After, he told me items needing attention need on my Monte Carlo AND how to save on the costs. I was very impressed. I returned today with my 2020 Chevrolet truck and received the same expert service. Again I was pleased, with a warm greeting this time from other staff and a pleasant send off. I just moved back to Ft Wayne after 40 years and tried another Chevrolet dealership much closer to me and not only was I not impressed, I was turned off to that dealership. Thank you.

Great service! I worked with Shirley and she did an awesome job keeping me in the loop about what was happening with my car. My front engine mount had gone bad and they were able to fix it the same day I dropped it off, luckily it was covered under warranty. She told me some other things they noticed that I could fix now if I wanted to, but I didnt feel pressured at all.Im afraid I didnt catch his name but the shuttle driver was amazing! He was friendly, a great conversationalist and professional. When he found out I recently moved to the area from somewhere without snow he gave me some tips which was kind of him.Also one of the other service associates, Malcolm, was outstanding. Shirley was busy when I arrived to pick up my car, and he was quick to give me a friendly greeting, helped with the check out process, and seemed happy to answer a quick general question I had.
Had my vehicle two days and still didnt even start on it, and that was with an appointment. Was never called by the service advisor to tell me that they were running behind and needed to keep the car. Very poor experience all the way around. Second time that has happened with different vehicles own. Will never go back again.
Dealership is great, their service department is wishie washie. My advisor is a Jekle and Hyde, they have had my Blazer since this past Monday and they havent even touched it. Be talking to Summits general Mgr Monday along with the service manager. Thankful I nave a secondary vehicle or Id be out a paycheck for a week and a half
From the first phone call to the day that I picked the truck up, the staff was amazing! Jeff and Nick were both very responsive via phone and email. Everything was just as expected. I bought the vehicle while in Atlanta GA and flew up to Fort Wayne to pick it up. They went out of their way to make sure that I had the vehicle in time and Nick even picked me up from my hotel when it was time to sign some papers! The check out lady is very rude and not helpfulness at all. The person who did the paperwork called me a liar about a coupon until I pulled it up and showed her on my phone. Should have been in there files as well. Especially since they contacted me and offered me the deal. She then had to take MY phone to another room to show someone else, instead of the person coming out and looking at my phone in front of me. Now I have to be worried that they went through my phone and took personal info. Very unprofessional! I get called a liar, and the possibility of having my personal accounts hacked. Not the best trip for an oil change at Summit
Was suggested I could save money by putting off buying tires for about a year. Super thankful that was mentioned. They dealt with what I needed at an affordable price and had me out of there. Would recommend.

Bought my used 2012 malibu from here and its been great. Fair prices, and the service department is top notch. Ive always had Jason when I need service on car and he has been phenomenal. He wont B.S you on what service you need done and will tell you the best and cheapest way to go about it. For all my future car repairs he is the man Im always going to ask for!
Had a great experience with Cruz Garcia as my salesman! He helped my family get into just the right vehicle with literally no stress. Today I took my truck in for a recall but turned out the trip was for nothing since it was in error that I was called. Staff made a very concerted effort to make sure this didn’t happen to anyone else. They went above and beyond to make it right for me by running a free diagnostic test and gave me the printout of all the data. Service department went even as far to give me a free oil change at my next visit even though I’m still covered by the first visit oil change! Great experience where they turned a problem into one of their strengths.
Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable! Drew Topp specifically made me feel taken care of, as he worked with me for months to find my next vehicle. Wally in the body shop helped me tremendously when someone backed into my vehicle not 6 months after purchasing! Both of these guys were great and really made me feel taken care of!
Summit City Chevy was able to get my parts when they were unavailable any place else. Installed shocks, struts, and brakes in a timely fashion. The only issue was when I picked up my vehicle, it was still squeaking. They’re addressing this issue now but had to keep my vehicle over the weekend to do so.

