A great station with excellent customer service.

Cheapest fountain drinks around but I wish they kept their product stocked appropriately. They had stocked big chip bags in the 2/2.50 section and then rang up at 2.50 each and there was no apology for being mislabeled/mistocked and I got an attitude from the cashier

Today I was in a store the cashier could not activate some gift cards the annoyed customer tells her to return her money. I isolate it and the client was annoying. I was his next annoying client. I took the cards that his client left him and threw them aggressively on the place of payment. Coins of my change I have been a cashier but if you cannot do something you ask for help, customer satisfaction makes your business prosperous but with people like that it makes you want to never return, terrible attitude

It appears the person or robot responding to customer comments is copying and pasting responses. Convenience stores and gas stations are real enablers of underlying conditions: obesity, diabetes, etc...nothing but processed, sugary junk food. If the parking lot is littered with cigarette butts and other trash...there is a good chance the service you receive will reflect the condition of the parking lot.

Cashier very attentive to us. Quick, easy, good variety.

Staff is rude and condescending. The place looks filthy and when asked questions the employees in 3rd shift always tell me its not their job to help me.I pointed out politely that the soda machines were out if mountain dew and the manager laughed and walked away...My experience with circle k all over the state (I travel for work alot) has become more and more deshevled. I feel like there is some massive oversight with some of these locations and that should be addressed.Circle k used to be a safe clean stop for me wherever I went but now Id prefer anywhere else.

We stop there alot and there is ALWAYS a long line and usually only one worker. Today we paid for gas on a debit card and by the time we made it back out to the vehicle the gas pump timed out. So we now have to wait for the 3 to 5 business days for the money to be back on the card. So now we are out of gas and my boyfriend has to borrow money to make it to work. We was told no receipt could be given. If your in a hurry, DO NOT STOP!-

Change your soda. Its not okay to let it be flavorless soda water for this long!

I frequent this circle k as it is close to my home. I arrived today to find the only snow in the lot pulled in front of the handicap parking. I parked and was also next to a large truck leaving me with the option to jump over the snow or walk thru it. Not being able to jump my only choice was to get my feet wet. I chose to tell the cashier, the only visible employee. She said they couldnt plow past the sign. I suggested that a shovel would have done the trick and would have taken less that a minute. She then stared blankly at me until I left the store. I would have appreciated her acknowledging the issue and offering to advise her manager but could tell this was beyond her capabilities. I have photos of anyone in management cares enough to fix this.

This gas station has very nice cashiers. Sometimes the store can get really packed. Its very clean and if youre buying any alcohol or cigarette products make sure you have your ID cuz you will get carded every time

They dont order enough stock

Not a terrible stop, but there was an older lady named Amy who was working and none too polite. Stopped by to get some snacks and she was very unwelcoming, slow, and rude.

I remembered when the built this circle K in the 08. Its been busy ever since. Usually a very friendly staff. Unfortunately you get lazy people in thier and make a mess everywhere. Otherwise this would always be a clean establishment.

This is why this circle k has lost my business at least for awhile. I don’t go here a lot but I know there are some really nice and awesome people that work here. So surprise to see a really unhappy and uncaring staff in there. I’ve been in here twice since they have gotten their new beverage bar. Happy to see they got iced coffe. First time I had it it was delicious. Second time it tasted like French vanilla flavored water. Not only was it poor quality I spent close to 3 dollars for it. As I addresed this to the worker she looks over to the beverage area and goes “oh ok”. Just seemed like she doesn’t even care the product that is being presented to the consumer. So if you want good iced coffee spend the same at Starbucks. At least it taste good. Wish I knew the name of the one lady that is always happy and smiling and seems happy to be there. She’s tall blond hair pulled back in a bun.

I only marked star because u have too. They rip you off and when you point it out to the manager she tells you its not her problem even though you have the receipt proving they ripped you off. Whoever owns this store should pay more attention to the people working for them they rip offs. Plus everytime you go it there is trash every where and the store stinks to high heaven. I give them a negative star of 10

I always make sure to make any convenience store trips before 11 p.m. so that I can go to either the Marathon just down the road from this or the Marathon on Hillegas before those close because this location generally has the most annoying people behind the counter. Generally the people that are working here at night are extremely rude, want to ask you personal questions or want to tell you about their personal problems that you dont care about. Especially the shorter mousy female. She used to work just down the road at the Subway and I stopped going there also because of how annoying and rude she is. The guy with the long hair is cool though and really friendly and professional. Definitely avoid this place at night if you can and find somewhere else to go. Also this location is impossible to get in and out of during a highly trafficked time of day because of the way its built so that you have to drive through the pumps to get into and out of the front of the store meaning if people are pumping gas you literally cant get through to park at the entrance. Just a very inconvenient convenience store.

Workers always fill up customer parking spots and leave cars there all day, also the worst UPS Locker ever, wont scan, wont read ID, full sun in afternoon. Just an annoying place to do business

I had stopped by circle k to get a 7up for my sick son and a loaf of bread, little did I know what was about to happen, while I wasin the store a man that was out in the alley which I was not aware of jumped in my car the cashier Kathy immediately jumped into action I ran out of the store to try to help get him out of my car Kathy was already trying to pull him out,he got my car into gear and ran over both of us, in my eyes she’s a true hero, I didn’t even know her and she put her life in danger to try to help me, but with the quick action of the Fort Wayne police dept the man that stole my car, was caught within 20-30 mins, I just want to say Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Kathy that works at Circle k and The Fort Wayne police dept for everything.

Slushies are amazing! Cashiers...not so much.
