Got my son shoes there loved them, but the workers wasnt too friendly or willing to help out. The only one who had a smile on their face an said hello was the cashier .

I ordered a pair of shoes in the store and when I went to get them on my lunch break they couldnt find them. So a young man named Mari tracked them down at footlocker. Another young man named Jeremiah went down there to get them for me. I made it back to work on time! Thank you for the staff who tracked them down went and got them for me! I had a knee replacement 3 months ago so that would have been a chore for me to go down there and get them. God bless Mari and Jeremiah yall deserve a raise!

Found a pair of pants here that another shoe store in the mall didnt have to match the outfit! We always have good luck finding what we want here.

I have been on a mission to find a really nice pair of womans Walking Shoes.Walked in sales man looked right at us didnt say anything. Finally I asked for womans walking shoes.He acted like I was putting him out. Pointed towards back areas. Womans there and you would look at kids 5 1/2on other side and walked away!We looked at womens and none were marked waking. We looked and then I looked around... female sales lady kept watching us but never offered to help.I finally left...if no help not making purchase.

Supposed to be open 11am to 7pm. We get there at 1pm and they werent open, even when we left. Drove all the way to Ft Wayne for that store and they werent open when they should have been. 0 stars if possible

I love shopping at Champs for shoes and hats for our family! Malik W is always a great help and informative! Hes grown to know our family and knows to size the children every 2-3 months when we come in! Champs prices are the best and the selection is wonderful!

Dont know about the store service but the Champs call in service is horrible called multiple times had waited over 30 minutes for a person to answer and never got anyone had to hang up because I had other things to do. Never had that long of a wait to get someone on the phone with a problem. They cancelled my order saying my credit card company denied it but I called my credit card company and got someone right way to help my and they told me they didnt deny the purchase and it was approved. Cant even get anyone with Champs to dispute their claim. Very poor service with Website customer service. If I could give negative stars I would.

Great staff that is willing to help even when its closing time. Worked hard to help us find a pair of size 14 shoes that met our needs. They were very patient with our questions and request. They could have rushed us out or said sorry were closed. We left with exactly what we needed.

I will give it a negative rating of about 10. No one came to see what we needed in the size we were requesting. Everyone was standing around talking, instead of trying to figure out what the customers wanted. When we were acknowledged they were rushing us like we were taking away from time talking with their buddies instead of trying to figure out what we wanted.

Best place in Fort Wayne to shop for shoes. The satff is always fast and helpful

Good luck getting service here! Took my daughter for back to school shopping and no one would wait on us. We stood by the shoes and was ignored. My daughter then picked up three shoes and sat on the bench with them. We sat there looking around and still nothing. I got tired of waiting, put the shoes back and walked out. Two employees stood and watched us walk and offered nothing. We went to another store in the mall and got her the new Nike Air 270.

Always greeted with a smile and the customer service is outstanding!