I went to have the oil changed and mentioned what was going on with the radio. The tech checked out the radio and let me know it needed replaced. A new one was ordered and scheduled for replacement. A couple days later it was replaced. The wifi wasnt coming through so the guys took it back and figured out why (even the Onstar tech couldnt figure it out). These guys were diligent in making sure it worked before letting me leave dissatisfied. They knew I was on a time schedule and got me out as quickly as possible. Im completely thankful and grateful for the techs!
When every your check engine light comes on, you get that pit in your stomach feeling (what’s wrong)…My family was getting ready to leave on a camping trip and I went to fuel up before hitching up the camper. When I started our truck the check engine light came on and stayed on. I got the txt notification from OnStar that I had an engine or transmission issue. This is not what you want to hear right before hitching up a camper for a trip.I called Summit in hopes of finding out if this was a serious issue or one that I just need to get in for service as soon as I could. After speaking with my service advisor Jason, I went into the dealership to have the error code read to see what the severity was. After reading the code, I was told that I should not dive the truck without getting it fixed as I could do damage to the truck, I was only running on 7 of 8 cylinders (glow plug went out). At that point, I figured our trip was over before it started… Who knows how long it would be before I could get it in for service…. Jason went off to check on something and when he came back told me they could get me in right then. He estimated it to be done in 3 hours, but in fact the tech was able to get it all wrapped up in 1.5!So just when we thought our weekend trip was ruined, we were still able to make it, just left a little later than we had planned.Just want to thank Jason and the crew for the great service and making the dreaded Check Engine light the best it could be!
I bought my vehicle from Summit a little over a year ago and Kolby was great! Today I stopped in for my check engine light being on, not knowing I needed an appointment for that. Jason took the time to help me anyway and even fixed the issue! As a mom that had her baby with her, I’m very thankful for Jason being quick and efficient with helping us.

We purchased our 2015 Traverse in July of 2015. We enjoy its ride and provision to carry our family when the need arises. Our granddaughter in her first travel named it the cloud as it floated along the roadway. This name has continued throughout the years of our ownership. They need to create a pattern of all good experiences, its not hard to do, just do their jobs every time. But I do have to say that the gentleman that took care of me this time was excellent. I also went into the showroom to check out cars because my lease is up in one year. The sales lady I talked to was excellent, friendly and professional. Communication is TERRIBLE!! I only spoke to the service reps when I called in. I didnt even know what was wrong until after the fixes it and even then they only told my husband, not me. Customer service is definitely not the service departments specialty. if I didnt have warranty covered by them, I decided wouldnt choose to go there for anything service related. Love my sales guy, Love the finance manager, HATE having to take my car in for anything!

Im a fifty year old, disabled, African American man. Shawn McSweeney was my vehicle salesperson in late 2019. Summit City Chevrolet currently does all of my maintenance to both of my vehicles. As far as I know all of my work is performed Timely. Ive only had one incident where they messed up. They left the fuse box uncovered underneath the hood. The manager Tom Charles made it right for me.
I have only had good experiences at summit. The service members I have dealt with are very professional and courteous.
Saw my car sit outside waiting room for 30 mins, waiting to be informed that it was finished, before I went out to inquire about it and get my keys after waiting almost two hours for oil change.Also voiced concerns about a throttle issue at same time of oil change, watched them drive my car straight into the bay for the oil change and straight out. I did not have codes thrown on the car so they said nothing was wrong. There was no way they test drove it despite what the numbers in paperwork state. Unsatisfactory service in my opinion.

Oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter, brake pad, and rotor replacement work was completed satisfactory. Pricing was almost 30% higher than competition but is expected for a dealership. The main issues causing my poor review derives from their unwillingness to secure a loaner at the time of scheduling due to unknown time of service completion, and the body shop manager providing a scripted response that factory warranted paint issue was caused by a rock chip. This is false. The warranty is clear but apparently the speculation of cause is open to interpretation. My history with the dealership, payment for services needed without negotiation, and the clearly stated warranty should be enough to complete the work.
Despite a major repair, they got my truck in immediately. Even though they had to order in the front differential (complete unit), it was ready for pickup Friday after only having dropped it off Monday for diagnostic testing. They addressed every issue I brought it in for and took care of them all. Excellent work and fast turn around.

I used to go the City Chevy for an oil change but never did it right and about blew my motor but luckily it was oil sensor failing out and a local employee wanted to give me a tip on how to do it myself than spend 400+ for a 5 min job. I come here now to get my oil change done and save money too also they are very helpful and take good care of every vehicle coming in as if it’s there own
