They went above and beyond to help my son and I get him a suit!... wish I would have gotten the ladies name that says she makes prom dresses. But all in all Id recommend them to anyone!

Don’t bother shopping here. The store is run down and the employees aren’t helpful. I tried to use a simple coupon to purchase some kids clothes and the employee didn’t bother scanning the coupon correctly then got mad at me and refused to call the manager.

I called to order 2 pair of sandals and they arrived the next day. Wonderful service.

The mall on general has outlived their glory days and JC is hanging on by a thread. Its dad to see but...these are the times we live in. Kind of costly for basic merch.

You know when you go to a hole in the wall to get a better Taco vs. going to Hacienda. This is like a hole in the wall professional salon at JCPenney vs. going to Great Clips. They are professionals and take the quality time to make you look great!

The employees were helpful, although slightly curt and sparse. I was surprised at the high pricing. We didnt get the good deals that I have come to associate JC Penneys with, but still found some baby clothing.

I stopped at this location after work one day to look for some jewelry I had been wanting to buy after an unpleasant experience that I had this past weekend at the JCPenney at University Park mall in Mishawaka. At the UP mall location, I was not only ignored for approximately 10 mins but then I was skipped over by their associate to help someone that had just walked up. So I took my business to this location another day instead. I had a very polite and helpful associate who was very patient and helped me find the perfect pieces of jewelry I was looking for. The customer service thus woman gave was exceptional. On a Sizemore, the sale prices were phenomenal. Unfortunately this mall has become a dead zone and most of the shops are gone now. Aside from that, this location is worth a stop if youre passing through.

Picked up online order and was done in record time . Go Penneys.

Shopping at Pennys this evening was wonderful. Lots of good sale and the salespeople were very helpful. Lots of good bargains as well. Got my daughter and Old World Santa that was on sale and was on sale again on any pink tag. So a 60 dollar Santa cost me only 9.71. Now thats a bargain and my daughter just loves it. Its heavy so it cant get knocked over very easy... I saved 25.00 dollars on a new pair of Tennis shoes.... So Im very please with everything there this evening... Loved the sales people all were so very nice.

So, the experience wasn’t great. First off, the store was extremely unhygienic for this time (COVID). There were customers who weren’t wearing masks or taking precautions to keep themselves and others safe. I saw customers trying on clothes on and didn’t try them in the fitting room. There are some friendly workers who helped my friend and I, but I happened to witness an altercation between a coworker and what seems to be her manager. I overheard her manager be rude to her and I didn’t think that was acceptable. From what I could tell, the worker couldn’t be any older than a college student. The comment that manager said was extremely rude and I felt bad for the worker. Overall, would not recommend coming to this store.

It was fine. Found what I was after, and at a decent price, and saved even more using my JCP card.I have to say, Im not sure how the store stays open, there was only a dozen or so people in the store. Although I know that the entire mall was slated for destruction, and not sure how JCP fit in to the new build. I hope it does.

Went looking for a new winter coat because out of 4 coats 3 of them the zippers had broke. Surprisingly I actually found what I was looking for and at a great price. I bought a $200 coat for $59 !

I am giving this review three stars. It is not like the way it use to be. The quality of clothing is not the same (Cheap) and top of they want you to pay regular price. Ha! When they have their sales. This is the best time to shop in here because that is the real price for the clothing. They are trying to bring new things to the store to entice people in. But I do not think that is working.

I love shopping here, I had a lot of help from workers, but there was a manager(I think, she had more equipment than others) named Cheryl, and she was making passive aggressive comments to other employees. I honestly don’t think that she should be talking to her Coworkers like that, especially when other customers are around

A favorite for value, quality, styles and choices. Prices tend to be more reasonable over the inflated Kohls model with sales discounts. We have purchased women stylish snow boots, makeup, underwear, a girls back pack, mens button down shirts, jeans, shoes, underwear, socks, winter coats for all. Some of the best looking designs for the money without the need for returns. Well stocked, good selection and not cheap looking like the grocery stores. Highly recommended, especially with a coupon.

I have always loved Penneys but this one is so sad. It is in a mall with only a few other stores and mall owners have given up, no maintenance. So sad. But all the store employees were polite and very helpful. So go to Penneys, save this great store.

I ordered shoes online that were stated as pewter for my sons wedding. When I went to pick them up the color was lilac. I am being fitted for my dress tomorrow and now have no shoes. The in store shoe selection is dismal.

We had to return a winter coat we bought in November that was ripped at the seams. We had the card we use to purchase but no receipt. There was no issues with the return. The employees were very friendly and even helps us find the same cost online to purchase for a cheaper price then we bought the original one for.

I mainly go to Penny to shop at Sephora, but I often find a sale going on and can’t help but shop. This department store has been around for awhile and I like to get my children their Nike and Adidas clothing from here. I often find their bed u0026 bath is priced reasonably and always on sale as well. I’m still a fan of JCPenny!

Well when I forget my coupons, some of the girls working there, scan one they keep at the register..they had a coupon for spend $25 get $10 0ff which she didnt give me and I used my JC penny card and didnt get 20% off. Do my rating is low for that reason.

I love that Pennys carries Carters baby clothes. I have a baby shower for a co-worker and found some really cute things on clearance and was able to get quite a but for my budget.

Items are still way overpriced and the store barely has anything. Every time I go the store seems to be deserted. Not enough clothes or shoes in stock. I prefer the one in Mishawaka.

I was graciously helped by an associate in the store. The size socks were not available in the store and I had to order them from the catalogue. She used the screen at check out to show me what was available. My only concern is that JCP doesnt offer more color selection in my shoe size, size 11. Your store has my shoe size in the shoe dept., but not in the foot apparel. Why? I have always bought my clothes from JCP and have been mostly satisfied with color and selection. I would like to have more color variety in the gold toe socks. The color selection for the average size is greater. Please address this because, I am sure, more women with my shoe size would like red, purple, pink and yellow in there socks variety. Sincerely, Jane Hoover

I drove an hour and a half to find out they only sell maturnity clothes online. I wasnt vary happy. They had nothing at all for pregnant women in their store.

The south east end of store looks like a cluttered mess. The northwest side is much more organized and pleasant to shop in. Need to stop looking like a second hand store.

The fact this is part of a mall on life support gives it a sad feel. Honestly not convinced Concord Mall makes it much past Christmas.
