Overall I had a great experience everyone was friendly and was willing to go the extra mile to help! I even got my car earlier then expected! The things I disliked was they tried to sell me on there protection package that was an extra $900 I declined it and they said I HAD to do at least the $400 one. This didnt make me to happy and I fought it with the salesman and a sales manager. All they said was they would see what they could do. The other issue I had was when building my vehicle they missed the wheel caps and I never got a brake down of what my build had so I couldnt see if anything was missed. Luckily this wasnt to big but instead of making it right because it was missed by them they wanted to charge me for there mistake. Again great experience all around!
Today we purchased our 3rd vehicle from Kelley Chevrolet and had yet another wonderful experience. Kevin Kelley spent the time he needed to fully understand exactly what we were looking for. Its a tough time to buy a vehicle with the market like it is, so we didnt expect to find something today. Not only did we drive away with our new vehicle, we only had to test drive one! Kevins first suggestion was the one that was a perfect fit for our style and budget! Never did we feel pressured. He was professional, personable, and most importantly, honest with us about our options. In a few years, we will have a teen driver and will definitely be reaching out to Kevin for another vehicle. I was easily able to find a vehicle that fit all of my needs and wants, and worked closely with Kris McKinley and Kevin Kelley to finalize the purchase details, as well as the trade-in for my old vehicle. Both gentleman were so easy to work with and very communicative as I was purchasing from out of town. I do not have enough good things to say about this purchase experience, even during the pickup process, as it was streamlined and Jake in the finance department made things efficient and easy to understand. On Friday October 1st, my husband and I walked into Kelly Chevrolet with low expectations of finding a vehicle due to the current chip shortage. Without hesitation we were approached by Shannon Hill and he took us inside. Not only was he very professional and friendly he was accommodating to everything I was hoping to find. I would highly recommend going to see him if youre looking to purchase a vehicle. He was never pushy and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. Its extremely comforting having a car salesman be so patient. The excellent customer service did not just stop there, John Hoffman was professional and helpful during our decision process. Josh (didnt catch his last name) was also easy going and professional and didnt rush us through. I would rate Kelly Chevrolet a 10 out of 10 for customer service. Our experience was wonderful.

Very poor customer service for the Auto service department. Made an appointment to get my wiper fixed on my car along with an oil change. They did did the oil change but did nothing with my wiper. I made the appointment specifically for my wiper and they ignored the issue and were very unpleasant when I questioned why it wasn’t fixed or told what was wrong with it. The service person did not apologize for the oversight but snapped at me and said I didn’t have GM wiper blades, so they did nothing. If I was told that before I picked up my car that would have been better than just ignoring what I wanted fixed and getting this treatment. My time is just as valuable as theirs and I make appointments when I have days off from my job and to have to take it back to get it fixed is very inconvenient. I have bought my last two cars from Kelley but with this kind of treatment from the service department I will get my next car from some other dealership.
Steve did a great job helping us find the SUV we wanted. He was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! Helped us get the SiriusXM and OnStar features of the vehicle set up and activated. Would highly recommend Steve and the Kelly Chevrolet staff !!

Went to take my Sierra to get my multipro tailgate fixed. Took them two days on a job that they said would take four hours. They said they fixed it and charged 1100 bucks for it. We checked and it was not working. I just wanted to take my car and go but they seriously had a straight face and looked us in the eye and said they are charging full price…for something they never even fixed?? The car came out of the dealership worse than when it came in. I’m not even going to mention the oil drops they left splattered across the dashboard and the seats. Kelley, you’ve gone so low. I made a grave mistake taking my truck there. But hey, we all make painful mistakes.

I walked in not knowing what I was looking for and in a very good timely manner he got me into a very nice mom car❤️ (2018 terrain) he is a great person to work with, and is a very friendly guy! Any questions I had he was right there to answer them. I love it so much already and it hasn’t even been more than a month. My son loves looking up through the sunroof, and I love the room in the vehicle! I’ll be coming back to Shannon for the next vehicle as well.
I had been contemplating getting a new truck for some time. Nothing really caught my eye, until Shannon provided me with some options at Kelley. He guided me through the newest trucks, different packages and what best suited me. He made some great recommendations based on my lifestyle and that was important to me and my family. He took the time to understand and I left there with peace of mind.
Sent my Camaro in to get serviced because it wouldn’t start. Got a new battery put in and I go pick the car up and the radio doesn’t work and I smell a burning smell. I located the burning smell and there was water under the lining of my trunk that fried the fuse box. I feel as if Kelly service members did NOT work to the best of their ability if so the water and burning smell would of been noticed. Now I am out of a fuse box and nothing in the car works. I do NOT recommend taking your vehicles here.

