Ordered a pair of Nike Air Huaraches for my son. Shoes showed up fine, he tried them on, wore them INSIDE for less than an hour to try them out - didnt like the fit. I filed all the appropriate return paperwork, etc. and sent them back. A week later the box showed back up at my house - nearly destroyed, as was the shoe box inside - containing the shoes that were returned. In the box was a letter stating Item is used and not restockable - the shoes dont have one spec of dirt or wear on them. The only reason they get 1 Star is because they dont have a ZERO Star rating available. Place is a joke.

They told my 13 year old son to leave after only being in there for about 4 mins because he obviously wasnt buying anything (He has more money in his bank account than a lot of adults, since he has a part time job and never spends his money). Do not shop here! They prejudge and do not have a clue about customer service.

Tried to order a specific shoe in store they had issues referred me to the site on my own.....tried to order a shoe tht show available but wouldnt allow me to place in my cart .....tried to chat all they kept saying is can I help with something else.....didnt get shoes for fathers day gift......

Spent more money than I needed to Im sure but my shoes are very nice. The staff was friendly and the experience was pleasant.

Staff was awesome. Busy Saturday with a line out the door to get in but it moved quickly, and they were so efficient and friendly and helpful! Very cool people.

Male salesmen were ready to help and made suggestions. It wasnt there fault the new style bikes squished toes. Had almost inch from top of shoe.

Service was excellent! The 20 minutes we were in there they were pretty busy and not once did we feel neglected or that we were a bother. That can not be said for every other shop we went in that day. I was thoroughly impressed by the staff. Great Job!

Fantastic service. We are from out of town for a basketball tournament and my son blew out a basketball shoe. They found a model that fit what we needed and were very courteous.

Jus got some new shoes. The guy that helped me was amazing. He hbk helped me get a huge discount on the Joes the 13 with the laker colors. I will be going back

Much shoes from Nike and Adidas.As we all knew, Foot Locker is a shoe shop for the younger generation.You can also buy basketball shoes and much more.The shop is not very big, but thats normal for Foot Locker.

I think they have a great selection but unsure as no one would help. Drove over a hour so my son and I could check out the store but no one would help.

Boring Adidas shoe collection. I wanted the black and rose gold and ended up settling for grey Adidas because there was no selection after visiting several stores....but yall got Jordans for days,nights,weekends,years.....😑

Bad customer service. Naught a pair of shoes and they are falling apart and they wont do anything about it. The manager did not even know how to answer the questions had to ask someone else. Dont shop here bad customer service
