honey and cinnamon. 5/5 for the latte.The atmosphere is very laidback and located in the middle of a residential area in one of my favorite neighborhoods. I can’t speak highly enough of this place. It’s my go to for a relaxing brunch or a coffee. I’ll continue to comeback, it’s that nice!

Visited at lunch time during the week, busy place! The girls on the front and the cooks in the back were really hustling.Didnt have to wait long at all for my food and I got to say the hummus was phenomenal.Generous portions on the sandwich and the coffee was impeccable!Make sure you have a little extra patience in case you need to wait on a table as the seating is somewhat limited but they do have a nice outdoor gathering area when the weather is nice.Cant wait to come back!

Tasty food and perfect portion sizes, not too big and not too small! Prices are spot on perfect for the area and food so they arent pricing themselves out of the neighborhood.

Theres something about the place that makes you want to stick around. Maybe its the almost 180° view from anywhere in the lobby or how serious this bistro is about their food. Definitely worth stopping by if you find yourself on the south side and want both a tea and something hot.

The setting outside is so beautiful especially on this September weather! Food is pretty good too. My friend got a mocha coffee and we both got the malted milk waffles that comes with potatoes. Oh and some warm chocolate chips on top!

I am pretty much a regular here. I come in a lot. This is probably my favorite coffee shop and lunch spot in Fort Wayne. GOOD food, Flatbreads are my fave! Their coffees are really good and unique. The atmosphere is amazing and the girls and staff who work here are the friendliest people. You should try them soon!

Three words to describe the experience are: Its the bomb!!! I had never eaten there before. It is definitely worth it. I loved the Blueberry-lavender lemonade. I also ordered the veggie panini. For dessert, I had the chocolate-butterfinger cake, layered with butter cream sauce. Yummy!!! 😋 Yummy!!! Next time I am trying the Spicy Turkey Pesto sandwich 🥪☺️

Place was highly recommended by a good friend when I visit Indiana. First time. Enjoyed everything. Menu has variety. On a particular Fast so I could only enjoy the fresh fruit, tea, and peace. Looking forward to going back one day to delight myself in other menu items.

A little pricey: most menu items are $9 or &10 and not exceptionally large, drinks also, BUT, if ypu wsnt EXCELLENT sandwiches and the best coffee you have ever had ( not to nention teas!) take a nice break and go there! Also keep on mind: its small, not much seating, more outside than they used to have, but my motto for there is NEVER GO ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY unless you go really early or late, otherwise you had better like waiting! 😊

This is such a quaint little deli/hangout place to go with friends for lunch. If its nice outside they have a pergola area too. One shop down is a cute Italian Market if you want a glass of wine afterwards/outdoor seating only on it

I wont go into details, but this local restaurant was rude to me in a way that tells me they were not professional and understanding people. I can only hope that they will improve their politeness and effective communication to those that help them succeed, instead of dismissing and accusing them rudely. This place is a hidden gem for sure! My wife and daughter have been here several times before, and done nothing but rave about it. So last night we all went for dinner, and was it ever delicious! We had the egg rolls for our appetizer (Yum!), and we each had delicious sandwiches that are truly some of the tastiest in Fort Wayne.Great food, super service (Paige did an awesome job), very reasonable prices, all tucked into a fun quaint location!Drive down and eat at the Friendly Fox, you will be very glad that you did!

Friendly Fox is THE quintessential neighborhood cafe. The staff is welcoming and warm. The atmosphere is homey. And the menu (both food and beverages) is surprisingly diverse and inclusive given the size of the shop. Make sure to check out their coffee specials and finish it off with something from their fantastic dessert case!

Dont get the bagel upcharge, because idk what that was, but it was definitely not a bagel. Second time trying the food, and it was just strange, the bagel was extremely yeasty and overcooked. Cook wasnt wearing a mask at all. I love the spot, and the service is nice, but the food and drink just isnt worth the price to me.

This was our first time here. I ordered a cortada my way. Little bit of steamed milk, 4 pumps vanilla and decaf espresso this time, but not always. It was yummy. I also ordered an apple muffin and that was good too.

I went for the first time tonight and had a great experience! The coffee is great, and the staff are all very kind; Gabe and an employee with long black hair assisted me. Both were incredibly nice, and I will absolutely be going back in the future.Also, all the employees have great eyebrows. Impressive.

Liked the milkshakes! Had the house coffee and it was pretty good. Other half had a latter and it just want very flavorful. Had it remade and still seemed bland. Very nice place though and friendly staff. Just a bad day for lattes!

From brunch like items to sweets and ice cream, the Friendly Fox offers a unique experience with great service.Local custom art work are one of the first things you see in this coffee shop. The display of local work says a lot about the kind of business this shop is. Supporting the local arts is an important part of the diversity of our country. With so much talent artist need every avenue to get their work out there. Local is always the way to go and The Friendly Fox hits that mission without failure. I cant wait for my next visit. As I continue my travels the Friendly Fox will forever be at the top of my list.

Recently moved to FW and discovered Friendly Fox 2 days ago. Went back again tonight because we enjoyed ourselves so much. Husband has had the cinnamon roll latte and smores latte. Both were delicious. As far as food goes, enjoyed everything weve tried (Cuban, original grilled cheese with garlic aioli, cilantro lime chicken special, ham and cherrywood bacon panini, potato soup). Only dessert weve tried yet was the confetti shake, and it was awesome. Service was excellent! This is our favorite local coffee shop yet, and weve tried at least half a dozen!