Kelley Chevy went above and beyond helping out with our car issues. We had a special notice about an oil consumption issue that we ended up pursuing and finding it was an issue but then when we went to take the vehicle in, we were told this was just a side effect of the issue but wouldn’t fix the root problem. There was a different special notice for that which expired in 2019 (before we had this vehicle). Needless to say, we were super stressed out and only a couple weeks away from having a baby so we really wanted to get everything sorted. Kelley Chevy took this into their own hands to help us get some special coverage and we got everything fixed. I had a lot of trouble previously contacting GM about all of this so the fact that our dealer went above and beyond to help was great. Our service advisor Peter Metzger was amazing too! Helpful and informative and kept us confident that we were being helped to the best of their ability.

Although the technician was very helpful, I don’t believe I got what I paid for.two tires may have been rotated on rt side but left not sure as pressure for all four tires was the same as when I went in 37;39;35;33 going in 37;34;38;39 coming out so obviously not checked.under my hood is very dusty-couldn’t find a single fingerprint -that’s not possible so really don’t know if my oil was even changed. Definitely will not be returning or recommending to anyone
I loved the patience and understanding that was given to me! Not only that the few staff members I encountered were excellent continued with a smile and was able to explain whatever my question was. Had my vehicle longer than expected, no call to update. As soon as I did pick it up and drove away the check engine light came on and the vehicle was doing things it hadnt done before. Called service manager, still no return call after two business days.
It takes a LOT to impress me. Let me say that I am now VERY MUCH IMPRESSED! It was such a complete pleasure looking at vehicles and having Adrian Nino being such a knowledgeable salesperson and answering all of my questions. There were NO high pressure sales tactics used and he was most pleasant to deal with. After deciding what vehicle I wanted to purchase it was off to the business office for the paperwork and the place I hate to go as you are normally pressured to purchase add-on products for the vehicle. I actually had a very pleasant time with Mason Coy as he simply showed me what was available and the prices but there was no pressure to purchase anything. When picking up the vehicle I was shown the technical features and basic operation of the vehicle by Andrew Folkner. Within 20 minutes I knew more about the vehicle and how to operate the electronic devices than I could learn in a day from reading the manual. Mike Kelley is the man! I was referred over to him by a friend of mine and he did not disappoint. Truck stock right now is extremely low and I was having a hard time finding the perfect truck. I talked to Mike over at the GMC store and he met me over at Chevy to pick out the perfect truck. He help out with my trade and in just a few short hours we were signing paper work for the truck I wanted, not one he was trying to get me in. The sales representative was great, worked fast and got us what we wanted. I wish I could give him 5 stars. But, when we went to test drive the vehicle we wanted it had a flat. We figured no big deal they’d get it fixed. We were able to test drive it after they aired it up, but it still had a slow leak. Figured they’d patch or replace it. They did neither, just aired it up and let us leave. We end up bringing it back a couple days later because of low tire pressure. We wait for over an hour for them to say they didn’t find anything. We get home and we can actually hear the air leaking out, we do the soapy water test and find the hole right away. They are suppose to “fix” it tomorrow. We shall see!

Bought my car there just 14 months ago and was promised it was thoroughly looked over and all was good. I have had issues arise including a/c not working, engine light on, car acting like it was going to stall, media center glitching non stop, so I made an appointment to bring it in. We had to call several times to get a status update and finally got a quote of $10,000!!! They must be kidding, we talked to a manager and they stated we didnt have an extending warranty so they would not be able to help us and instead our salesman called us and asked us if we wanted to trade it in!!! How rude, we put our everything into getting this car, we have 8 kids and trying to buy a home....no we want our car fixed at a reasonable price not trade it in!! Kelly Chevrolet should make this right but they refuse and we will never do business there again and tell everyone we know the same!

Kevin Kelly took the time to go over every detail of the vehicle and show me how everything works. I ordered it in July of 2019 and over the 21 months that it took for the car to be built I received updates on the status. I would recommend Kelly Chevrolet to anybody who wants friendly attentive customer service and a fair deal.

The sales experience has always been good but Ive had a few events with the service department that have made me hesitant about coming back. This most recent visit we took our vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Went to pick it up and was told the bill was $96... for a 6 quart oil change... when I questioned the amount they shrugged me off. Called the next day and got the run around from Mike the service manager. Said the amount didnt seem right and that hed call me back shortly after checking on it. Never heard back from him. Got in the car today and noticed the oil life is still at 11% so who knows if they even did the oil change. Now Mike and Chuck Kelley wont return my calls or texts. Stay clear of Kelleys. I called 3 other dealers and confirmed that the same service with them is $59.99 plus tax. Also they don’t offer GM employee discounts anymore on both vehicles and parts. We won’t be coming back.

Showed us the features and answered any questions we had.Michael also told us to call at any time if we had any questions in the future.Another note: 2-3 employees stopped by the desk to say hello and congratulate uson our new vehicle. I made an appointment for 7am on Monday online and dropped my truck of the night before. At 11am on Monday I had to email the service advisor assigned to my truck to get any information about what was going on. There was no communication, no one reached out through phone, text or email about my truck. For all I knew your could have been doing thousands of dollars of unauthorized work on my truck or none at all, I had no idea if anyone had even seen it. So why bother making appointments if no one follows up?
My husband had purchased a Chevy Trail Boss 2020 and it was time for me to have a new 2021. I was met by Kevin Kelly and his father :) My transaction was smooth with no price haggling and my trade they gave me top dollar! Our financing manager was also knowledgeable and friendly and really had our best interest in mind when explaining the options and the warranty options as well. I was super happy to drive away in my new 2021 blue metallic blazer RS ( showroom floor) That was a first for me!! I cant wait to come back to do business again with Kelly Chevrolet in the future!!I also liked the fella that was super nice and walked us through the entire cars dash panel, buttons, and features at the end of our purchase. The service writer Adam was very impressive with his knowledge and suggestions for what I needed to do to keep my automobile in good running order.
We sent my 2014 Traverse in for a scheduled appointment, dropped it off the night before to make sure they’d get to it on time. They kept it for 3 days! We had to send it back in due to the brake light still being on at all times, an issue this dealership had “fixed” yet sent home to us after we paid and the issue was unresolved. They charged over $200 and didn’t fix anything. When we sent it back in we made another appointment, dropped it off again the night before. That was 7/12/21 today is 7/16/21. They never called me to update so I called Kyle, the service center rep we’ve been dealing with, today. Kyle informed it has been sitting this whole time and all they’ve managed to do is check that their work was done correctly from the first appointment. He said it has another code in addition to the ones we saw and that if we want diagnostics ran it’ll cost us AGAIN. I am done with this dealership I am done with this service center. This is an extreme inconvenience for me and a huge waste of my time. My family vehicle has been gone for far too long for them to not have even tried to fix it or have any idea what would fix it. My advice for anyone debating this service center is to find a REAL mechanic, someone who won’t give the run around.Vehicle issues we sent it in for:The brake pedal doesn’t return to a neutral state, it stays compressed enough for the brake pedal light to stay on.In addition the check engine light was on for codes P057D and code P057C.In the past few weeks while driving or even at stop lights the traction control has gone off it also reads service stabilitrak. If acceleration is needed at or past 3rpm the engine fights to move forward and jerks.
Absolutely excellent ! 1st time using dealer pick up service which saved me time and $$, completed requested maintenance ( oil change / tire rotation ) and my Service rep Walt Royer detected need for wheel realignment ( towed in / out of spec ) on my 17 Camaro and corrected issues at the same appointment . I had a problem with the transmission on my truck that was difficult to describe. The service person that I spoke to understood what I was describing and passed the information to those taking care of the problem. I was informed of the progress on my truck and the problem was completely resolved. Thanks
I was happy with the repair service and service rep. I was shock how dirty the loaner SUV was. This was the first time I was giving a loaner looking that way. However, I did clean it before I returned the SUV.
I had a warranty with my car and my transmission was slipping and they said nothing was wrong with it until after my warranty went up. And was trying to charge me 2x as much for a brake change as a local body shop. I will never get another car from here again nor will I service my current car through here again. Very un happy with what I got out if this place.Most over priced and they basically scammed me out of my bumper to bumper warranty i do not recommend this place for a car especially they service area wanted 850 for brakes and rotors mean while burger auto charged me 400 for brakes and rotors. They charged me 210 for a oil change and tire rotation when I went to burger it was 75$ for that
